This name made me giggle a little. I assume you mean Grizzly- as in a grizzly bear (?) And there are definitely no bears in WindClan, so idk where the name really came from. But it is super cute, and -toe is very underused.

Black tom with ginger paws and copper eyes

Not the most unique, but black and ginger aren't seen together often. The copper eyes were a very nice touch. I like this, even tho its pretty simple.

He was born with his sisters lily kit and lemur kit . His sister lemur kit was born deaf and he watched her die in front of him by his own father. He then became an apprentice. His mentor was the leader and he fell in love with a apprentice named gilapaw. He became a warrior and had 2 kits with gilafall.

These names are cool, but again, they don't really make sense for WindClan. This is short, but I like it. Lemurkit's death was a nice thing to add. Being mentored by the leader is a bit Mary-Sueish, I would change that.

How did his kit end up a kittypet? You never mentioned that. Breezesight is a cool name.

This is cool, but it seems... unrealistic. 2.5/10.. His name just doesn't make sense for a WindClan cat. Neither does Gilafall or Lemurkit. I do like his backstory a bit, but you left out anything about Nala the kittypet. Being mentored by the leader is a cliche. Also, you failed to add his personality. Sorry if this is very rude..
