I've had-
Anxiety like David,
Denial like Peter,
Doubt like Thomas,
Questioning my leader,
Blind like Paul,
Jealous like King Saul,
But that's only one third of the story,

I've been like-
Jonah sitting in the belly of a fish,
Crying out in anguish,
"LORD save me"
Laughing like Sarah,
Not believing in a miracle,
Stubborn like Pharaoh,
Not getting things through my thick skull,
"LORD show me"
But that's only two thirds of the story,

I've seen-
Wonders like Moses,
Heard truth like those in Nineveh,
Not wanting to again run astray,
Like the lost sheep,
Or count the other 99,
TilI I drift to sleep,
I'll pray constantly for guidance and wisdom,
Like King Solomon,
Increasing mine and Gods-
Communication,
Showing appreciation,
Following my Leader Jesus Christ like the disciples,
And that's where I'll stop in the story
