This is Ruby Heart and she's the main character of Marvel vs Capcom 2. She's super underrated and was planned to have her own fighting game about pirates and stuff but it was canceled. A similar character exists in the SF universe I believe but as far as I know, Ruby ain't canon which really sucks cuz she is fucking bae and was the inspiration for my OC Rose Heart. Just wanted to talk about that.
