Students are riding on a school bus to a local colleges science department. A school field trip.

One student though is not on the bus as they drive past his house and continue to drive forcing him to have to chase after the bus.

*****: Hey stop the bus!

A few students on the bus laugh at this as the bus driver continues to drive.

One student gets up

*****: Hey man stop the bus.

The bus driver stops the bus allowing the student to get on to reveal an average height guy with glasses and brownish blonde hair.

*****: Thanks.

The bus driver doesn't say anything as the student starts to walk down the aisle trying to find a seat as students put their books in an empty seat or tell him no.

He gets to the back of the bus and finds a seat next to the guy who told the bus driver to stop.

*****: That's the latest that you've gotten on the bus. Everything alright?

*****: Yea everything's just fine. My damn alarm didn't go off.

The guy nods as the bus continues to drive.

*****: Hey Wyatt why'd you bring your camera?

Wyatt: Thought I'd take a few pictures of what we see. This is a once in a school year thing. Thought I'd keep some memories.

A guy turns around

*****: Would you shut up.

*****: Hey how about you not worry about what he's doing and look forward and think about getting with girls who don't want you.

The guy is about to stand up but decides against it.

Wyatt: Thanks James.

James: No problem bro.

*Later*

All the students are off the bus and standing around as the teacher starts to speak.

Mr. Morgan: Students remember it is our privilege to be here. If any of you do anything or mess up anything you will fail this class. Now let's go inside.

They all walk in and look around seeing machines and small glass cages in the middle of the room.

A worker walks up to them all

Worker: Ah you must be the high school group for today. We have many things to show you. Please follow me.

All the students follow and Wyatt has a camera out.

Wyatt: For the school paper?

The worker nods and Wyatt tries to take a picture but gets bumped into.

Wyatt sighs

James: Hey Flash leave him alone.

Flash: Or what.

James looks down at Flash

Flash walks off as does everyone else.

Worker: We have twelve genetically modified spiders all with different abil-

**: Theres only eleven.

Worker: What?

The worker looks in and sees that there is only eleven.

Worker: That's strange. Maybe they haven't put the last one out yet. Well follow me.

Wyatt: MJ. Can I get a few pictures. I need some with a student in them.

MJ: Ok. Hope I look good.

Wyatt: You always do.

Wyatt takes a few pictures and Mary Jane does a few poses with a piece of paper she has.

****: MJ come on.

MJ: Sorry.

Wyatt: It's all good.

Mary Jane walks off

Wyatt smiles a little until he feels something bite his hand

Wyatt: Agghh!

Wyatt shakes his hand and sees a spider crawl under a table

Wyatt looks at his hand to see a bite mark.

James: Hey Wyatt you ok man?

Wyatt: Yea...Yea I'm ok.

Wyatt catches up to everyone.

As they continue to go around and walk into a room full of tubes filled with different colored things almost like slime.

*Later*

Wyatt is home and is stumbling as he opens the door and sees his aunt Janet and uncle David sitting at the table and look at him.

Janet: Wyatt honey are you ok?

Wyatt: Yea....Yea I'm fine.

David: Did you get any pictures?

Wyatt: Uh...Uh yea.....Yea I did.

Wyatt starts to walk up some stairs to his room.

Janet: Well do you want anything to eat?

Wyatt: No...No I'm....I'm not hungry. I'm gonna take a nap.

Wyatt gets up the stairs

Janet: Well alright then.

Wyatt gets to his room and takes off his glasses before laying down on his bed and closing his eyes.

Wyatt starts sweating and shaking while he's laying down

****: Genetically modified....

Wyatt tries to cover up but rolls down off his bed and grabs the covers.

*****: Many different abilities....

Wyatt goes to sleep still sweating and shaking.
