I create premades all the time, and I place them in this book so that anybody who's looking for them may find them. The premades on this page are older ones; as I make new premades, I'll upload them as separate parts and include the word 'premade' in the chapter title so that it's obvious which are commissions and which are presides. You'll find the form for premades below these.

Here's the form that you need to fill out for a premade. It's fairly simple.

BOOK TITLE : [you may say "unchanged" which would mean you keep the title that I've already got up there]

AUTHOR TEXT : [ex: "BY USERNAME", "Username", "written by USERNAME"]

OTHER CHANGES : [optional simple edits such as adding a different type of border, making a font bigger, etc.]
