I woke to a sunny morning, after the battle we had to return to the city. Monsters roared past us, we didn't flinch. I stood on my tiny kit paws, I bounded over to our leader Flame.
"Flame when can I go hunting with the others?" I asked, since there was very few prey in the city hunting groups left until they caught enough to feed us all.
"Like I said ScourgeWhisker you can hunt when your old enough you can hunt but right now it's too dangerous," Flame said, I sighed and padded back to the box I slept in. I watched the monsters roar past, I missed Scourge. H was afraid of nothing, he was my father. I lay there thinking when the others came back, I padded over to them and Whiskerclaw dropped me a mouse. I quickly ate my fill, I padded over to my mother and the rest. Flame did not look so happy as when I left him, he was furious.
"I GIVE YOU A WEEK AND THIS IS ALL YOU BRING BACK YOUR LUCKY I NEED ALL OF YOU OR YOU WOULD ALL BE DEAD!" Flame spat in fury, I winced at how sharp his words were to my mother and the others.
"Flame I am so sorry there is very little prey," WhiskerClaw said hanging her head.
"Flame please let me hunt with them, I will show you what I can do honest I will do my best," I said standing as tall as I could, all the cats let out a purr.
"She could tag along for this one time, if she shows she is good enough she can hunt with us," Flame said, I bounced with joy. We padded away from the ally and out onto the dangerous streets, I stuck close unflinching as monsters roared past. I saw a rat sneaking out into the streets, I snuck up on it and killed it. Whiskerclaw came over and gave me a encouraging lick on the head, I kept holding it when we came to the edge of the city. I saw a large forest and saw a group of cats looking at us from the bushes, they smelled of a similar scent my father had before we buried his body. My fur stood on end and a low hiss rumbled in my throat, the others hissed at them when they left.
"That was Thunderclan, the cats that killed most of Bloodclan, wind clan also helped, shadow clan and river clan helped us fight them, we are part of shadow clan and river clan ourselves," Flame said, we stared after the cats.
"Why not attack them again?" I asked.
"They are too great in number plus we would need the help of shadow clan and river clan again," Flame said, I nodded and followed them back to the ally where I fell asleep.
