This.... Took me a good while to do, this is mostly due to not wanting to watch either amazing spiderman movie again (because they are shit) and then Insider batman is kind of.... Weird, so here is what I'm going to do, I'm going to compare these two on there normal levels, then I'll talk about Batmans abilities that were INSPIRED (they are not the same) from the justice league.

The reason that I'm doing this is... Well.. Insider batman is awkward, not only are the abilities not too clear on how powerful they exactly are which really doesn't help.

As for Spiderman he's not as hard but there's still some things that people don't seem to fully understand when it comes to spiderman that I'll get into in a bit. So let's begin.

Starting with Spiderman

Speed

OK spiderman IS NOT MHS+ at least the amazing spiderman version, there's a few reasons I say this.

1: Spiderman can only aim dodge electros electricity and a lot of the time the electricity isn't blasted directly at him which we see in their final fight.

2: Electricity is not lightning so you can't compare the two

3: Electro can easily speed blitz spiderman so saying Spiderman is his speed makes no sense

But you know what, let's still high ball spiderman and say that he's hypersonic cause why not.

Attack potency

Spiderman should be building level to city block level and yes I know there's a Calc to say that electro is multi city block level however that seems to be more like all his power at once which he never really did and when he used a good bit of his power spiderman didn't really last and electro got stopped...... By a car..... Yeah so building level could be argued as a stretch

Abilities

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Superhuman Senses, Regeneration (Mid-Low), Wall-Crawling, Limited Precognition, Web Creation (via Web-Shooters)

Now let's get to good old Batman

Speed

He should be hyper sonic if not massively hyper sonic, this is due to being able to take on Katana and Halo at the same time

Heck even normal batman can easily dodge these.... Weird space guns.. Things

By the way if you still think electricity is lightning speed by that logic these Lazers should be light speed. Then if we use batman's speed ability where he gets minor access to the speed force you can argue he's MHS+ for speed blitzing katana.

Attack potency

At least multi city block level as he one shot geo force, however this is a low ball and he is more than likely higher especially if comparing to other versions of Geo force.

Abilities

Insider batman basically has everything batman has AND MORE

So here's some batman stuff

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Master of Martial Arts, Master Detective, Stealth Mastery, Weapon Mastery, Hacking, Electricity Manipulation with Batsuit and Batarangs, Status Effect Inducement with tranquilizer darts, flashbangs, and tazer gun, Ice Manipulation with freeze ray and liquid nitrogen capsule, Explosion Manipulationwith batarangs , Resistanceto sleep induction, Intimidation, Master Interrogator, Strong Willpower, Expert Leader, Expert Social Intuit, Expert Criminologist, Vehicular Mastery, Expert Businessman, Expert Networker

Batmans extra abilities

OK so here's the list, boom

Spectral mode

Camouflage mode

Veritas mode

The downside to these abilities is they need to be recharged after use, this means that batman in this fight will only be able to use each ability once.

Conclusion

Ok..... This I feel is big in batman's favour, batman vs spiderman is normally tricky because batman normally has the equipment while spiderman has the speed and strength however it isn't like that in this, batman has everything going for him and has walked out fine in pretty much all of his fights taking on people as strong if not stronger than the guys the amazing spiderman has fought. I think the big thing here is how super hero movies are represented, they don't normally have super impressive feats and a lot of the time the heroes get beaten down and get outside help to win, in comics things work differently, characters are powerful and writers love showing how strong their characters are. Spiderman has gotten man handled by villains you could say insider batman one shots, because of that.
