At Techno Reef, everything is normal, but underneath lies a series of tunnels that can be accessed through a deep trench a few miles away from the reef. In the center of the tunnels is a cave with an abandoned egg inside. The animals that live there decided not to eat the egg, but to raise it. Angler fish kept the egg lit and warm, but it soon lost its color and turned white with a blue heart.

As the months past, animals brought food to the antler fish and the egg started to become more active. After 9 months, the egg hatched and a small female techno troll emerged. At first, it was hard to tell if she was alive, but 10 minutes after hatching, she opened her eyes to see a dwarf lantern shark in front of her.

"What should we name her?" A squid asked as he reached for the small trolling. She giggled and grabbed his tentacle to bring it closer and hug it."How about...Luna? You know, since she's white, like the moon." An angler fish suggested. Everyone nodded and agreed to this name. The lantern shark smiled at her."Hello, little Luna. My name is Maria."Luna turned to her and smiled widely.

When Luna was 6, Maria decided to take her to her own kind, but Luna was shunned for being different compared to other trolls. So, they returned to the tunnels.

"Mommy?" Little Luna asked."Yes?" Maria turned to her with a smile, but wasn't prepared for what Luna said next."Do you think I'm ugly?" Everyone either gasped or just stared wide eyed."What makes you think we would think that?" An angler fish asked."The other trolls said I was a freak. They made fun of my colors." She answered as she lowered her head.

Maria placed a fin under Luna's chin and lifted her head."Sweetie, you are gorgeous. It doesn't matter what they say, your smile alone always shines brighter than the sun itself." She said smiling. Luna smiled and the angler fish nudged her."You see my lantern? Your light blue eyes outshine it, even in the darkest of places." Luna smiled wider."Really, Uncle Red? They do? That's so cool." She said happily.

17 years later, Luna is currently 23 and is known by all sorts of deep sea creatures not only because she lives far away from Techno Reef, but also for her beautiful singing voice, which can easily calm anyone down or make everyone happy. She only goes up if necessary(or to play with the orcas) and usually wears a black cloak.

She knows everything about the trench, tunnels, and the caves near the top of the trench while the tunnels are at the bottom, so it's probably not a good idea to challenge her to hide-and-seek unless you have really good eyesight or hearing, which the creatures down there do. Even though Luna is very happy, she wishes that she had at least one friend who's a troll, and everyone knows it. Still, Luna is very happy and couldn't asked for a better family.
