Dizzy: Known as "the third eye", Menat is a fortune teller with mystical abilities as well as the apprentice of Rose.

Junko: Yeah, Menat is pretty new to t he Street Fighter series. This makes it difficult to get a good read of her power, but luckily we can at least scale her to Ed, who she fought in order to warn about a prophecy.

Dizzy: Right. We know in strength Ed is strong enough to take out Balrog, who can break an elephant's skull with a punch.

Akame: And for speed, it's probably wise to scale her to Rose, who can keep up with guys like M.Bison.

Junko: Speaking of Rose, Menat has a common ability in Soul Power!

Dizzy: Best known as an antithesis for M.Bisons Psycho Power, Soul Power is one that changes mental power into physical power. The users of Soul Power can release concentrated energy, cast hallucinations, zap opponents, or even channel energy through objects.

Akame: For Rose, she channels it into her scarf, but Menat uses her crystal ball.

Akame: Also known as the Left Eye of the Lion, she can use this to see the future or to attack opponents. She can also make multiple orbs to use in battle.

Dizzy: Some of her moves include Soul Reflect.

Dizzy: Where she makes a barrier that can reflect or absorb incoming projectiles.

Junko: She also has Soul Sphere!

Junko: Where Menat sends her crystal ball out towards her opponent. After this, the orb floats in place.

Dizzy: After that is Soul Spark.

Dizzy: Where she basically makes the orb explode.

Junko: After that she has the Gardian of the Sun!

Junko: Where she basically grabs her opponent, thrusts her cristal ball into their chest, then throws her opponent in the air!

Akame: Menat has the Wisdom of Thoth.

Akame: Menat spins and raises her arms to summon six small orbs of Soul Energy around her. These orbs can be fired one at a time or all at once.

Junko: Then there's her finisher, The Nerfertem!

Junko: Where Menat throws her crystal ball toward her opponent. If it connects, Menat strikes a pose like a cat, before breaking into a little dance. As she shakes her hips and spins around, the orb surges with streams of Soul Power to assault the opponent with a barrage of strikes from multiple directions. After performing a spin, she does a backwards-arcing kick, which causes the crystal ball to uppercut the opponent into the air before recalling the orb!

Akame: While we're talking though, it's still safe to point out her weaknesses.

Dizzy: Right. A lot of her physical stats do require scaling and it's not like she has many feats of her own.

Akame: Plus she has been defeated and humiliated by the likes of G.

Junko: Still, she's probably the best Street Fighter girl we've seen so far!
