We were sent away,
Cast off as strays
We lost our only home,
But they wouldn't let us stay.
With my life I swear
We all could have shared
There was enough prey,
But no cat really cared.
With the forest I left my heart
My mate and I were split apart
To journey with kits, she didn't dare
But still my clan had to depart.

We come from the sky
We gaze at StarClan from up high
And although we traveled far,
It did not change who we are.
