Seulgi's P.O.V.

Irene and I both have a schedule for today so we haven't seen each other since last night. I decided to treat her to some restaurant tonight since I want to make it up for what Sunmi unnie did yesterday. I don't know why, but Irene looks really scary when she's jealous. Well, I guess that I need to stop her from getting jealous starting from now on. I decided to call her to tell her about my plan for tonight. After a few rings, Irene answered her phone.

"My Baephrodite!!! How are you doing?"

"I'm fine. Why are you calling me? I thought you have a schedule for today?"

"I just want to check up on my lovely wife and see what she's doing."

"I don't believe you. I can sense that you want to tell me something." Wow, she really knows me well.

"Uhh...I was wondering if maybe...you would like to go out with me tonight. But if you're still busy, it's okay. I ca--"

"Yah, I'll go. I think that we can wrap things around here before it reaches nighttime. And why are you nervous to ask me out? Remember, we're already married and married couples often go on dates."

"Hehe...I didn't say that it was a date, but oh well. Sooo, I guess I'll pick you up at 8?"

"Alright."

"Bye honey, I love you!! Mwahhh" I hanged up the phone before Irene could talk. I was so embarrassed and I can still feel that Irene was a bit mad at me. I just hope that this 'date' would make her feel better.

Time passed by really quickly and it was now ten minutes before 8. Irene told me to pick her up from our apartment since she decided to stay there after her schedule. I am currently standing in front of the door, preparing myself to knock. I knocked three times and the door opened, revealing Irene in a black muscle shirt dress I was busy checking her out until I heard Irene clear her throat.

"Ohhh I'm sorry, you just look really...beautiful." I said timidly.

"Yeah, I get that a lot. Come on, let's go." Irene replied cockily. I playfully rolled my eyes and led her towards my car.

"So, where are you taking me?" Irene asked as we were now heading towards our destination.

"Just some restaurant that I searched up online."

"What's the special occasion?"

I stopped the car because of the stoplight. I took Irene's left hand as I looked at her directly.

"Can't I take my wife on a date without any occasion? You said it yourself that married couples often go on dates." Irene was staring intently at me as I kissed her hand. I saw her blushing slightly. Yes!! My plan is working!!

The stoplight turned green and I started to drive towards our destination. Since I am holding Irene's hand, I switched the gears together with her hand. Irene just giggled because of my actions.

Few minutes have passed and we already reached the restaurant. Being a gentlewoman I am, I went to Irene's side and opened the door for her before letting her out. The place wasn't really that fancy. It was quite a simple yet elegant. The place wasn't packed so we were able to find a seat instantly even without making a reservation.

"This place is nice." Irene commented as we took our seats.

"Yuppp, that's why I took you here. I lied when I told you that I searched this online. Well, I did, to check if it's still open. I used to come here with my family when I was little." I smiled.

"Ohh here, you can order anything you want. Don't worry about the price, I can handle it." I gave Irene the list of foods that they are serving here and Irene smirked at me.

"Why do I feel like this has something to do with Sunmi coming to our house yesterday?"

"Ohhh hehe, that's nothing really. I just wanted to treat my wife and make her feel that she's appreciated." How did she know that?!?!

"Okay, if you say so." I let her decide which dish she would like to order before calling a waiter. A waitress approached us and decided to take our orders.

"So, is there anything else?" The waitress asked me in a flirty tone. It didn't go unnotice by Irene since she was now glaring at the girl standing next to me.

"Umm..nope, that would be all. Thank you." I smiled bashfully at the waitress. I then looked at Irene and saw her still glaring at the girl. If looks could kill, this waitress would've been dead by now.

"Okayyy, if you need anything else, just call me." I still feel that the waitress was staring at me so I shuffle uncomfortably. As soon as she was now out of sight, I looked at Irene.

"That girl seems nice." Irene said sarcastically.

"Yeah..I guess she is."

That was the last conversation that we shared this night. I thought this will make things better between Irene and I but it was the total opposite. I knew that Irene is jealous because of that waitress. I wasn't showing any interest on her but the waitress kept on insisting herself on me and she kept on flirting.

*We Got Married Family (MCs)*

"Seulgi is such a chick magnet."

"Irene looks really scary when she's jealous."

"If I was Seulgi, I should've kissed Irene right on the spot to tell that lady that I'm already taken."

"Umm, excuse me, can we get the check please?" I raised my hand to get the attention of the waitress.

"Okay, it'll be right there in a minute."

I looked at Irene and saw her blank expression. An idea popped in my head as the waitress approached us with the bill. I opened the bill and put the money inside. I then held Irene's hand and purposedly showed the waitress our rings.

"Thank you so much for the amazing meal and hospitality that you have showed us. My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. Shall we get going then?" I asked Irene. She instantly understood what I was doing. She nodded and linked her arms on mine. The waitress has her mouth wide open as she kept on looking at our rings.

I slightly moved my head to Irene's ear to whisper something. "We don't want to be late for our business tonight, right?" I intentionally let the waitress hear what I whispered. After that, we left the place.

"What was that for?" Irene asked me as we rode the car.

"Well I did that because someone seems jealous. Perhaps you know that someone?" I said, making Irene hit me slightly.

"That waitress couldn't even do her job properly without flirting with her customers."

"Yeah, I'm sorry that you have to witness that. I'm sorry for being attractive that girls and boys can't stop flirting with me~" I said the last part while doing an aegyo.

"So maybe it was my fault since I married someone who is so damn hot and other people can't take their eyes off her. Then maybe, we should just file a divorce."

"Yah, I'm kidding. I don't want that. Ohh there is somewhere else I would like to take you. Would you mind wearing this blindfold for me?" I gave Irene a blindfold.

"Wh-- what are y-- you planning to d--do?" Irene nervously asked me, making me laugh out loud.

"Yah, stop with the dirty thoughts. I won't do anything to you. Like I said, I would take you somewhere."

"Ohhh okayyy, that's good." Irene lowered her head and she was furiously blushing.

I drove up a hill so that Irene and I can get a wonderful view of the city lights. Since it's nighttime, the view from up the hill is mesmerizing. As I parked my car, I decided to get the picnic mat that was in the trunk.

"We can sit here." I placed the mat on the ground and dusted it a bit so that Irene can sit.

"Is this some sort of a picnic?" Irene asked me as she sat on the floor.

"Yeah, you can say that; except there are no foods anymore since we just ate."

We spend our time just looking at the view right in front of us. I don't know if what we're showing here on this show is just pure acting or we are really just showing our true feelings for each other. If it's the first one, Irene seems like a really great actress, but for me, I'm not sure if this is still acting. I then felt Irene held my hand.

"This is wonderful, Seulgi. Thank you for taking me here."

"Ohhh you're welcome. I just wanted to spend time with you at some other place aside from our apartment." Irene smiled at my words.

Suddenly, there were fireworks that were displayed in front of us. Irene got surprised and she covered her ears. I then embraced her into a hug. I think that there was some sort of festival that was happening that's why there were fireworks. The fireworks ended after a few minutes and I let go of Irene.

"That was beautiful. It was a perfect timing that we're here, we got to see a beautiful fireworks display." I said.

"Easier for you to say. You're not afraid of it and it's one of the things that I admire about you." Irene replied.

"I was wondering, why are afraid of fireworks though?"

"I don't know, I just get scared. Maybe because it's loud. I know that fireworks are beautiful once they are shot high up but I just can't appreciate them just like how other people do. Beautiful things scare me." Irene said as she looked at me.

"Well I don't believe that."

"Why is that?"

"Because you don't get scared when you look at a mirror." Irene chuckled a little and she nudged me a bit.

"I gotta be honest here, I took you out on a date to make it up to you. I know that Sunmi unnie visiting us was unexpected and I think that she flirted with me a LOT. I wanted to make you feel that you are someone special to me."

*We Got Married Family (MCs)*

"OH MY GOSH WHERE CAN I FIND SOMEONE LIKE SEULGI?!?!?!"

"Seulgi's the real definition of boyfriend material."

"Don't worry about other people flirting with me. I'm yours and yours only." Irene tightened her grip on my hand and she rested her head on my shoulder.
