Humatrix: Sweet! Alright ladies and gentlemen, let's get started. Delsin Rowe was once an average Akomish delinquent who constantly tagged billboards to get attention. His older brother and police officer Reggie Rowe constantly arrested him, much to his embarrassment. Shortly after, an armored truck showed up and discharged 3 conduits in front of him. After he attempted to help Hank Daughtry, he unknowingly gained Smoke powers and learned he was a conduit himself and had the ability to gain powers from other people.

Humatrix: Delsin later set out on a quest with his brother to Seattle with the goal of gaining Augustine's powers in order to heal the Akomish tribe. And being a conduit, Delsin is able to heal faster than a normal human, as shown when he was shot in the chest twice and was fine in seconds with no visible or significant damage. He is strong enough to dive into the ground from a great height to create a shockwave. Delsin also has strength which is greater than that of a normal human such as being able to break free of a person's grasp with enough strength to cause them pain. But let's move on to Delsin's Smoke powers. Delsin is able to shoot projectiles that are a combination of smoke and fire. His most basic attack, the Smoke Shot is a small condensed ball of smoke. He can shoot a more powerful and longer ranged version called the Cinder Blast. The Heavy Ammo power is the Cinder Missile which is a spiraling, condensed projectile of smoke capable of destroying vehicles. He can also use Sulfur Bombs to restrain opponents which are his special abilities for Smoke.

Humatrix: Delsin can use the Smoke Dash to transform into a cloud of smoke to move past and over solid objects and can do it up to 2 times while in the air. Additionally, he can leap off of vehicles to give himself a boost of momentum and launch himself into the air. Another ability Delsin has is the Smoke Thrusters in which he propels himself in the air and is able to glide. And let's not forget that he can dash through vents to appear on rooftops and even somehow heal himself afterwards. Finally, Delsin has the Orbital Drop in which he launches himself sky-high and dives into the ground to create a tremendous shockwave. The last power gained by Delsin is Concrete which is a form of Earth manipulation. With this element, he can telekinetically control concrete he makes as well as make projectiles using it. Concrete powers can be obtained when Delsin drains the concrete from a fallen D.U.P. soldier. His basic attack is the Concrete Shrapnel which rapidly shoots small pieces of concrete. He also has the Concrete Barrage which shoots powerful slabs of concrete. Delsin takes less damage when using Concrete thanks to the Strength of Stone which lessens damage by 10% and the Strength of Granite which lessens damage by 20%. For mobility, when Delsin uses the Boulder Dash he encases himself in concrete armor which can easily send vehicles flying as well as cause targets to fall down. Delsin has the Concrete Thrusters which surround him in swirling concrete. With the Concrete Thrusters, Delsin can lift himself in the air up to 3 times. When using the Boulder Dash, Delsin can also roll forward, becoming a devastating ball of concrete. Some of Delsin's feats include sinking an island with his Comet Drop and managing to defeat Hank Daughtry when he just discovered his Smoke abilities. He also managed to battle and defeat the powerful conduits Abigail Walker, Eugene Sims, and even Brooke Augustine. Delsin has also fought off specially trained Conduit soldiers who normally take down powerful Conduits. The delinquent even managed to stealthily take down a D.U.P. base and vandalize the equipment.

Feats

Defeated Fetch, Eugene, and Augustine. Who could use their respective powers to greater levels of power and skill than him, with much more experience. However this is due in part to his powers reducing theirs at the time, and Eugene not wanting to hurt him, just scare him away.

Exposed the entire DUP, brought Augustine to justice, healed the Akomish, and secured a peaceful future between Conduits and humans. All in the span of a week.

Defeated dozens of military troops and Conduits at once

Combined Orbital Drop and Hellfire Swarm sank the entire giant, concrete and steel island of Puget Sound down to it's foundation.

Burns through his energy much slower than Cole, but has less storage

Humatrix: Other feats Delsin has accomplished include shrugging off Augustine's concrete daggers in just a week which were said to be incurable by medical professionals. He also managed to expose Augustine's plan to everyone in the world and even with minimal knowledge he managed to figure out her plan. But even with all those impressive accomplishments, Rowe is not without his flaws. Apart from his impressive durability, he has no actual defensive capabilities. It's important to remember that his regeneration has its limits and can only use one power at a time. It's also important to keep in mind that Delsin must use outside sources to refill his energy and must switch to another source to switch powers. He is also arrogant and often underestimates his opponents.

Humatrix: Rogue is a mutant and longstanding member of the X-Men and affiliated teams. As such, she has a complicated and dramatic history. When she was a teenager, she discovered she absorbed people's psyches with a touch and accidentally put her friend in a coma. Raised by Mystique for a good portion of her life, she later became a mutant terrorist. This led to clashes with the X-Men and Avengers. In one of these encounters, Rogue permanently absorbed Carol Danvers' psyche and powers. Increasingly unable to control her mind and powers, she eventually sought the help of Professor Xavier and the X-Men. She quickly joined the team and has since played a significant role in many X-Men adventures. Her powers went through some temporary changes over the years (including a period when she could manifest any previously absorbed powers), until Xavier was able to help her control her abilities. More recently, she has joined the Unity Squad of the Avengers and is coping with having permanently absorbed Wonder Man's powers and losing control of her own once more. Most of her outfit is clothed, meaning she needs to take her gloves off to touch. This is intentionally to handicap her powers to not hurt her friends.

Rogue can be overloaded if she absorbs too much power.

Cannot copy machines or metals (unless its associated with the superpower).

For example; Rogue can copy Wolverine's bone-claws but cannot copy his Adamanitum coating because the metal is not natural.

The easiest way to defeat Rogue is to defeat her before making physical contact. This makes her somewhat vulnerable to fast or long-ranged characters.

Outside of a church, Delsin stood in front of the gate, leaning back as he pops a cigarette into his mouth.

Just as the figure closes in, Delsin narrows his eyes, speaking out.

The figure looks up, a feminine voice emitting from within the coat.

???: Conduit? What is that?

Angered at the figure's ignorance, Delsin demands out.

A stream of fiery smoke bursts from Delsin's hands and he concludes his sentence menacingly.

A powerful burst of flame escapes from his palm, sending Rogue flying from the blast.

Rogue screams out as a single blast of the projectile sends her flying back.

CRASH!!!

Rogue grits her teeth as she slams backfirst into a car, causing smoke to emit from the damage.

Delsin puts out his hand, slowly pulling in the smoke from the atmosphere into his palm.

WHOOSH!!!

Rogue pushes herself up, swerving her head to the side just as Delsin disappears, moving towards her at what seems to be the speed of light.

WHOOM!!! 

Just as Delsin halts in front of the car, Rogue plants her hand on his skin, creating a slow tingle down her spin as the boy's powers slowly drains into her flesh.

Delsin: ARGHHHHH!!!!

Feeling a great amount of agony, Delsin screams out as he drops onto the floor.

Rogue swung her leg up, throwing a kick square in his face.

WHAM!!

Delsin: ARGHHHHHHH!!!!

Not far away, a little girl sat within a car, playing with her doll to entertain herself while her parents are upstairs.

Unexpectingly, the girl heard a loud bang in front of her.

BAM!!!

Just as Delsin crashes backfirst into a car, the sudden action causes a little girl sitting inside to let out a loud shrill scream.

Little girl: AAAHHHHHHHH!!!!

The loud shrill sound of the girl's distressed scream travels across the dark of the night, attracting the attention of a tall muscular father cladded in a dark suit.

The figure's mouth twists into a smirk as he thought to himself.

???: A damsel in distress. Heh! Looks like it's time for Adam Blade to shine!

Thud! Thud! Thud!

Adam sprints across the roof tops, moving at supernatural speed before leaping off the building, drifting over the two combatants just as the announcer began announcing out.

Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, we have a new combatant!

Before Rogue could even react, she felt something crack across her back.

CRACK!!!

Rogue: AAAHHHHHH!!!!

Adam pulls out his Kandata String, cracking it across Rogue's body.

CRACK!!! TWIP!!! CRACK!!!

Adam then lunges himself forward, slamming headfirst into Rogue.

BAM!!!

Rogue: AAAHHHHHH!!!

Rogue screams out as she was sent flying back.

Delsin steps towards Adam just as the Priest clenches his fist, fire engulfing around his hand.

FWOOSH!!!

Adam: Heh. Messing with grown up stuff. You better get lost kid.

FWOOM!!!

Before Adam could even react, Delsin disappears in a puff of smoke, striking Adam across the body at rapid speed.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Adam: ARGHHHHHH!!! Why you?!

FWOOSH!!!

Adam thrusts his hand out, throwing a ball of fire at Delsin.

However, Delsin simply puts his hand out, causing the fire to seep into his hand.

FWOOM!!!

The move causes Adam to stare at his opponent, his eyes filled with shock.

Adam: Okay. Not expecting that.

FWOOM!!!

Delsin disappears in a puff of smoke, reappearing right in front of Adam.

Adam looks down, noticing a pair of neon blades held within his palm.

Adam: Shit.

WHOOM!!! SHHH!!!

Adam: AAGHHHHHHH!!!

Adam screams out in agony just as a single swing from Delsin's Neon Blades sends Adam flying upwards.

Up in the air, Adam grits his teeth as he felt something hard and fast striking across him repeatly.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Just as Adam is dazed from the attack, Rogue thrusts out her hand, grabbing onto his hand just as she felt his power draining into her.

Adam clenches his fist and he throws it outwards, striking Rogue hard in the face.

WHAM!!!

Rogue: AAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Just as Rogue is sent flying, Adam lunges downwards, declaring out.

Adam: Oh yeah! For the little girls!

Rogue looks up, lunging towards Adam just as their fists collides right into each others.

BAM!!!

Adam swings his arm across, only for Rogue to duck downwards, dodging the blow.

Right at that moment, Rogue swings her hands out, erecting a pair of claws within her hands.

SHING!!!

Adam: What the hell?

SLASH!!!

Adam: HUARGHHHHH!!!

Adam screams out just as Rogue swings her bladed claws at Adam repeatly, cutting across his skin.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

Angered, Adam shifts his hand up.

Before Rogue could even react, she felt herself getting pulled higher into the air.

Rogue: What?!

At the same time, Delsin felt a strong force pulling him up into the air.

Delsin: What the hell?!

Adam grits his teeth, swinging both his hands downwards.

The sheer movement, sends both Rogue and Delsin flying across the air, slamming bodyfirst into each other.

BAM!!!

Delsin: ARGHHHHH!!!!

Rogue: AAHHHHHH!!!

Just as both Rogue and Delsin falls downwards, Adam thrusts his hands out, sending both Delsin and Rogue flying across the air.

WHOOSH!!!

Delsin grits his teeth, looking back at Adam.

FWOOSH!!!

A burst of fire emits from Delsin's palm just as the boy thrusts his hand across, sending the fire towards Adam.

FWOOM!!!

Adam raises his hand, emitting a sphere of fire within his hand.

FWOOM!!!

Just as the ball of fire closes in, Adam swings his hand upwards, immediately dousing the fire with a single swing.

FWOOM!!!

Right at that moment, Delsin closes in onto Adam, throwing one powerful uppercut right beneath his chin.

WHAM!!!

Adam: AAAHHHHHHHH!!!

Just as Adam was sent flying back, Delsin pulls out his chain, throwing it upwards.

Twip!

The chain wraps itself around Adam's waist and Delsin tugs at it, the sheer force pulling Adam downwards.

Just as Adam closes in, Delsin pulls out an Angel Blade, swinging it right downwards onto the Needless.

SLASH!!!

Adam: ARGHHHHHHHHH!!!!

A loud agonizing scream booms across the streets just as blood pours onto the floor.

SPLASH!!!

Delsin smirks at Adam, questioning out.

Delsin: Heh! Giving up?

Adam looks up, hatred burning within his eyes as he growls at him menacingly.

Adam: Grrrrr! You asked for it!

FWOOSH!!!

A powerful burst of heat streams out of Adam's hands just as he screams out.

Adam: Fourth Wave!!!!

FWOOM!!!

A powerful stream of fire bursts around Adam, immediately setting everything ablaze.

FWOOM!!!

Delsin jumps up, flying up into the air just as the fire closes in onto him.

Right at that moment, Rogue sprints across the blazing attack, her skin now metallic in texture just as she closes in.

Just as Adam slowly pulls back his hand, right at that moment, he felt something wrapping around his face.

Grip!

Adam: Huh?!

Before the Needless could even react, he felt the hands tug him backwards, pulling him close towards a rather small feminine face.

Adam widens his eyes in horror as he felt his lips touching right into Rogue's.

Rogue: Good night sugar!

SMOOCH!!!

Adam's eyes are wide in sheer agony as he felt his entire lifeforce draining away, seeping out of his body.

Rogue jumps back down, winking in triumph just as Adam falls flat on the ground, completely lifeless.

Rogue turns around, facing her remaining opponent.

Rogue: So sugar, you sure you want to go on?

Delsin: You may have killed that guy but I'm not afraid of you.

Delsin puts out his hand, allowing the smoke to seep into his palms.

At the same time, Rogue thrusts her hand out, drawing out a Psychic Blade out of thin air.

BUSSSHHHHH!!!

Both Rogue and Delsin faces each other, neither moving a muscle.

After what seems like at eternity, all of a sudden....

WHOOM!!!

WHOOM!!!

Both Delsin and Rogue disappears in a flash, moving around the street at a speed faster than sound.

WHAM!!!

BAM!!!

POW!!!

Blows were exchanged as the Conduit and the Mutant moves across the air, neither willing to give up.

SHIK!!!

A sharp blade erects from Rogue's feet just as she throws a kick right at Delsin.

However, Delsin disappears in a puff of smoke, dodging the attack.

WHOOM!!!

Rogue turns around, raising up her arm just as Delsin throws a punch right at her.

Pak!

Delsin jumps back, pointing his hand at her just as smoky projectiles flies out of his palm.

FWOOM!!! FWOOM!!! FWOOM!!!

Rogue flies across the street, swerving to the side before throwing a downward punch right into Delsin's face.

WHAM!!!

Delsin: NGN!!!!

Angered, Delsin grabs onto Rogue, feeling a powerful surge of energy draining from within Rogue.

Rogue grabs onto Delsin, also feeling a drain within Delsin's powers as she feels it seeping into her skin.

After what seems like forever, both Delsin and Rogue slams their heads against each other, striking into each other's forehead.

Bop!

Delsin: AAHHH!!!

Rogue: OW!!!

Both Delsin and Rogue stumbles back, massaging their sore head.

Rogue looks up narrowing her eyes just as she lunges forward, thrusting her hand outwards.

However, just as her fingers closes in onto Delsin, right at that moment, something causes Rogue's jaw to drop.

CLAK!!! CLAK!!!

A hard stone plating began forming around Delsin, immediately shielding him from Rogue's deadly touch.

Rogue: What?!

Shocked at Delsin's sudden ability, Rogue jumps back just as the Conduit throws his hand out, sending severa sharp swords flying across the air.

WHOOSH!!!

SHOK!!! SHOK!!! SHOK!!!

As the blades impales Rogue right in her body, the X-Men lets out a loud agonizing scream.

Rogue: AAAHHHHHHH!!!

Just as Rogue began to fall, all of a sudden, the swords went off in a blazing fiery explosions.

KABOOM!!!

Rogue: ARGHHHHHHH!!!!

Rogue screams out in sheer agony, crashing backfirst onto the ground.

CRASH!!!!

Rogue: Hgnnnn!!!

Severely injured from the last attack, Rogue lies back on the ground, quivering in pain.

Delsin steps towards her, his eyes narrows just as the X-Men's limp began hardening.

CLAK!!! CLAK!!!

Rogue could only widen her eyes in silent agony as she felt the sheer agony of her limbs hardening, forming into concrete.

Within seconds, a stone statue of a lying Rogue lay right in front of Delsin.

FWOOSH!!!

A burst of fire emits from Delsin's hand just as the Conduit points it at Rogue, muttering out.

Delsin: You're done.

FWOOM!!!

The fire blazes from Delsin's hand, striking onto Rogue's rock hard body right as the statue went off in a fiery explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Just as the explosion dies down, Delsin steps away from the streets, muttering to himself.

Delsin: I swear. Augustine is gonna pay for sending those goons after me!

Megumi: Dang, I can see the bad side of Delsin in this one.

Toomi: While Adam possesses greater experience and use of his abilities, he was overly outclassed by both Delsin and Rogue.

Megumi: Yeah, Adam kinda lacks in speed and he's also far from being the most intelligient fighter.

Sachi: What's even more disadvantageous is that with Delsin's teleportation and Rogue's powers from various other Marvel Heroes, Adam just can't find enough time to copy their moves, rendering him the weakest of the trio.

Toomi: The real fight begins when Delsin and Rogue engages each other in the fight. In a way, both fighters are capable of countering each other skills, Delsin's smoke speed to match Rogue's Ms. Marvel's speed, Delsin's Neon and Angel blades to match Rogue's Wolverine and X-23 claws and Delsin's Concrete powers to match Rogue's Colossus armour.

Sachi: While Rogue possesses the strength advantage, having Ms. Marvel's and Thor's strength in her arsenal, Delsin's quick thinking, speed and power won out in the end. 

Toomi: And while it's true Rogue's kiss is deadly, especially when she did used it to kill Adam, Delsin can easily dodge the attack with his teleportations. And by having quicker thinking, better reaction and physically greater strength, Delsin ends up with this victory.

Megumi: Looks like all of Infamous Conduits, and all the Needless, couldn't put a Rogue together again.

Sachi: The winner is Delsin Rowe

Delsin: I'm gonna be different, Okay? I'm not there doing what they do, I'm there to save lives, I'm gonna be like Super Man.
