Congratulations, you are one step closer to joining the mentoring programme!

The programme will always be subject to change and I will be listening very carefully to the ideas and thoughts of both mentees and mentors. I will update everyone if any rules or terms and conditions change, mentors will hear first and once everyone is in agreement all mentees will be informed.

•PHASE ONE•

This book is the very start of stage one. Once you've read through the next few chapters and follow all rules, you'll be ready to fill out a mentee or mentor form. I will then check to make sure rules are followed and then based on your answers in the application, assign you to a mentor that I think will be the most beneficial for you.

•PHASE TWO•

I will then post in this book who your mentor is. The two of you can then get into contact and begin the mentoring programme. Most contact will be over Wattpad inboxes unless both you and your mentor agree to contact on another platform.

•PHASE THREE•

At the end of the programme, both me and your mentor will have hopefully helped shape you into a confident writer who has started their journey and is ready to go off on their own. Unfortunately, mentors are not crutches and cannot be relied on forever but they will be a great start and should get you to a point in which you feel you do not need the extra support anymore.

However, your mentor will always be there for you as both a support buddy and friend. Never feel afraid to message them for some quick tips, ask a question or even just a friendly catch up!

•WORRIES, CONCERNS OR COMPLAINTS•

This programme will only work with clear communication. I will be in consistent contact with all of my mentors and I am also easily accessible to talk to via instagram or wattpad messages.

If you have anything you want to speak to me about please contact me ASAP e.g. leaving the programme early, feeling like your mentor/mentee isn't the best fit for you.

Complaints will be confidential and dealt with by me. Both mentee and mentor will be told of any changes.
