Peter went the rest of the week pondering on that question
Was this all real?
Or was it just a dream?

He looked over at his friends as they walked around town, they were all laughing together as Peter pretended to listen to the conversation
'Oh god, don't let this be a dream' he prayed
'Just please don't let it be'

"Hey, Pete!" Tony said as he and Peter were working in his lab, "you look like your in la la land and just ignored my whole rant to you about how Steve annoyed me again today

"Oh sorry, it's just," Peter sighed, Tony would think he was crazy, "never mind."

Tony dropped his tools and walked over to his son, "Hey, remember, you can tell me anything."

Peter sighed and looked up at Tony, he had to tell someone, his dad was the best go to

"You know when I had a migraine and took a nap? Well, something that I dreamed about has been bothering me. There was a voice telling me to 'wake up' and 'it's not real'. And then MJ said something weird over Christmas. It's just not making sense, it's like someone's trying to get me to wake up from this dream. Or, or am I just kidding myself?" Peter looked at Tony and thought he saw a flash of a terrified look on his face, but in an instant, it was gone

"I wouldn't worry about it. It's probably nothing." He patted Peters back and led him out of the lab, "why don't you go hang out with MJ?"

Peter nodded and went to find his girlfriend, who he later found in the music room playing on the piano. Peter stood by the door and watched her, after a while, she hit the wrong note, frustrated, she banged her hands on the piano and laying her head on it

"I thought that was great." Peter said, announcing his presence as he joined her on the piano, "But I believe that the note was, "he placed his hands on top of hers and the two of them continued with at melody. "...that" Peter said once they finished the measure

"I've got a song stuck in my head." She told him, looking him straight in the eye, "Wanna sing a duet?"

MJ's totally none chalant way to say that, was the most romantic thing for Peter

He nodded having found a loss for words as she pulled out the sheet music and started playing the melody and she started to sing

Peter sat there in a trance as he played, mesmerized by MJ's singing, and right now that was all he could hear

And so, he sang the next verse, this time she couldn't get her eyes off as he sang, like an angel

The two started to sing in perfect harmony as the world disappeared around them

Their faces were inches apart, they stared into each other's eyes.

Suddenly they both heard loud clapping from the entrance to the room, Peter immediately got nerves and backed a little away as MJ glared daggers at Ned who interrupted their moment once again

"I promise, I'll make sure he won't ruin your moment next time." Flash chuckled

But the end is coming soon to this story but I have another one going to come out after that already has half of the chapters written so there will hopefully not be a long wait on that one
