The Dark Forest is where the casted out cats of the Clans go. A dark place where nothing grows or stirs, quite an ominous place as the "leaders" of the Dark Forest gather in a huge clearing. These cats have committed crimes against the warrior code and against their Clanmates loyalty. The evilest cats that have been known in the Clans come here in their afterlife. Dark Forest warriors have the power to summon cats to their place, from young kits to the oldest leaders. Mostly those who are summoned are the cats who have trouble fitting in or they don't feel like they're strong enough. Also, Dark Forest cats train living cats their ways and trick them into believing that they are making them strong to help their fellow Clanmates. Most Dark Forest warriors persuade cats to train hard to try and become leader so they can lead their Clan the way the Dark Forest cats want them to, using their words as persuasion. There are usually Six Top Warriors as they are the second in commands for certain groups such as battle training in the trees, battle training in water, battle training in harsh winds, battle training in tall grass, battle training in serious conditions and battle training in loose terrain. The Top Six Warriors are also usually from different Clans as they posses precious skills needed.

The Dark Forest is a much more different place than before. Instead of cats being asleep in order to be here, they can be here when they're awake. Only living cats are able to be awake and in the Dark Forest at the same time, though not both of them are themselves completely. There's usually either the cat in the Dark Forest that is there more often as they focus more on that place and there's usually cats who's consciousness are faded in the Dark Forest because they focus on their real lives. Goes both ways. The older Dark Forest cats have arrived, even if they were killed long ago in their Dark Forest lives, they still reside here but they cannot go to the real world.
