I wanted to speak.

I wanted to scream out.

'Hi! I'm Travis! I'm white and I have Autism.'

But I couldn't. I can't read, or speak. I am completely illiterate. I looked at the girl beside me. Ollie... Her name is Ollie.

I tap her, she looks at me, her eyes are a warm brown, they were comforting.

I wave and smile. She gives a bright smile. But behind that smile, something shown through.

Suffering, pain. Almost like world war three, in her mind. We turn back to the group.

"How about we talk a little more." Riley says. I scratch my goatee and grunt in frustration.

Ollie looks at me and smiles. "They won't make you talk, buddy." I grunt a little.

I wish I could thank her.

They spent about thirty minutes figuring out various things about each other.

I say they because, you know, the whole I can't speak thing.

The loudness began to get the better, and I started to have a freak out.

My vision blurred with tears. Ollie looked at me and screamed something.

"Yah! Ip Dakchyeo!" Everyone stopped.

"Aish,so inconsiderate. Are you okay Travis?" I nodded.

Witten spoke up first. "Did you just scream at us in Korean?"

Ollie nodded. "What did you say?" Kanoa asks.

"Well, first I said: Yah, Ip Dakchyeo. Which means 'hey shut up' and second I said: Aish which means 'geez'  I'll do that a lot out of habit." We all nodded.

I smiled at her, she smiled back.

I've never had someone this nice before.
