DeadClan cats are usually ruthless, fearless and or careless. Their territory soots them as they adapted to the environment and have better paws for the marshy ground of their territory. Some of these cats originate from rogues, loners, kittypets or other things, and usually are their collars. Although most of them have studded teeth, a few are just regular collars without their bells. DeadClan's founder, Deadstar, was a legendary cat, known for his aggressiveness and harshness as he had actually stolen power from Elementstar, his own sister, to gain the power he was known for in this Clan.

Ice covers every part of DeadClan's territory. Snow levels have dropped but the ice beneath it grows as DeadClan suffers from two losses in one day, the other day, Meltedfigure declared war on ElementClan and killed the young apprentice Darkpaw in the process, Nine-Tailskit's powers are freightening DeadClan as Staggeringgaze passes on the story of how that battle went and how he saw the darkness in the kit's eyes and soul and that he could not strike any fear into her as she had struck fear into him instead. Shatteredice had retired to the elders den and let Shattereddreams take her place as medicine cat. Due to Meltedfigure's desperate need to win the war against ElementClan, he has ended training to the apprentice and had given them their warrior names even before they were fully trained or twelve moons. Searingpaw became Searingfire, Turtlepaw became Turtlesnap, Midnightpaw became Midnightstrike, Flashpaw became Flashleap, Scratchedpaw became Scratchedsoul and Linkedpaw became Linkedpast. Meltedfigure is planning on making Snowpelt's kits apprentice as well. Sadly, Lightwind has died due to starvation and the cold. Meltedfigure is also forcing DeadClan to now wear collar that are studded with teeth and claws of many animals, upon all cats. Challengedpaw, Destinypaw, Fearpaw, Unmatchedpaw and Mistakenpaw have become apprentice. Mistakenpaw, Fearpaw, Unmatchedpaw, DestinyPaw, Scratchedsoul, Quietclaw, Sabertooth, Shiftingspirit and Searingfire have become Meltedfigure's best warriors and they defend him along with their ways, any cat who objects to that will feel Meltedfigure's wrath.
