"So, what do you say, will you be my valentine?" Mikuo looked into the bluenette's eyes. "No." Kaito was confused. "Why?"
"Because, I don't feel the same way. I'm sorry, Kaito." Some tears threaten to escape from his eyes. "Don't be sad, I had a good time except for the part where we ran away from the movie theater screaming like crybabies." Mikuo wiped away some fresh tears from his face. "Don't worry, we can still be friends though."

Kaito sat in the living room watching cartoons on his laptop while eating a tub of chocolate ice cream. "Hello loneliness my old friend." He said pitifully. "I'm gonna be single for the rest of my life. At least I still have my ice cream." More tears escaped his blue eyes. "Oh who am I kidding! This is the worst Valentine's Day ever!" He began to bawl his eyes out, crying up a storm.

Len and Miku were passing Kaito's house after watching Fifty Shades Darker.

"I didn't expect the movie to be dirtier than the first one." She said feeling disgruntled. "I told you to read the Fifty Shades trilogy."
"I did and I gave up after reading half of the first book." Miku said crossing her arms. "But did at least enjoy this Valentine's Day date with me?" She nodded. "I enjoyed that fancy restaurant and that place where you can dip any kind of food in chocolate." She said remembering dipping a whole leek in a vat of milk chocolate and then eating it. "I can't wait to go again sometime."
"Neither can I." The blond vocaloid said sarcastically.  She looked over to Kaito's house seeing the lights in the living room are still on. "I'm gonna go see if Kaito's okay." Len nodded and headed homs by himself. "Kaito?" She heard painful cries grow louder when she found him crying with chocolate ice cream. "Are you okay?" He shook his head. "My heart was shattered into a million pieces, of course, I'm not okay." He told her about his awkward date with Mikuo and all things they did like sharing a milkshake together and running out of the movie theater screaming like crybabies. He then told her how he confessed his feelings for him and how Mikuo didn't feel the same way and that they can still be friends. "That sounds rough." She said letting her fingers glide through his blue locks. "How was your date with Len?"
"It was fun except for the part where we went to see Fifty Shades Darker." Watching that movie left a horrible taste in her mouth. "Miku, the day's not over. Do you think that you can be my valentine?" She nodded and kissed his cheek. The pain of Mikuo rejecting his feelings vanished and was replaced with happiness knowing that he's got a chance with Miku. "I got chocolate and some movies we can watch together that isn't what you and Len just watched."

Miku and Kaito spent the remainder of the evening watching movies together and the bluenette was happy to know that he isn't single this year and that he got spend it with the vocaloid of his dreams.
