So, you want to make a request to have your book promoted, reviewed, or edited? Before you can go to your section of the book to put in that request, there are a few things you need to know first before I can even accept your offer.

Rules Guidelines, and Payment:

1.) Fanfics and Original Works

When it comes to promoting stories, I will accept nearly anything as long as it's not rated mature. I'm a bit more picky when it comes to editing and reviewing books and with good reason too.

I only review/edit Fanfics that are in a fandom that I feel comfortable with. This includes the following:
Pokémon
BNHA/MHA
Demon Slayer
Fruits Basket
Harry Potter

If you're writing a fanfic that isn't listed, you can check with me beforehand, but keep in mind, I have the right to refuse if it's not in a fandom I'm familiar/comfortable with. After all, I want your book to THRIVE! That can only happen if I'm very familiar with the content. If you want to get your story out there, you're always welcome to promote it instead as I accept nearly all fandoms for that (as long as the source material isn't mature).

For Original Works, I will accept them if they are in a genre I'm comfortable reading. Again, like with fanfics, I want your story to do well, BUT it can only happen if I am not only interested in the type of story you're writing, but am very familiar with the genre too. The genres I will NOT ACCEPT are as followed:
Thriller
Horror
Mature (especially Smut)
Books promoting hate

Again, these are stories I'm NOT accepting. This goes for both Original works and Fanfics. The reason being is that I like to sleep at night not thinking of the horrors that could happen and quite frankly, I'm not a fan of smut. I recognize many people do enjoy that type of work and it's okay (as long as you're of age imo), but I am not comfortable around that topic.

If found that your book should be rated Mature or promote hate and you give it to me review, edit, or even promote, it will result in a permanent ban because again, I'm just not comfortable with that content. Books of fandoms I'm not familiar with, are thriller, or are horror, you can promote, so please keep that in mind. If there are any questions, feel free to ask.

2.) Fill out the forms carefully!

There are three different types of services I'm offering, and each are very different with what is inside each one. Make sure that every part is filled out before submitting your review (note, some forms may be longer that you may need to put in multiple comments, and that is fine). Just make sure you have it the way you want it to be before submitting it because it can change the outcome of your request. Reviews, for instance, are done in three different levels. The Advanced level is not for the faint of heart, so if you're not ready for candid feedback, then this may not be the one for you. Likewise, if you're wanting ways to improve on your story, but you put down novice, you may not get much. What you put in that form is very important as to what the results may be.

3.) Kindness and Patience

I do recognize we live in the digital age where everything seems to come to us at the snap of our fingers. It's a wonderful thing in a sense, but it comes with a double edge sword. If it's something that is AI generated, sure, you can get feedback asap, but to get genuine feedback from a person who is willing to put the time in, well, it's going to take time. If I don't have work or things to do, sure, it may come within a day or two, but if there is an unexpected busy period, please note that reviews can take anywhere from a week to a month, sometimes even longer.

My goal with reviews and edits is to give you the BEST feedback possible, so that will take time. I will do my best to give you frequent updates on how the process is going, give you approximate dates on it, and let you know if I'm ahead/behind schedule. Your patience will be rewarded in the end, I promise!

You're more than welcome to ask how things are going, but the minute things turn hostile or start to demand things to go faster without a solid reason, I can and will drop a request. Note: I've NEVER done this in the past, but that was also a few years ago, and I do realize that with how much technology has evolved in just the span of a couple of years, well, one can never be too careful and cautious. Just know that if you're patient and kind with me, I will do the same in return.

It's the golden rule, right?

4.) Refusal to Accept

This seems like an oxymoron considering I just spoke about the golden rule, but hear me out. I want you to have the best experience possible with whatever service you request. Because of this, I have the right to refuse if I don't think I can do it justice. When you think about it, it goes with the other rules already listed, like when it comes to content or the type of book yours is. For the most part, that is what it is, but other times, it could be interest. I've always been good at accepting books regardless, so don't let this deter you away from requesting. If it doesn't work out, I could always try and direct you to another service that will do your book justice.

And, a friendly reminder, this can be done at any point of the review, so make sure your story is appropriate.

5.) 1 Service Per book.

You can have me review, promote, OR edit every book you have (well, depending on if there's a slot open for every book), but each book can only have 1 type of service done on it. Why? It's comes down to two reasons: The first is that most services overlap one another. Reviews can be promotional if you add all the optional parts to it. After editing, I can't review it because it's up to you whether or not to take the corrections (sure, reviews cover more than edits, but if I give edits and they're not taken by the time a review is done, it's going to be disheartening because I put a ton of time and effort into it). Which brings me to the second reason I'm not doing two services for one book: these are time consuming. I love to help people, but I want to be able to help a lot of people, and if one book is being thrown around as a promotion, then is asked to be edited, and then asked to be reviewed...that's three services where I might've been able to help out another story. Again, I love to help, but make sure you know which service you want for a book before it's requested.

Which brings me to the second part of this rule: I will not update reviews once given. Goes with the second reason as to why I'm doing one service per book because it does become time consuming. Reviews are meant to show what your book was at one point of time. If you make those changes, yay! That part of the review no longer pertains to your book, but at the time the review was given, yes, it was what happened. It's okay to grow during this process. If it's one of those things where you're afraid that it's going to deter people away, you can always make a comment on the said chapter, saying something along the lines of, "Because of this review, I've corrected this particular thing, so it is no longer there."

Again, growth. It's a great thing. We all grow if we put the time and effort into our craft. Take it from a girl who has grown lightyears from writing her first story due to learning more grammar rules, reading more stories, learning about storytelling, and most importantly, got the help that was needed for each book (or at least, for what I wanted at that point of time).

6.) Payment

There is only two things I ask for when it comes to making a request, but note that if you wanted to spread the word about Weather's Wattpad Wonders to your friends so I can help more people, give a follow, or if you wanted to support my own stories, you're always welcome to do so. These are NOT REQUIREMENTS, but they are always nice to see.

As I've said, two things are required. One is before you even make your request. There will be a "Password" at the end of each form. To ensure that you've read first two parts before flipping through to the form, you must answer the following question: what is your favorite book (not on Wattpad, but published offline). That answer is your individual password, and yes, over time, it can change. So, if you find a new book you like, and you're submitting another request for a new book of yours, you can have your password be the new book, not matching the old one, or you can keep it the same. It does not matter. I just need to know that you've made it this far in the rules, reading everything for it.

The next thing I will need from you comes at the very end, but kind of varies from types of request. For the public book review and promotion, I will need you to comment and vote on the chapter that has your book featured in it to ensure that you've got it. Comments could be a simple thank you, interacting with what is said, or just letting people know how excited you are to have them check out your book. I ask for both because it lets me know that you've read the review/promotion. This needs to be done within 1-2 weeks of the chapter being posted. For private reviews/edits, they act a bit different because we'll sort of be in constant contact with each other via Discord, so make sure that you're checking Google Docs and Discord (or at least, just Discord, I'll let you know when comments are made through Docs if needed). Because of this, you need to make sure you message back within a reasonable timeframe. This format is done more through a conversation, and one sided conversations of me just giving edits or a review is low-key rude. Please just let me know when you get things, ask questions when you need them, etc. That is why I have this rule as a sort of payment.

Failure to make any payments will result in going on a ban list.

7.) Ban List

For every book service book I've done a ban list for, I've yet to put any names on it, so please, let's keep the same thing going here too. Strikes will be given on offense base. You will not receive a strike if you missed something on your form (for that can easily be reminded of and fixed), but you can if you don't make any payments, are rude, miss key details of what is needed for certain reviews, etc. Three strikes will land the offender on the banned list unless I deem an offense reasonable to go straight to the ban list. Again, I've yet to create one of these, so please don't be the first person to make me create one of these.

And I think that's everything! Before you flip through the next part, just a friendly reminder to READ THROUGH EVERYTHING!! If you fail to do so, you may miss some key details and important steps unique to each service that is provided in this book.
