So we know that buff perfect Cell is 10x base perfect Cell.

Going forward we have these statements, now this gives us two ways we can look at this. With the brink of depth boost or the Gohan comparison boost.

Gohan comparison
Now this can't be a ssj2 equivalent as I already explained ssj2 gohan is at least 4x more powerful than Super perfect Cell. This would mean it would be a super saiyan equivalent. Or MSSJ multiplier (40,000x)

Brink of death boost

This boost can be compared to the greatest zenkai we've seen in the series. Aka Goku going from a power level of 90,000 - 3,000,000. This being a 33x multiplier.

However the gohan comparison statement works better for a few reasons, for one Cell would have gotten a far higher zenkai as he regenerated from a singular Cell. On top  of that in the dub cell claims that his power increased exponentially so it being less than even 100x seems very unlikely. So therefore the super perfect cell multiplier is 40,000x. So to find the new speed for base Goku we simply multiply 40,000 by 1.6 quintillion.

From there we get 64 sextillion for BASE GOKU.

Now I think I should point out now that the ssj2 multiplier being 2 times truly doesn't work, especially since as explained in part 1 Ssj2 gohan is 4 times that of Super perfect cell.

Anyways Goku doesn't really increase much in power over the course of this arc so let's just pull in all the multipliers. Given that gohan was 4 times more powerful than super perfect cell when as a super saiyan he was comparable to Cell that makes the SSJ 2 multiplier 160,000x

Then for super saiyan 3 we know you can still use the buff forms on top of ssj2 so ssj3 is likely 4 times that (aka 3,200x)

Ssj: 2.56x10^27: 2.56 octillion.
Ssj2: 4.096x10^32: 409.6 nonillion
Ssj3: 1.3^36: 1.3 undecillion.

End of z: high universe level and 1.3 undecillion times FTL.

Battle of Gods

Now the main thing to go over here is the super saiyan God multiplier as we don't know if Goku got any stronger besides that. Goku was more confident in using ssj God against Beerus than he was in using fusion meaning God > Vegeto (likely even ssj3 Vegeto). Ssj3 Goku scales pretty well to SSJ Gottenks, making SSJ3 Gottenks 512 million times SSJ3 Goku. Than Gohan needs to at least be 2 times more powerful than that aka 1,024,000,000x ssj3 Goku. Then if we low ball we can simply put base Vegito at 10 times that 10,024,000,000x multiplier. NOW! We need to take into account all the multipliers up to ssj3.

From that we get the god multiplier to be 2.097152e+23 times ssj3.

This makes his speed 2.6e+59 times faster than light or 260 octodecillion x FTL.

As for attack potency the battle between Goku and Beerus was going to destroy the macrocossom and beyond. The reason I say beyond is that it was affecting the kaioshin realm.

This means it affected this many space times.

Goku retained the god form so everything I mentioned goes into Gokus base.

I'm not going to go over the transformations from now cause if I continued on with it I'd go over the power of 100 which I can't calculate sooooo yeah 😂

Goku could go get Zeno after all of existence was destroyed, meaning Goku was moving outside of time, giving him inaccessible speed.
