I think I'm going to die

In pain.

2. Appendicitis

It's your fault, after all.

You've fed the little appendix a little too much of unhealthiness,

So now it's become obese.

3. Cancer

The zodiac

Or

The destroyer.

The winner 

Or

The biggest loser.

Because the real losers are those who destroy.

4. Common cold

That aunt in your family who visits you every year 

And annoys the hell out of you.

5. Fractures

"I'm crack a lackin'," said Ulna.

Radius sighed. "Stop it with your fracture jokes."

Ulna laughed. "At least let this broken bone be happy!"

Radius stared.

6. Amnesia

I apologize,

For I have forgotten 

What exactly to put here.

7. Depression

When you feel like you've lost something,

Only to realize it's you.

8. Schizophrenia

"It's lovely, so lovely,

On the other side of the ledge.

Let's jump into that exact lovely abyss,"

Drawback or boon. 

Forced upon or a choice.
