Skye was left confused why didn't Zed want her to go. She was already sneaking out of the castle that night she wanted to see her father and she will she was already at the gate when a guard saw her and began to run towards her she diverted and tried to check for another exit but the bells were already ringing altering the guards that someone was trying to escape.

Zed woke up at the sound of it pushing Audrey off him he wore his clothes and went to find out what was going on. Passing by Skye's room he decided to check on her just to see that she was missing.

His eyes went red, he couldn't even sense her.

Skye ran for dear life not knowing where she would even go to soon she lost some of the guards as she came across the stables. She released one of the horses climbing unto it but she fell she had never rode a horse before by herself.

She struggled and convinced herself and she finally got on it she felt a little bit afraid as she did not know how to ride a horse.

She slapped the horse whose eyes widened and began to run she screamed unable to slow the horse down or control it.

"Over there!" One of the guards shouted as he saw her.

"Hiya!" Skye shouted as she hit the horse being able to direct it to jump over the fence which it did and it ran fast.

"Who escaped?" Zed asked when the guards came to inform him.

"We don't know sire but it seems to be a woman maybe one of the prisoners" the guard said and Zed laughed a little bit before he slapped the guard who had said so his claws had come out without notice and the guard clammored on the floor as he spat a mouthful of blood.

"Send guards after her I want her here before dawn and no harm must come to her or I will behead every single one of you " Zed warned his eyes blood red with anger swimming in it.

"Yes my Lord" the guards all said in unison trembling with fear.

Audrey walked in.

"Zed what happened?" She asked walking towards him and he glared at her, he would have been with Skye and she wouldn't have escaped if not for her suggestion but he blamed himself for listening to her.

Skye had the courage to run away?.

Zed summoned pharian but the demon had ignored his call.

Was he helping Skye?  Zed frowned at the thought of pharian helping Skye escape.

Meanwhile the demon had not purposely ignored his call he had his own life and his own things he was doing now

"Zed?" Audrey called noticing he had ignored her question he stood up.

"Stay here and if anything comes up take charge I have to find something" he said leaving the room though his men were able he didn't trust them to find Skye and it was the dead of the night the whole place was freezing he was worried something would happen to her.

Yes he was worried.

Zed climbed a black horse noticing something off. One of the horses were missing. She actually stole a horse from him.

Zed laughed at the thought of a prim and proper princess climbing such an animal. He smiled at the thought he would have loved to see her fall.

He quickly charged and the horse neighed and ran taking large steps this was his favourite horse though he could appear and dissapear he didn't know exactly where she was and he needed to find her.

Skye's heart was thumping and was thinking of going back she didn't know the way to Gumstom from here as she had only travelled a little but she noticed some familiar things. Knowing she was going the right way, she charged her horse to go faster running towards the direction that was indeed leading to Gumstom.

Zed's men were busy searching the forest for any sign of the woman. Zed snarled at them he had already caught up to them at the rate they searched for her Skye would have escaped or be harmed as she had never been in the wild alone but Zed knew where she was going.

Unable to believe it after a long time she could she Gumstom she smiled brightly only one thought in her mind.

She was going to see her father again if only she knew what had befallen Gumstom
