The Headless Pumpkin Houndlizard is a Houndlizard that actually enjoys scaring anything that moves. They are capable of removing their pumpkin like head and leaves it somewhere, when something is curious to go near the 'pumpkin' the eyes, nose and mouth will open up showing the flames and then it will bite it's prey and the body will then follow. It has been shown that they can share their heads with other Headless Pumpkin Houndlizards, they give live birth. When it's a young one, they cannot remove their head at all due to a special form of stitching tissue that connects their heads as soon as they shed their skin they can remove their head whenever they want. The flames are not deadly nor do they hurt anyone or anything, it's just a surprise, however the teeth are sharp. It has been shown that they actually nest near pumpkin patches. They live on the Island called The Heart, a beautiful paradise. This creature is also capable of walking bipedally, as in walking on it's hind legs. The hollow hole in their front legs is a sign that they are Houndlizards, but it does serve a purpose. When a Headless Pumpkin Houndlizard sleeps it covers it's face using it's arms using the hole in the arms to cover the eyes, a term made specially for them called 'Sleepy Hollow' it may look like it's empty space but there is a membrane that blocks out light, but allows them to see through it to see any possible threats.

This was super fun to make, because I really love the concept of the Headless Horseman. I dressed up as him twice, and since it's almost Halloween I decided to give him a special reference to a Menagerie species that definitely belongs in October. October belongs to the Houndlizards!!!!!!!! YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
