Toomi: Kirby, the pink fluffball of Dreamland,

Megumi: And Amazo, the deadly destroyer android.

Toomi: There have been hundreds, no, millions of possible powers out there. From cryokinisis to ninjutsu, there is next to no end of the possible powers one may possess, and to have them all is nearly impossible.

Megumi: Keyword being 'nearly'. However, we found two beings who can copy any ability they so desire making them more than capable of having litteraly any power they want! She's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi.

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Toomi: A thousand years ago, the star warriors have defended the universe from the infamous and powerful Nightmare.

Sachi: However, they ended up dying, leaving only two left. The heroic Meta Knight, who fought in the war and barely made it out with his life and our famous pink hero, Kirby, who avoided the entire war in a star spaceship, and crash-landed on the planet Popstar.

Megumi: That guy is a hero? How can that be? Look at him! He's so cute!

Toomi: That may be so but don't be fooled. Kirby has been known for his unsatiable appetite that he can eat anything. Including living breathing beings.

Megumi: Oh my God. That cute fluffball can wipe out the human race if he wants to?

Toomi: Yes, may not look it, but Kirby is a powerhouse. He possesses incredible strength, speed, durability, and an arsenal stranger than an average day in Florida. He is famously known for inhaling his enemies and copying their abilities. He also uses his warp star for transportation, which can move faster than light, though he can fly on his own for long periods of time.

Sachi: His copying abilities includes hammer from the Bonkers mid-boss, fighter from the Knuckle Joe enemy and sword from sword wielding enemies like Sword Knight, Blade Knight, and Heavy Knight.

Sachi: And speaking of planets, Kirby has done his fair share of planet busting, having punched a hole in the Earth, redirected meteors with cannonballs and defeated a being called Nova who is the size of a planet.

Megumi: And his stomach! That kid's reason for his endless appetite is because his stomach is a literal dimension!

Feats

Sent a meteorite 9999 lightyears into space; destroying 9 planets in the process.

Throw Kirby threw a clown from Popstar all the way to a nearby Black Hole.

Cracked Planet Popstar in half.

He also did it again, while divided into four in Amazing Mirror.

Survived a blast from a gigantic cannon with little-to-no damage.

Completely unaffected by this.

Drilled through the planet-sized Star Dream with the Robobot.

Flown to NOVA's summon point and back in mere seconds, which is at the edge of the galaxy.

Mike Kirby managed to destroy Dedede's castle

He also destroyed multiple monsters inside the NME ship in the anime. All by singing.

In an idle animation, Kirby was shown to be quick enough to go to sleep, dream something up and wake up in time to eat it.

Kirby supposedly has "Infinite Power"

Toomi: Not only that but Kirby has even outmatched Meta Knight who's sword was established to have infinite power, eat something he can even dream about and his Ghost Ability enables him to literally erase someone from existance.

Megumi: Oh my God! Never underestimate the power of a Nintendo character.

Toomi: However, the one thing that holds Kirby back is his naive personality due to the fact he is still just a child.

Sachi: He has been easily tricked by enemies, distracted by food and even needed Tiff to command him due to lacking the strategic thinking and experience to fight on his own.

Megumi: And for someone being called a hero, he has commited multiple acts of genocide. That's when the main hero is an even bigger villain than the villain themselves!

Weakness

He is a young boy

Has attacked Dedede even when Dedede is trying to do heroic things (Like protect the Star Rod)

Despite being labeled as a hero, has committed multiple acts of genocide

Is always hungry and obsessed with food.

The plot of Kirby: Squeak Squad and Kirby and the Rainbow Curse are literally Kirby seeking revenge on the villains simply because his food was taken from him.

Despite his invincibility, Kirby can still be knocked out.

His durability and defensive limitations are inconsistent and can vary depending on his depiction.

Copy abilities expire if Kirby takes too much damage.

His floating can be interrupted if he takes too much damage.

Very normal characters can easily send Kirby flying from a strong impact simply because Kirby is nigh weightless.

Smash Bros depict Kirby as one of the top 5 lightest combatants.

Kirby is very small and his very stubby limbs give Kirby an unorthodox physique.

Has the mentality of a baby; meaning he's immature, unintelligent, unfocused, inexperienced and a bit too friendly.

In the anime, Kirby normally needs Tiff commanding him in order to do basic tactics (almost like a Pokemon).

Sometimes just stares obliviously at events around him.

His baby-like and adorable appearance make it very hard for other people to take him seriously.

Inhale has limitations;

Giant opponents and some bosses cannot be inhaled.

Certain opponents cannot be killed by being inhaled and are just 'pooped' back out.

In the anime; Kirby can be exhausted if he uses Inhale for too long.

Inhale is very short-ranged and can be escapable at longer ranges.

Several Copy Abilities do not work underwater.

Toomi: And in gameplay wise, Kirby cannot swallow every enemies, as bigger enemies cannot be sucked by Kirby and it is a surprisingly short ranged attack.

Sachi: And several of his copy abilities don't work underwater.

Megumi: But despite these weaknesses, it warms my heart to know such a cute little fluffball is on the side of good, saving the day and making friends.

Toomi: Mad Scientists, they tend to get a bit crazy sometimes. But, every so often they go beyond that.

Megumi: One such example is Doctor Ivo who had a desire to avoid death. And as such he took to studying cybernetics and began building his own android

Sachi: Unfortunately, his obsession turned to that android and decided to sacrifice his father and a random stranger to which it was born as Amazo.

Toomi: Amazo is the pinnacle of accelerated evolution. And he can duplicate any ability ranging from Super-Strength to Telepathy. He's also got Near Invulnerability and Superhuman Speed.

Megumi: But if you think his name isn't very creative, well Amazo's powers aren't that creative either. His main power is copying other metahumans and adding their powers to his own, those including Superman's heat vision, Shapeshifting like Martian Manhunter, tornado creation form Red Tornado, magic from Zatanna, Speed Force manipulation similar to the Flash and even the ability to talk to fish like Aquaman.

Toomi: His absorption powers can also be based on taking damage from his opponents. When he takes damage, he can use it against his opponents and counter them with his own ability.

Sachi: And you remember Green Lantern's ring needs the power of Willpower to work? Well even Hal Jordan had trouble dealing with him since Amazo having the powers of the members of the Justice League, meaning he has the willpower of 6 Justice League members. Basically imagine Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash and Aquaman with a Green Lantern ring adding up to Green Lantern's own Willpower and all that in one robot.

Megumi: And Amazo even once locked battle against Hourman, a superhero that can control time and the two battled in the spacetime continuum

Feats

Any flaw Amazo suffers from tends to be brief and counter measured.

Absorbed the the "success factor" of the entire Justice League in order to kill the being known as "I."

Defeated Hal Jordan, thanks to possessing the willpower of six Leaguers.

A copy of the original Amazo made from one its fragments were able to copy the chronokinetic abilities of Hourman Matt Tyler's Worlogog, becoming "Timazo."

Another incarnation managed to swap species with the Justice League, turning them into robots and Amazo into a human.

Timazo basically took over Hourman's life

Timazo is currently locked in an eternal battle with Hourman in the spacetime continuum.

In his golden evolved state, A.M.A.Z.O. is among the most powerful beings in the DC Animated Universe.

One shotted Supergirl

Ripped Red Tornado into half

Defeated Superman, Doctor Light, Orion and Captain Atom all at once

Can keep up with the Flash

Takes down Steel, Wonder Woman and Flash all at once

Takes a massive blast of Fire from Fire and was unfazed

Toomi: Because of his copying abilities, Amazo has been considered to be one of the biggest threats in the DC universe, having defeated many members of the Justice League and even nearly succeeded in destroying the world multiple times.

Megumi: If he's so powerful, then how come he has lost often?

Toomi: Because Megumi, Amazo don't just absorb his opponents powers, he also absorbs their flaws as well, meaning he can also absorb a Kryptonian's weakness to Kryptonite though that no longer applies after he overcame it.

Sachi: And Resurrection Man used the emotions from the crowd watching his fight against the Justice League to create a blast powerful enough to kill him

Megumi: And Amazo did became kinda stupid after absorbing Bizzaro's stupidity.

Weakness

Hal Jordan used his willpower to swap the "success factor" of the League with their "defeat factor" the moment "I" was killed.

The Pre-Crisis Amazo was defeated for good when he absorbed the body & mind of drunkard Jake McGregor, and was left catatonic by Martian Manhunter trapping him a "logical dead-end loop."

Amazo's second iteration was killed when Resurrection Man used the emotions from the crowd watching the android's fight with the Justice League, and using to create an energy blast that destroyed Amazo.

While he initially absorbed the flaws of his opponent, Amazo managed to overcome the borrowed flaws.

He was initially held back by Ivo's directives and cannot deviate from them, usually shutting down if his mission has ended. But he gradually overcame that flaw.

He can only access his learned abilities one at a time. But he gradually overcame that flaw.

Once absorbed the powers of Bizarro, only for his mind to malfunction due to adapting Bizzaro's traits.

Was unable to copy Superboy-Prime's powers.

Amazo 3764 was claimed by Slaughter Swamp after absorbing Solomon Grundy's power set.

Toomi: And contary to what he thinks, Amazo cannot copy everyone's powers. One example is Superboy Prime, the reality destroying Superboy that has nigh resistance to magic and has powers beyond most versions of Superman.

Sachi: And he can only use his learned ability one at a time but he overcame it.

Megumi: One things for sure, if that robot is a one bot Justice League, you oughta stay clear before he heat visions, lassos, batarang or drown you quickly in Green Lantern's light.

Green fields, Dreamland Kingdom

In the lush green fields, everyone is out and about, happily living their lives.

At the same time, Tiff and Kirby are sitting together, sharing a strawberry shortcake as they are having a picnic.

However, that brief moment of peace was suddenly interrupted by a loud explosion.

Kirby widens his eyes in shock as he looks, with Tiff looking around in shock, asking out.

Tiff: What's going on?

Kirby looks, noticing something within the smoke and he points at it, calling out.

Kirby: Nya!

Tiff turns, noticing a shadown behind the smokescreen and she warns Kirby,

Tiff: Oh be careful. I have a bad feeling about this.

As the smoke clears, a Waddle Dee carrying a parasoul wanders a little too close to the smoke.

Right at that moment, there was a sound of some kind of a machine scanner before a parasoul came flying out of the smoke, impaling right into the Waddle Dee.

SHOK!!!

Witnessing the death of that Waddle Dee, many of the nearby bystanders immediately turned tails and ran, fleeing from the scene

The smoke clears, revealing a rather tall and muscular robot standing up, towering over many of the Dreamland residents.

His name is Amazo, the power absorbing Android

Kirby steps forward, looking up just as the Android fires a blast of heat vision from his eyes.

VREEEEE!!!

Kirby simply react by opening his mouth, swallowing the heat vision completely.

Intrigued by the little puffball's ability, Amazo compliments him.

Amazo: Interesting. Your power seems similar to mine but I have evolved to an existance far beyond yours.

BZZZZZTTT!!!

Using the Speed Force, Amazo dashes forward just as the announcer screams out.

Announcer: Fight!

Kirby jumps up, reacting against Amazo's speed by throwing a punch, their fists collides into each other.

THOOM!!!

Kirby: Nya!

WHAM!!!

Kirby threw a kick, sending Amazo flying up only for the Android to conjure up a pair of wings, slamming them together to create a sonic boom, striking into Kirby.

BAM!!!

As Kirby bounces back from the impact, Amazo throws out his own version of the Lasso of Truth and wrapped it around Kirby, spinning him around before throwing him towards a boulder.

CRASH!!!

Shaking his head, Kirby looks, noticing Sword Knight next to him before opening his mouth, inhaling the creature before conjuring up a sword, becoming sword Kirby.

Amazo lunges forward, only for Kirby to block his attack with his sword before slashing at him across his body.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

Although the surface of his torso is scratched by the blade, Amazo scans Kirby, copying his sword and technique before drawing out his own sword.

With both combatants armed with swords, Amazo and Kirby continues to clash, the two seemingly evenly matched.

CLANG!!! CLANG!!! CLANG!!!

Amazo uses his invisibility power to shift through a slash from Kirby before throwing a punch.

WHAM!!!

Kirby: YAHHHHH!!!

Kirby screams out as he was sent flying from the attack.

Amazo narrows his eyes and he flies forward, only for Kirby to suddenly open his mouth, inhaling him.

Amazo: What?!

Before Amazo could react, the android found himself getting absorbed by Kirby, entering his mouth before getting swallowed up.

Kirby's stomach

Inside Kirby's dimensional stomach, Amazo looks around in shock, finding himself floating in a dimesion full of food and enemies Kirby has absorbed over the years.

Angered, Amazo growls.

Amazo: You may have trapped me in here but it will take more than that to stop me!

Using magic he stole from Zatanna, Amazo uses teleportation to teleport himself out, disappearing.

As Kirby is taking a nap, right at that moment, he felt something strike him in the face.

POW!!!

Kirby: YAAHHHHHH!!!

Kirby screams out before backflipping in the air, landing feet first as he looks up, his eyes widens at the sight of Amazo in front of him.

Amazo: Such an amazing skill, let's see how you like that!

Amazo then opens his mouth, inhaling a large gust of air in an attempt to absorb Kirby.

Kirby then hops onto his Warp Star, flying straight towards Amazo while inhaling a passing Knuckle Joe, becoming Fighter Kirby.

Kirby then jumps up, striking Amazo in the chin.

BAM!!!

As Amazo backs away, he narrows his eyes as he raises up his arm, parrying a blow from Kirby.

WHAM!!!

Kirby and Amazo runs across the field, exchanging blows amongst themselves only except Amazo is taking most of the blows.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Just as Kirby is about to throw a punch, Amazo summons a shield construct with his Green Lantern ring, shielding himself from the blow before throwing out his leg, striking into Kirby.

WHAM!!!

As Kirby falls back, Amazo blasts a Kirby with green fire.

FWOOOM!!!

Opening his mouth, Kirby inhales the green fire before spitting it back, only for Amazo to dodge it.

But that attack was only a distraction as Kirby brandishes his hammer, using it to slam right into Amazo, sending him flying with a single blow.

THOOM!!!

With the impact of the strike, Amazo was sent flying out of the planet's orbit into a nearby moon.

CRASH!!!

Recovering from the blow, Amazo records down the hammer used on him before summoning his own hammer, watching just as Kirby began flying towards him on his Warp Star.

Kirby: Poyo!

Kirby then brandishes his hammer jumping out of his Warping star only for Amazo to jump up the same way, both fighters spins in the air, their hammers clashing into each other.

BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!!

Amazo brings his hammer down, only for Kirby to block the blow with his hammer, which unfortunately left him an opening for Amazo to slam his knee into him.

WHAM!!!

Amazo then lets out a gust of wind, freezing Kirby over before throwing one powerful punch.

BAM!!!

Kirby: YAAAHHHHH!!!

Kirby screams out as he was sent flying down.

Amazo then thrusts his hand out, summoning a tornado right at Kirby.

WHOOSH!!!

As Amazo attempts to blow Kirby away with his tornado, Kirby quickly ate his Warp Star, transforming into Star Rod Kirby.

Kirby then swings his Star Rod out, parrying Amazo's wind before grabbing an asteroid, throwing it at him.

Amazo opens his mouth, swallowing the boulder only for Kirby to strike him with his Star Rod.

BAM!!!

Kirby then swings his Star Rod, firing several blasts of stars at Amazo.

THOOM!!! THOOM!!!

Two of those struck right into Amazo before the Android uses the Speed Force, dodging blow after blow before running up to Kirby, time seemingly moving so slowly only for Kirby to fire a powerful blast of energy at Amazo.

THOOM!!!

Using his time controlling powers, Amazo quickly moves back in time, moving back towards the time before Kirby fires his ultimate attack.

Just as Kirby is about to fire that blast of energy from his Star Rod, Amazo dashes forward at super speed, summoning lightning from his hand as he throws one powerful punch right into Kirby.

BAM!!!

The impact of the punch knocks the power up right out of Kirby, sending the puffball tumbling backwards.

Kirby pushes himself up, his eyes full of tears as he cries at the loss of his weapon.

Amazo looks down at Kirby, gloating.

Amazo: You do not stand a chance, I have grown far more powerful than you can ever imagine.

Amazo's eyes glows red as he also charges up his Lantern Ring with one hand and a mix of wind and fire in his other, putting them together as he fires one powerful combined attack down onto Kirby, preparing to finish him off.

THOOM!!!

As Kirby is crying over the loss of his Star Rod, suddenly, the Miracle Fruit in his stomach activates, causing him to become Hypernova Kirby.

With his new power, Kirby opens his mouth, absorbing Amazo's powers before unleashing it back onto Amazo.

THOOM!!!

Amazo: What?!

Widening his eyes in shock, Amazo quickly creates a shield construct with his Lantern Ring, blocking the projectile, only for his shield to slowly crack before shattering.

With his last form of defense destroyed, Amazo could only widen his eyes in agony, feeling his entire body disintergrates as he lets out a loud scream.

Amazo: AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!

Within seconds, his entire body went off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!

With his opponent defeated, Kirby looks as he notices the Green Lantern ring fall onto the ground, picking it up before activating the ring, flying down.

Planet surface

Down on the surface of the planet, Tiff stands there, worried as she waits for Kirby to return.

Tiff: Oh, I hope Kirby's okay.

Right at that moment, Tiff heard a familiar voice from behind.

Kirby: Nya!

Tiff: Kirby?

Tiff turns around, seeing Kirby smiling at him and she exclaims out in happiness and relief.

Tiff: Kirby! Oh thank goodness you're okay!

Kirby: Poyo!

Kirby happily chirps as Tiff picks him up, planting a kiss on his cheek.

Behind them, the people of Dreamland dances and party as Beyonce sings the song Love on Top, celebrating Kirby's victory over Amazo.

Megumi: Man, looks like the only thing that Kirby can't beat is a diet.

Toomi: Being more smarter and dealing with fighters of different caliber of strength, Amazo holds the strategic and experience advantage over Kirby. With his the ability he gained from fighting the Justice League to help counter Kirby's own ability

Sachi: Like Kryptonian strength to match Kirby's own super strength, Wonder Woman, Batman or Huntress's martial arts skills to match Fighting Kirby, Speed Force to counter the speed of the Warp Star, Invisibility to shift through Kirby's attacks, time travel to back track undodgeable attacks and magic to teleport himself out of Kirby's stomach.

Megumi: Except that Kirby despite his age has his own fair share of experience to counter them and his small built along with his reaction speed makes it harder for Amazo to hit him.

Toomi: And while both Amazo and Kirby can absorb their opponents, Kirby does not absorb his opponents flaws, which adds up to his arsenal and abilities helps takes away the loophole to Amazo's own absorption. Though Kirby can only use one of his moves one time and one at a time while Amazo can use all of them at once which makes Amazo more versatile than Kirby.

Sachi: And plus every attack Amazo throws, who's to say Kirby wouldn't just absorb them and take the Justice League member powers of his own.

Toomi: Not only that but Kirby has also survived many things like planet level explosions and even existential erasure, to which as Hypernova Kirby, is more than capable of doing so.

Megumi: Which brings up one question, wouldn't Amazo just absorb that blast and then just fire it back at Kirby for an endless pass the projectile game?

Sachi: You can scale him to Superman whose top speed has been measured to be 92,417,072,400,000,000 miles per hour, way faster than Kirby's meteorite feat except Amazo has been defeated by Superman before.

Megumi: I mean for a guy that can absorb powers of the Justice League himself, he has been defeated by said Justice League, especially since Green Lantern did defeat him by making him have this 'defeat factor', which is kind of stupid given he was supposed to be stronger than the Justice League.

Toomi: And just to note that Kirby in canon has almost never lost an actual one on one fight most of the time and he has taken damage and can still come out fine. So having the advantage in durability, power, skills and ability, all it takes is for Kirby to transform into Hypernova Kirby and finish off Amazo once and for all.
