Toomi: Deep in the galaxy, there lives a planet full of super powered beings known as Viltrumites, some of the strongest beings to ever live.

Sachi: They live their lives as warriors and planetary conquerors from the planet Viltrum, going around planets to take over or even help to increase their numbers.

Megumi: So...basically like the Saiyans from Dragon Ball?

Sachi: Indeed.

Toomi: But despite their power, the Viltrumites did got into a Civil War where they went on to eliminate the weak which thus brought down their population.

Megumi: But if that wasn't bad enough, the aliens were infected by the Scourge Virus which killed off many of them so the only way they could save their species is to go to other planets to mate with other life forms to repopulate their planet.

Sachi: Among them is Nolan Grayson who volunteered to the Planet Earth where he met a woman named Debbie, married her and have a son named Mark Nolan, also known as Invincible

Toomi: At first, Nolan gave up his mission after realising what a happy life he has living with a happy family. Things are looking up until Mark began displaying a growth in his power to which motivated Nolan to carry on his mission, training Mark until he grows strong enough to conquer the planet together.

Megumi: Then there's some shady business where Omni Man killed the Guardians of the Globe, which is this universe's Justice League, wiped out a Flaxan home planet until Abraham Lincoln came back from the dead and confronted him, forcing Omni Man to reveal his true story to Mark.

Sachi: Though Mark tried fighting his father, he was no matched for him but despite holding the upper hand, Omni Man couldn't bring himself to kill his son and he left Earth, crying to himself.

Toomi: Actually there is, despite Omni Man being seen as powerful, ironically, he's not even the strongest Viltrumite in his universe, having lost against General Thragg twice, with every defeat involves sustaining near death injuries.

Sachi: And there are other beings like Battle Beast or Allen the Alien that are strong enough to hold their own and even kill Viltrumites.

Megumi: And I find it funny that for a race of Superman like beings, they can still fall sick since a virus was one of the things that contributed in their fall of their population.

Toomi: Born and created at a lab, Homelander is a Supe, a human like creature who got his powers through the production of Compound V but created out of the DNA of a superpowered Nazi named Stormfront.

Sachi: And due to having a huge amount of it, Homelander gains incredible Godlike strength unrivaled by any other character in the series within in. With his powers including flight, invulnerability, super strength, super speed, X-ray vision and laser eyes. Basically more or less what Superman has.

Toomi: Using this good boy persona he had, Homelander's fame increases as he represent Vought, attending superhero rallies, seminars and even assisting the Military in operations with the world seeing him as a hero that they have no idea what kind of a person he really is.

Megumi: But it turns out not everyone is convinced of his heroic facade, especially this guy. Billy Butcher.

Toomi: Hellbent on getting revenge on Homelander for the death of his wife, Billy Butcher organized a team known as The Boys in order to expose Vought for what they really are and destroy every Supe in the process.

Sachi: And after finding out that he had been used, especially by an unfeeling corporate tyrant named Stillwell, Homelander launched a coup and killed everyone in the White House which lead to the final confrontation between Billy Butcher and himself.

Megumi: But during their show down, Black Noir entered the room where he revealed himself to be a clone of Homelander, a much stronger one who raped Rebecca Butcher and even framed Homelander by wearing his costume and performing those heinous crimes

Toomi: Although Homelander tried putting up a fight, he was no match for his evil clone and was ultimately killed in the end.

Toomi: Homelander also has the ability to intimidate anybody around him and the fact he could even smell people's fear by noticing Hughie and Starlight's increase of adreline around him. That is also the reason why nobody would be willing to challenge Homelander at all.

Just then, he notices a masked robber running across the street, prompting him to dive down.

However, just before he can even catch the robber, right at that moment, he saw a red speeding blur zoom past him, catching the mugger way before him.

Homelander widens his eyes in shock, watching as a tall muscular red and white caped figure throws the robber into a car, folding his arms as he says to him.

Homelander: Hey you.

Omni Man looks back, watching as Homelander approaches him, saying.

Homelander: You know, I really appreciate the help here pal so if you would be so kind as to hand me that scumbag over here, you can go and do your thing.

Omni Man releases the robber, but instead of handing him over to Homelander, he drops him straight on top of a car, shattering his bones in the process.

CRASH!!!

As the robber is writhing in pain, Omni Man faces Homelander and he says to him coldly.

Omni Man: I don't have time for such petty arguments.

Angered at the attitude the Viltrumite is showing him, Homelander scrowls and his eyes glows red with him growling.

Homelander: Listen to me here! I am fucking Homelander! And you better show me some respect!

Omni Man simply stares at him, raising his eye brows before calmly saying to him.

Omni Man: You're pathetic you know that. I'm not even sure it's even worth my time dealing with you.

Homelander: Oh that's it!

Before Omni Man could react, Homelander throws his fist up, sending him flying with a single punch.

Both Omni Man and Homelander launches themselves right into each other, the impact of their movements causing the glass around the nearby buildings to shatter.

Shards of glass rains down onto the civilians, killing them by piercing through them although that did nothing to hinder the two 'heroes' from their fight.

Omni Man closes his eyes, his face shifting as Homelander punches him three times.

Omni Man swings his hand out, sending Homelander flying with a single slap.

Homelander screams out in agony as he was sent crashing through two buildings.

The impact of the force causes the two buildings to crumble as Homelander crashes onto the ground.

As Omni Man flies downwards, right at that moment, Homelander picks up a car before throwing it right at Omni Man.

The Viltrumite swerves to the side, easily dodging the projectile before swooping downwards.

WHOOSH!!!

A simple jump of movement causes Omni Man's body to slam into Homelander with a tremendous amount of force, causing Homelander to fall back onto the floor.

Angered, Homelander's eyes began glowing red as he lets out a loud scream of anger.

Homelander: ARGHHHHHHH!!!

A powerful blast of his eye laser struck Omni Man unexpectingly, causing him to scream out in pain.

Omni Man: AAAAHHHHHH!!!

As Omni Man staggers back from the blast, Homelander launches himself forward, throwing a punch.

Just as Omni Man is sent tumbling back, Homelander grabs a bus, a bus full of children screaming in terror before slamming it down onto the Viltrumite, ignoring the screams of agony and desperation as he continues slamming it down repeatly.

After finishing, Homelander tossess the now destroyed bus to the side before questioning Omni Man.

Homelander: Had enough?

However, to his horror, Omni Man was not only unfazed by the attack, but was simply adjusting his jaw back as he asks Homelander in a scornful tone.

Omni Man: Show you respect you say? Is that supposed to impress me?

Angered, Homelander's eyes twitches as he lunges forward, throwing a powerful punch straight into Omni Man's face.

BAM!!!

But what Homelander saw causes his eyes to widen in horror.

Despite having a fist struck in his face, Omni Man still stood in the exact same spot, unfazed by the attack and his expression calm.

Omni Man then clenches his fist and he throws one powerful punch.

POW!!!

The sheer impact of the blow sends Homelander flying up into the air as Omni Man lunges up into the air, throwing Homelander up even higher.

WHOOSH!!!

Omni Man swoops forward, sending Homelander flying with a punch.

WHAM!!!

As Homelander is sent flying, Omni Man closes in before throwing another punch.

BAM!!!

Homelander halts in the air, looking up as Omni Man closes in, only for the Supe to catch him in midair before throwing his knee up, striking the Viltrumite in the chin.

WHAM!!!

As Omni Man is sent flying up, Homelander launches himself up into the air, slamming both fists into the Viltrumite.

Homelander began flying across the globe, carrying Omni Man as he smashes through a plane, the leaning tower of Pisa, the Effiel Tower and even through the top of the Stark Industries building.

CRASH!!!

Having enough, Omni Man somersaults in the air, tossing Homelander up before throwing his leg up, kicking the hero up.

WHAM!!!

Angered by the attack, Homelander's eyes began glowing red as he unleashes a powerful blast of his eye laser at Omni Man.

Homelander: RAAAAHHHHHH!!!

VREEEEEEEE!!!

Omni Man raises up his hands, stopping the blast, gritting his teeth as he felt the heat burning through the fabric of his glove.

Homelander screams out at Omni Man angrily.

Homelander: I'M GOING TO KILL YOU ASSHOLE!!! I AM FUCKING HOMELANDER AND I CAN DO WHATEVER THE FUCK I WANT!!!

The magnitude of the blast sends Omni Man, falling through the cloud before Homelander stops his attack, panting in exhaustion as he mutters to himself.

Homelander: Finally. That guy was a pain in the a...

Before Homelander could finish his sentence, right at that moment, he felt something strike him in the jaw, shattering his chin bone as he falls back.

CRACK!!!

Homelander: HUARGHHHHH!!!

Blood pours out of Homelander's mouth as the superhero grabs onto his now broken jaw, attempting to fix it as Omni Man scolds him.

Omni Man: You're nothing but a child.

Homelander: Shut up!

Homelander tries one desperate attempt to punch Omni Man, only for him to dodge the attack before swinging his hand out, slapping Homelander across the face.

CRACK!!!

As Homelander halt in the air, he narrows his eyes, firing one more blast of his eye laser at Omni Man.

VREEEEEE!!!

Omni Man swings his hand out, easily deflecting the projectile before looking at Homelander, saying to him coldly.

Omni Man: You don't seem to understand. Humanity is not yours to play with.

Omni Man then lunges forward at super speed.

WHOOSH!!! SLURCH!!!

Before Homelander could react, he felt his flesh torn off as blood pours out of his wound, causing him to scream out in agony.

Homelander: ARRRGHHHHHHH!!!

Omni Man then grabs Homelander by the face, tossing his arm off to the side before flying through multiple buildings, smashing the injured supes through them.

CRACK!!! CRASH!!!

After smashing through the last building, Omni Man began dragging Homelander up into the Earth's atmosphere, flying straight into space before throwing Homelander over his shoulder, sending him tumbling straight towards the sun.

FWOOM!!!

Omni Man watches quietly as Homelander stood up, his body burning and blazing as he lets out one final scream.

Homelander: HAAAUGHHHH!!!

His skin began burning off as Homelander's entire body disintigrates into ashes, disappearing into the depths of space.

Meanwhile, down on Earth, the arm of Homelander crashes onto the road.

CRASH!!!

As the dust clears, right at that moment, a black and yellow cladded African American man lands foot first onto the ground, standing up as he says.

Hancock: Alright I'm here I...

Hancock felt his words trail off as he stares down at the arm or what's left of Homelander.

Hancock then looks around, questioning out.

Hancock: Man, did I miss the party?

Toomi: Homelander's eye lasers certainly gave him the range advantage and their lack of caution and concern for the general public did enabled the two to fight at their fullest potential, however, it's not even a close fight to begin with.

Sachi: Indeed, Omni Man has spent years training with people either at the same level or stronger than him, even fighting and defeating beings of that calibre while Homelander has never had that experience since there was no one strong enough to challenge him.

Megumi: Not only that but in terms of strategy, Omni Man held a massive advantage, with his training and his level headed perception being effective compared to Homelander acting out on his own rage which has been his downfall during his fight with Black Noir, a clone stronger than himself.

Toomi: You see, the difference between Homelander and Omni Man is that Homelander is a psychopath, causing grevious harm to people without caring about the consequences and acting out on anger alone, kind of like a spoiled brat but with a physically violent tendency.

Sachi: But Omni Man on the other hand is a sociopath, working alongside other heroes, playing along with alien society and went around, charming people with his charistmatic charms just to infiltrate and then strike at the right moment, which was proven rather effective during his fight against the Guardians of the Globe and even his own friends and family,

Megumi: So comparing those two is basically comparing a trigger happy teenager against a navy seal armed with a rifle.

Toomi: It's more than that. Homelander is definitely built for fighting Earth based threats since he is after all, the strongest Supe on the planet while Omni Man faces off other threats from Outer Space, like the Flaxans or Viltrumites, whose weapons and technology are more advanced that the ones on Earth, something that Homelander has never dealt with before.

Megumi: Then there is speed in the process, Homelander is certainly faster than A-Train who can run at Mach 3 but Omni Man has kept up with Invincible who at the start of the series can already fly from North America all the way to the Antartic in 39 seconds.

Sachi: What's more, Homelander was measured to move at 2,300 miles per hour which is useful for smashing through humans and catching A-Train but Omni Man's top speed was measured to be 167,654,157,250 miles per hour. A whole lot faster than Homelander.

Sachi: And Homelander got killed by Black Noir, feeling pain for the first time with the clone punching his jaw off and then ripping him into shreds so who really wins is a big no duh.

Toomi: Bearing the top in strength, skills, durability, strategy, speed, power and pretty much everything else, we can conclude that Omni Man takes this victory and thus brought forth the end of Homelander.

Megumi: Looks like Omni Man had this victory, in a Home-landslide!

* The connections between Omni Man and Homelander is that both combatants are powerful caped beings that are seen as super heroes by many but secretly possesses a much darker, psychopathic shady side where they showed no remorse in killing or hurting their enemies. The two have also lied to their friends and kept a heroic facade to hide their true nature although they were exposed in the end by revealing their true nature to the world, with Omni Man killing the Immortal and Homelander starting his Supe coup

* Both combatants also have a son that bore similar powers with them, Invincible for Omni Man and Ryan for Homelander

* The two are also based off the DC character Superman, baring a similar costume style along with his ability of flight, super strength and super speed. Though despite being based off Superman, neither of them possesses the same kind of personality or ideals, instead using their powers for their own personal goals and showing no restrain in killing.

* Surprisingly, both their series, Invincible and The Boys are full of characters based off the well loved and popular superhero and villains in the DC and Marvel universe

* Interestingly, both their series, Invincible and The Boys were adapted and streamed on Amazon Prime

* However, both characters are polar opposites as Omni Man is an alien warrior from a distant planet that comes to Earth to fulfill his mission though he was conflicted over his people's ideals and even went against them whereas for Homelander, he is a Supe born in a lab that cares little about his own friends.

* This is the first time an Invincible character fight a The Boys character.

* This is the first time an Invincible character wins a What if Battle

* This is the second time a The Boys character loses a What if Battle, with  the first being Billy Butcher vs Dr. Clef

* This fight is most likely created to commemorate the release of Invincible and the upcoming Season 3 of The Boys

* At the end of the fight, Hancock appearing and wondering whether he was late for his fight against Homelander is a reference to how he was originally requested to be Homelander's opponent though Omni Man won out in the end

* Interestingly, Hancock is also an off brand Superman who also causes unnecessary destruction and is a complete asshole except unlike Homelander, Hancock became a real superhero and changed in the end

* The part where Omni Man punches Homelander into the air was based off his fight against Invincible

* While Homelander was smashing Omni Man through several buildings, Stark Industries was one of those unfortunate buildings.
