Trigger Warning

Jared rolled his eyes as he walked to the bathroom. Him and Evan were out on a dinner date. They were nearing their junior year SOL's and Evan was really stressed out. Jared decided to take him out so he could relax.

Evan didn't want to go out, because he thought he needed to spend the whole week studying instead, but Jared knew that he needed this. Evan had just been moping and complaining to Jared, and Jared had to take a shit.

Jared flushed the toilet and went to wash his hands. A middle aged man was washing his hands next to him. Jared dried his hands and realized he left his phone in the stall so he went back for it.

He saw it laying on top of the toilet paper container and he reached for it. He turned around to leave, but the man from earlier was blocking his way.

"Uh, sir? Can you move?"
Jared cautiously asked.

The man stepped closer and grabbed Jared's hand, twirling him around. Jared was hugged close to the stranger, his back pressed against the man's chest. He tried to escape, but the man only held him closer and started rubbing his chest.

Jared felt sweat drip down his face.
"Please let me leave. I-i feel really un-uncomfortable. I d-don't want this!"
Jared tried to pry himself off the man.

In a swift movement, the stranger pushed Jared into the stall and locked the door behind him, before lunging at the teenage boy.

He felt Jared and licked his face, while Jared struggled to escape. When Jared tried punching him, the man just trapped his hands behind his back, continuing to harass the scared boy.

Jared's eyes went wide as he yelled out and kicked the middle aged man in the balls, before punching his face and kicking him more.

Jared quickly ran out of the bathroom and took refuge by Evan's side. Evan was happily drinking a milkshake while humming a tune.

"Y-you know what babe? You were r-right! This was nice and relaxing."
Evan cheerily told his boyfriend, eyes closed.

Jared panted and frowned, causing Evan to open his eyes.

"N-no, no I was wrong... this was a ba-ad idea. Let's just go home okay? Please..? Where are the keys, I'll meet you out in the car just... I just wanna go... home..."
Jared started crying against Evan's side.

Evan's eyes widened in shock at the state of Jared. His hair was messy, his clothes were dirty, and his glasses had a crack in them. When a middle aged man walked out of the bathroom, looking injured, Evan had a hypothesis about what happened.

"W-well, yea. Let's go home. I'll make some popcorn and we can watch a nice movie with a happy ending. Sound good?"
Evan proposed.

Jared tearfully looked up at his lover and nodded.

They went home and had the night of their lives.

A couple days later, Jared told Evan what happened, and together they pressed charges and since Jared was only 17, it was sexual assault on a minor. The man was arrested.
Jared knew he was safe by Evan's side.
