Y/N POV: I was 8 years old and i was adopted into a family that I thought would take care of me... But I was wrong, I was constantly beaten to a bloody pulp, I was never fed nearly my entire life, and whenever something bad happened, my "sisters," Ruby and Yang would blame me for it, which meant that my fa- Tai would beat me, leave cuts on my hands, chest, back, and arms, whip me with the belt, you name it, he did it, my mo- Summer would use me for target practice, always shooting me in the legs, and Qrow and Raven would just watch, what did I do to deserve this?

Tai: Y/N GET DOWN HERE THIS INSTANT!!!

Y/N: What is it?

Tai: DID YOU BREAK THIS?!

Y/N: No I did-
By the time I said this, I realised that I was set up and before I could finish what I was going to say, I got hit in the face.

SMACK

Tai: DON'T YOU FUCKING LIE TO ME YOU LITTLE SHIT!!!

Yang: can we join daddy?

Tai: sure, don't forget to share.

Before I could get up, I was being punched and kicked, I tried so hard to get up, but it was no use, by the time it was over I was bleeding everywhere and was slowly crying, Tai grabbed me and threw me in my room and locked the door leaving me there, lifeless, all I could hear was just laughter downstairs, and I just couldn't take it anymore, I new what I had to do, I managed to get up and grab a pen and paper and write a note baisicly saying "fuck you for treating me like a pet" and went to the window and jumped, as I fell I hurt my leg so I started limping away without looking back at that hell hole I called home.

Ruby POV: We were enjoying our meals and having fun, laughing and telling jokes, it was a night to remember.

Qrow: Ruby why don't you get Y/N down here? I think it's time he made desert for us.

Ruby: Ok!
As I went up to his room I didn't hear anything, so I decided to open the door to his room, and saw it was empty, I then saw a note and it said:
Dear "family,"
If you're reading this, then I've ran as far as I could away from you all, I have a question for each of you,
Ruby - why did you always tease me by shoving food in my face and helping Yang and Tai beat me?
Yang - what did I do to deserve getting beaten up? I never did anything to you.
Tai - why did you always beat me when I messed something up?
Summer - why did you always use me for target practice?
Qrow and Raven: why did you always watch me get hurt? You could have stopped it.
I hate you all for causing me this much pain! But I'm now leaving for freedom, but to be honest, I'd rather die to a grimm than live any longer, cause that way i wouldn't have to deal with all of you anymore!

From your slave who is never seeing any of you again, Y/N L/N.

Ruby: (crying) D-DADDY!!!

Tai: What's the matter princes?! Did Y/N hurt you?!

Ruby: B-brother is -is g-g-gone!!!

I saw Daddy's face was filled with tears and I could see the fear and worry in his eyes.

Tai: N-no, m-my boy... what have I done to him?!
He started to run downstairs and told everyone what happened, all I could hear was cries and I looked outside to see uncle Qrow and daddy running outside to find him, while mum and aunt raven were crying, and Yang came up to me and saw me crying.

Yang: i-is he really... (Starts crying)
I only looked at her with tears, which gave her the answer she didn't want to hear.

Yang: no (crying) i-i-i didn't mean t-t-to... so sorry!

Y/N POV: I kept limping but I started running out of breath, so I laid next to a tree and looked up.

Y/N: finally... I'm free...
As I looked up I saw something fall from the sky and land near me, I wanted to see what it was but I was too weak to move, I then hear a growl and saw a beowolf, I was so scared and I couldn't move, even if I wanted to, and then it lunged at me.

Y/N: NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
I Raised my arms in fear and it looked like I shot some sort of fiery blast at it and sent it flying,
Y/N: is this... my semblance?
I looked back at it only to see it charge at me, I didn't have enough time to fight back, so I just closed my eyes and waited for the inevitable, but... I didn't feel myself being ripped apart, I opened my eyes and saw the beowolf wrapped in a back goo and then I saw it's neck twist upside down and die, I looked lost until I saw a small pool of back goo move to me and stopped once it was close enough and looked at me with its white eyes.

Y/N: A-are you going to h-hurt me?
As soon as I said that it grew big and fell on top of me, and all I saw was blackness, until I saw my surroundings again.

???: no we're not going to hurt you.

Y/N: w-who said that?!

???: we did, we are the black goo, we are what's called a klyntar but you can call us a symbiote, we have bonded with you because we saw you hurt and we have seen your memories.... we are sorry for what has heppened to you.

Y/N: so... what are you gonna do now?

???: we want to help you, we want to become your friend Y/N.

Y/N a-a friend? I've never had one... well... ok, we will be friends forever and we'll help each other till the very end, ok?

???: agreed... my friend.

Y/N: What do I call you?

???: not just us Y/N, you are apart of us, we are one and we will share the same name and identity.

Y/N: then what will WE be called?

???: we shall be called.... VENOM.

(10 years time skip)

WFM: where are you?!

Venom: peek a boo!

As soon as he turns around, I punch him in the face and shot him with a fire blast which sent him flying into a wall knocking him unconcious.

Y/N: that was no fun.

???: excuse me, I have a proposition that you can't refuse.

Y/N: huh?! (Turns around) who the fuck are you?

Ozpin: I'm Ozpin and I'd like you to join beacon academy, there you can master your skills and become a powerful hunter.

Y/N: a powerful hunter? Hmm... let me think about that...

Ozpin: take your time.

Y/N: (in head): What do you think venom?

Venom: his proposal is... intreguing, but this could be some sort of trap.

Y/N: (In head): let's find out, (talking out loud) ozpin was it? how do I know you won't attack u- I mean me or something?

Ozpin: I can assure you that you will not be harmed in anyway, my acedemy is just to train future huntsman and huntresses.

Y/N: (in head): well? This could be a perfect opportunity for us.

Venom: hmm... very well, this will help us in the future if someone attempts to harm us.

Y/N (in head): agreed, (talking out loud) I accept your offer Ozpin.

Ozpin: that's good to hear, come with me, there's a bullhead that everyone is taking to beacon.

As we follow him, all we could think of was the day when we will face our "family" and give them the same "love" they gave us, and when that day comes, no mercy will be shown.
