Anne woke up. She looked at the clock and saw it was 5:30 in the morning. She saw that Shizuku mast have gotten up early. As she was staying at the house, she decided to have a look around. She was a little surprised by the interior of the house.

She looked out the window and saw a nearby city. It was still dark out, but she could make out the lights. As she was looking around, she didn't hear somebody slither behind her. Suddenly, somebody wrapped their tail around her torso and arms. They then pulled her in front of their face. "Who are you? What are you doing here?" The person asked sounding very serious. Anne struggled to get free. She began to cry. Anne then heard footsteps and saw that it was Shizuku. "Aiko, put. Her. DOWN!" Shizuku said looking very angry. Her eyes were glowing blue. The monster put Anne down on the ground. She immediately clung Shizuku and cried. Anne looked at who grabbed her after Shizuku turned the lights on. It was an Echidna Lamia. Her snake half was a tan color. She had short spiky light blonde hair, rather large scaly arms, and red eyes with yellow pupils. "Whats with all the noise out here?" Another voice asked. Anne looked and saw several more monsters. Another Lamia with a blue tail, purple short twin ponytails, and blue eyes. There was moth girl with fluffy white hair, large wings, and all red eyes. A yeti girl with long, light blue hair, red eyes, fur on her arms and big furry legs. The last was a zombie girl with pinkish flesh,short scruffy red hair and green and yellow mis-matched eyes. She also had stitches on her body. "Shizuku, care to explain why this THING is in our home?" The Enchinda lamia asked. "Her name is Anne. I found her in the snowstorm last night and I brought her here." Shizuku said. "Calm down kiddo, these are my roommates. Aiko the Echinda lamia, her sister Yokota, Fio the moth girl, Chihiro the yeti, and Naoko the zombie." Shizuku said. Anne turned around and nervously waved. Naoko got on her knees and scruffed up Anne's hair. "Well, regardless, she is not staying here, put her back were you found her." Aiko said. "I found her in the woods." Shizuku said. "What? Why?" Fio asked. Shizuku sat on the couch with Anne. "While checking her over, I found multiple bruises and cuts. I have a feeling her parents abused her. Is that right sweetie?" Shizuku asked. Anne nodded her head. "Oh poor thing." Chihiro said as she sat down on the couch and rubbed Anne's back. Aiko rolled her eyes. "I don't want to go back." Anne said with a shaking voice. "I don't care what happened, she is not staying here." Aiko said. Naoko slapped in the back of her head. "How cold is that heart of yours? You want us to dump her back out on the streets?" She scolded. Aiko growled as she slithered off back to her room and slammed the door. "Do you want to stay here for a while pipsqueak?" Naoko asked. Anne nodded her head. "Well, lets get something to eat, and then get you some fresh clothes." Chihiro said. Anne's face lit up.
