DuskClan, known for its aggression by their use of claws and teeth, they have housed some of the most skilled fighters of any Clan. Duskstar, founder of DuskClan, Newtstar, second leader and the most silent hunter, Flintstar, fifth leader and the creator of the now common battle moves and Badgerstar, eighth leader and the master of all fighting skills. Duskstar was a natural hunter, his ability to see in the pitch black darkness of a moonless night was unmatched by any cat. He was a master of battle skills and night ambushes. He created DuskClan's signature move called the Midnight Dancer. The Midnight Dancer involved two or more cats, it was a strategy that combined speed, swiftness and keen eyesight. The move portrayed the cats to round up the enemy into one spot where they would huddle together, then the DuskClan cats would surround them as one cat attacks at a time. The cats jump in, attack, then jump back out. The move required a lot of work because of the speed of which the cats have to attack so they don't lose their cover in the night of dark. The DuskClan cats would keep repeated in different patterns, almost at random but to DuskClan cats, they are said to know when to go and when not to go in life things. The Midnight Dancer is a special move that is rarely seen as it is only used when no moon or light shows and when it is completely necessary as the move may cause serious damage to both the enemy and the attackers.

With Goldenstar being new leader, she must face BrutalClan as they plan to attack her Clan next. She was told by Foxheart and IcePaw from BreezeClan that they aren't ordinary cats. Goldenstar had sent out two patrols to ask the other two remaining Clans for help in case BrutalClan attacked her Clan. She is rather desperate as her Clanmates grow wary of her leadership as Springstar is questioned if she chose the right deputy or not.
