Junko: Cyborg 18 and Cyborg 17 doesn't sound as cool. Anyway, one of the Androids was Android 16, whose mother would become one of the most dangerous androids of them all, Android 21.

Kokonoe: Overtime, Dr.Gero's supercomputer had continued to work on her, even after the Cell Saga. Thus giving her the cells of the greatest warriors and minds of the universe, including Majin Buu... and Cell.

Junko: And suprise surprise, this would lead her to develop a split personality! One that's good and boring, and the other that wants to make the entire world taste despair!

Kokonoe: Android 21 is already incredibly strong.

Kokonoe: She can trade blows with Cell, Frieza, and even other Z-Fighters like Goku and Piccolo.

Junko: She's fast too, capable of keeping up with Super Sayian Goku! Oh, she's also incredibly durable!

Kokonoe: Thanks to possessing cells from Frieza, she possesses great survivability and endurance.

Junko: She's taken hits from Android 17 and was even blasted by both Cell and Frieza without any physical damage! Oh, and thanks to possessing the cells of Piccolo, Buu, and Cell, Android 21 literally has the best healing factor in the series!

Kokonoe: Cell, Buu, and Piccolo have all regenerated from lost limbs and being reduced to small chunks of flesh, so it comes to no surprise 21 can do the same. In other words, every cell in her body must be destroyed in order to kill her for good.

Junko: 21 is also very elastic.

Junko: Though she's only ever stretched out her tail, she should be able to stretch the rest of her body similar to Majin Buu.

Kokonoe: 21 can also use Ki.

Kokonoe: Ki is the physical embodiment of ones lifeforce and can be found in all living things. 21 can use ki to increase her speed, strength, endurance, and power. She can even sense ki and fly.

Junko: When she does fly, she can easily keep up with the likes of Cell, Frieza, and Super Sayian Goku. Oh, and she can absorb her opponents ki energy using Connoisseur Cut.

Kokonoe: Connoisseur Cut doesn't just let her absorb her opponents energy, but also let's her copy their abilities for herself. Though she doesn't need to take your energy to copy ones move as she can do so just by witnessing it.

Junko: She also has more than one way of taking people's energy. The first is through cutting them with a blade of ki, but the second is with her Hungry Beam!

Junko: This basically allows her to turn her opponent into a tasty tweet and eat them, boosting her power tremendously in the process.

Kokonoe: Of course, a powerful enough opponent can remain conscious and fight back as candy, though granted that will still be difficult if you're a bar of chocolate or ice cream.

Junko: That's not the only thing she can do with ki. She can also fire Ki Blast!

Junko: Basically balls of energy she can blast from her hands. She can fire them contentiously and has multiple techniques she can use with them... such as her Sticky Energy Blasts, where she grabs her opponent and knocks them away with a blast at point blank range.

Kokonoe: There's also her Consecutive Energy Blasts, where she jumps up and fires twelve energy blast downward.

Junko: Then there's the Explosive Energy Blast, where she jumps back and throws two ki blasts downward.

Kokonoe: And finally, there's her Homing Energy Blast, where she fires a large orb that slowly homes in on her target.

Junko: Of course, some of her bigger attacks include her Total Detonation Ball.

Junko: This is basically her launching a small and fast moving energy blast at her opponent.

Kokonoe: She has an alternate version called the Absolute Release Ball, which is an even bigger ki blast that explodes on impact.

Junko: This blast had completely destroyed Android 16, knocked out Goku, and even countered Killin's destructo disk, which can cut through almost anything! Oh, she can also fire it in any direction.

Kokonoe: Other moves include the Hors d'Oeuvre Stab.

Kokonoe: Where she flies down at her opponent and strikes them into the ground.

Junko: And there's the Photon Wave!

Junko: A death beam attack that explodes where it hits along the ground!

Kokonoe: She also has the Majin Kamehameha, which is probably more powerful than a regular Kamehameha.

Junko: She has Solar Flare.

Junko: Which basically let's her summon a bright light to blind her opponent temporarily.

Kokonoe: And there's Instant Transmission.

Kokonoe: A technique she stole from Goku, which let's her teleport instantly by locking onto an individual's ki, even if it's a completely different plane of existence.

Junko: After that is her Majin Kamehameha!

Junko: A blast of ki that's no doubt stronger than the original version!

Kokonoe: She also possesses Fission.

Kokonoe: An ability inherited by her Majin Cells and not her Namekian Cells, this allows her to split between her good and evil persona's.

Junko: Apparently the good and evil halves aren't life linked, so killing one won't kill the other. Oh, she also has an Android Barrier!

Junko: A shield that can block almost any attack! 21's can be compared to other androids like Android 17, whose barrier was strong enough to hold back a blast from Jiren.

Kokonoe: And last but not least is her finisher, the Excellent Full Course.

Kokonoe: Where she flies into the opponent, hitting them with a flurry of dash attacks, before striking them to the ground and firing a ki blast from on top of them.

Junko: All of this is cool and all but, 21 isn't unbeatable.

Kokonoe: Android 21 can be somewhat overconfident and her evil side seems to grow more reckless the more power she gets.

Junko: Not to mention when split, 21's evil side is far stronger than her hopelessly good personality and she doesn't possess an unlimited amount of ki.

Kokonoe: Still, you better be lucky not to approach her unless you're ready for complete annihilation.
