Megumi: Whether they would be hideous blob aliens, badass looking man with metal claws or even smoking hot babes.

Toomi: Such as Rogue, the superheroine of the X-Men,

Megumi: And Poison Ivy, the plant succubus. She's Sachi-san, Toomi-san and I'm Megumi-san.

Toomi: Due to a special request by MLPFan001 himself, we will not be doing the analyse but rather, Wolverine and Harley Quinn will be doing it in our place

Sachi: But it's our job to analyse their weapons, armour and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Toomi: Sure.

<Toomi stands back just as Harley and Wolverine enters the room>

Wolverine: So let me get this straight bub, you mean to tell me this MLPFan001 guy whoever it is wants us to do this?

Toomi: Yeah. Don't worry. If you guys don't know what to say, just read the script.

Wolverine: Whatever

Harley: So Wolvie, this Rogue girl here, do you know her?

Wolverine: As a matter of fact, I do.

Harley: Then can you tell me everthing about her.

Wolverine: Well from what she told me, Rogue's parents, Owen and Priscilla I think, married early in their relationship and lived in a back-to-nature hippie commune in Caldecott County, Mississippi. Born as Anna Marie, she also enjoyed the attentions of her Aunt Carrie on her mother's side

Harley: But of course her poor relationship with her dad and her aunt causes her to run away which is how she gained the name 'Rogue'

Wolverine: It was at that time she fell in love with a guy who she kissed, which of course resulted in a rather disasterous ending.

Harley: Damn. Now that's what I call a kiss of death!

Wolverine: Traumatized, Rogue was forced to cover herself us to ensure she does not harm anyone else, only to be approached by Mystique and Destiny which in turned gave birth to the greatest villains in the universe, the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.

Harley: And damn, evil the JL ripoffs can't even beat her. Well, during one of those moments, Rogue ends up absorbing the energy from Captain Marvel, stealing her invulnerability, Binary and flight before absorbing the powers of both you and Storm.

Wolverine: That was a real dirty move there.

Harley: But of course, stealing abilities also equals to stealing memories from her victims which caused Rogue to start suffering from having Carol's memories, she then turned to the X-Men where a kind old guy in a wheelchair offered to help her.

Wolverine: It wasn't as simple as you put it, Charles was going to force her into disbandind the Sisterhood of Evil Mutants, only for her to join the X-Men by her own free will. 

Harley: Then after that, she then met this real hot shot named Gambit who she fell in love with immediately.

Rogue: I'm frightened Gambit, I don't know how to fight them without my powers.

Gambit: Gambit...loves you.

Harley: Awwww. Such a sweetie.

Wolverine: Anna Marie can absorb the powers, energies, memories, knowledge, talents, personality and physical abilities whether superhuman or not, any human being or members of some sentient alien race through physical contact of her skin with the skin of the other person.

Harley: More recently, Rogue now retains the powers and very essence of Wonder Man and can no longer freely touch others with her power. While she originally retained the consciousness of Simon Williams, the Master Scientist later removed it

Wolverine: She also gained some of our abilities from touching, from getting both Laura and my adamantium claws, Colossus's metal skin, Psylocke's Psychic Powers, Angel's wings and even Kurt's teleportation

Harley: Not only that but she also gained flight, invulnerability and even a sixth sense thanks to absorbing the female version of Billy.

Harley: And she even automatically became a ninja just by touching one. Ha! Suck on that Bats!

Wolverine: But Anne of course isn't perfect. I mean she cannot absorb every single ability from everyone. One such example is with me. She could have my claws but she cannot have my adamantium skeleton

Harley: And plus absorbing other people powers also kind off makes things quite hard for her, especially with all the memories mixing up in her head, ugh! It's making my head swim just thinkin' about it!

Weakness

Absorbing memories can affect her personality, mentality and sanity

Most of her outfit is clothed, meaning she needs to take her gloves off to touch. This is intentionally to handicap her powers to not hurt her friends.

Copied powers last only 1 minute per every 1 second of contact.

Copied powers can have unintended side-effects. 

Rogue can be overloaded if she absorbs too much power.

Cannot copy machines or metals (unless its associated with the superpower).

For example; Rogue can copy Wolverine's bone-claws but cannot copy his Adamanitum coating because the metal is not natural.

The easiest way to defeat Rogue is to defeat her before making physical contact. This makes her somewhat vulnerable to fast or long-ranged characters.

Wolverine: Not only that but her powers does not work against robots or metal unless it is associated with their superpower like Colossus for example

Harley: And plus, since she need to touch others for her powers to work, anyone can just easily defeat her by throwing things at her.

Wolverine: Not exactly throw things but yeah, somethin' like that. But regardless, Anne Marie is one of the finest X-Men I have ever worked with.

Harley: Oh my oh my god! Red's gonna be fighting your girl?!

Wolverine: Of course if you had been paying attention! Now bub, tell us about her.

Harley: Geez, give a girl a break will ya! Anyway, Red here was once a woman named Pamela Isley who was born in a wealthy family though her life is anything but a good one.

Wolverine: As it turns out, she has some skin condition which prevented her from leaving her house.

Harley: Then after graduating out of college, Red then met a man named Dr. Jason Woodrue in the Bio-Chemistry division of Wayne Enterprises to create hybridize plants with animal DNA to fight back against "the thoughtless ravages of man." 

Wolverine: But one thing we mutants know, no scientists are a good one.

Harley: Yeah. That asshole turns out to have been using Red's research for his own agenda and he tried to kill her with plant toxins.

Wolverine: But instead of killing her, the attempt on her life turned her into a plant-human hybrid with chlorophyll for blood and venom in her lips.

Harley: And that's how she got the name Poison Ivy!

Wolverine: And ever since her mutation, Poison Ivy then went on to murder the many who have done her wrong in the past before ending up becoming an eco-terrorist with a deep hatred for humanity

Harley: But she doesn't hate all humans. I mean one time when I was robbin' for Mr. J, that was where I met her and truth to be told, it sparked a beautiful friendship between us.

Harley Quinn: Gee Red, you've got style!

Poison Ivy: This is true.

Wolverine: And from that on, I'm willing to bet you and that girlfriend of yours went on and caused mayhem all over this Gotham place right?

Harley: Yes and no, the two of us has also helped save the world a couple of times and the two of us even went on a double date with each other from a pretty screwed up universe

Wolverine: As a Biochemist, Ivy frequently concocts poisons, toxins, and serums designed to kill, transform, or protect, depending on her purpose and needs. She is also a uniquely skilled plant geneticist, able to create large and semi-sentient plant creatures that act as her primary henchmen

Harley: She's also a really skilled gymnast, able to perform somersaults and backflips, and she even knows how to fight as well.

Harley: And with me around, Red and I have managed to cause all kinds of Mayhem in Gotham, robbing many banks and even defeated Batsy himself.

Wovlerine: She has also defeated the likes of Zatanna, Green Lantern, Catwoman, Batman, Batgirl and Robin and her poisons mixed with kryptonite can control even Kryptonians like Superman, Supergirl and Superboy

Artificially created human/plant hybrids: The first being a trial series of male clones of her therapist as a font followed by a decoy clone of herself to cover her escape from the county. She later perfected the process to create her Sporeling "daughters" Rose and Hazel.

Little to no superhuman strength, speed or endurance makes Ivy easy to defeat if someone can bypass her plants. Relatively dependent on her plant monsters during a fight.

Obsessed with plants

Many of Ivy's friends are annoyed by the fact that Ivy likes plants more than people

Can suffer mental breakdowns if her plants are harmed or killed

Even her largest plant monsters are still weak to fire

Strong-minded people like Batman, or those like Mr. Freeze who are coldhearted, are immune against her pheromones.

Even Robin once resisted her, via rubber lips

Failed to control an alien plant-being, and was instead brainwashed by it

One consequence of Ivy's transition is her inability to naturally bear children.

Wolverine: Alright, we already done with this bullshit.

Harley: Betting on Red to win.

Wolverine: Whatever, it's time for a Death Battle.

Gotham City Botanical Garden

In the green and lush botanical gardens of Gotham, Rogue walks along the vegetation, admiring the view of the plants around her.

Rogue: Gee, those flowers are beautiful!

Rogue remarks as she took a whiff on a rose. 

Just as Rogue plucks a rose off the stalk, all of a sudden, a figure behind her shouts out.

???: How dare you?!

Rogue spun around, watching just as a tall woman with green skin, long red flowing hair and a form fitting garment made of leaves raises her hands up, causing the ground around her to shake.

RUMBLE!!!

Rogue: Holy!

Rogue looks up, staring up just as Poison Ivy looks down at her, saying.

Poison Ivy: I'm gonna make you pay for hurting my children!

Rogue: Hurting them? But I don't see no kids.

Rogue turns to look at the rose in her hand and it suddenly dawned on her.

Rogue: Oh...

Poison Ivy: Enough! Once I'm through with you! You're never touching another one of my children again!

RUMBLE!!! 

The ground rumbles just as several giant vines rose from the ground, heading right towards Rogue.

The X-Men jumps up into the air, narrowingly dodging a swing from a vine.

WHAM!!!

Rogue dashes up the vine before closing in onto Poison Ivy.

However, right at that moment, another vine swung across the air, striking Rogue square in the chest.

WHAM!!!

Rogue: AAAHHHHH!!!

Rogue lets out a loud scream of agony just as she was sent flying from the blow.

Poison Ivy points her hand across, causing several plant monsters to grow from the ground.

However, before Poison Ivy could react, all of a sudden...

WHOOM!!!

Just as the plant woman turns around, all of a sudden, she felt a strong blow strike her by her chest, sending her flying across the air.

Poison Ivy: WHOAAAA!!!

Rogue swoops across the air, striking at Poison Ivy repeatly.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Poison Ivy grits her teeth just as Rogue grabs onto her, slamming her backfirst onto the ground.

BAM!!!

Rogue then touches Poison Ivy by the face, feeling a flowing sensation shifting from the plant woman's body into her arm.

However, right at that moment, Poison Ivy throws a punch, striking Rogue square in the face.

WHAM!!!

Rogue: UGHHH!!!

Poison Ivy spun around before putting her palm under her chin, exhaling out a gust of pink pollen right into Rogue's face.

Poof!

Rogue: Ughhh...

Rogue moans out, shaking her head as she felt the pollen working through her mind.

Poison Ivy shift her hand up, sending a large vine flowing right towards her.

Rogue looks up, clenching her fist just as a bony protrusion erects from her knuckles.

Snik!

Just as the vine closes in onto her, Rogue swings her hand across, cleanly slicing the vine with a single swing.

SLASH!!!

Poison Ivy: What?!

Rogue: Hey suga! The bigger they are the harder they fall!

WHOOSH!!!

Poison Ivy stood back, watching just as Rogue swoops forward, throwing one powerful punch right into her face.

WHAM!!!

Poison Ivy: ARGHHHHH!!!

The plant woman screams out in agony just as she was sent crashing through the ground.

Rogue smirks as she lands feet first onto the ground, stepping towards Poison Ivy as she said to her.

Rogue: One advice, don't ever mess with the Rogue.

However, right at that moment, Rogue felt several strong vines wrap around her limbs, causing her to cry out in agony.

Rogue: ARGHHHHH!!!

Rogue looks up, struggling just as Poison Ivy walks towards her, chuckling to herself

Poison Ivy: My my, you sure have been a big pain on my ass little girl. But...

Poison Ivy grabs Rogue by the face and she said.

Poison Ivy: I'm gonna put you down for good.

Poison Ivy was just about to plant her lips into Rogue's lips when right at that moment, Rogue swings her arms out, shattering the vines with a single clench.

RIP!!!

Poison Ivy: What?!

Rogue: Goodnight suga!

Rogue grabs onto Poison Ivy, pulling her close to her face.

Before any of the two could react, both Poison Ivy and Rogue felt their lips touch.

SMOOCH!!!

None of them could react, none of them even knew why, but one thing's for sure, neither of them wants to stop.

The two wraps their fingers around each other, their tongues swirling in their mouth as the superheroine and the villain continues kissing.

Until right at that moment...

WHOOM!!!

Poison Ivy's eyes widens in a state of agony, stumbling backwards just as Rogue drops onto the floor.

Plomp!

Poison Ivy slowly backs away, her mouth fully agape before she tumbles backwards onto the floor.

PLOMP!!!

Staring at her deceased opponent from the distance, Rogue weakly smiles and she wheezes out.

Rogue: I win.

Plop!

Rogue felt her head fall flat onto the floor, her lifeforce seeping away just as her eyes closes.

Megumi: Whoo hoo hoo! This goes down in history as our best What if Battle ever!

Toomi: Poison Ivy's plants may have proved a challenge due to how they have been able to constrict people like Superman but Rogue's speed managed to counter it.

Sachi: Indeed, Rogue has managed to move fast enough to keep up with the likes of Dazzler and Captain Marvel while Poison Ivy herself could barely run let along keep up with opponents just as fast as Supergirl.

Sachi: Not only that but while Poison Ivy has survived dealing with Clayface or Superman, Rogue has dealt with the likes of Juggernaut and Thor, people either stronger or the same level as Poison Ivy herself so who's to say she cannot defeat her in terms of strength alone.

Megumi: And plus, Rogue's absorption just enables her to absorb Poison Ivy's stats to her own, granting her the ability to manipulate and counter Isley's plants.

Toomi: But the real fight isn't just about who can hit harder or move faster, it's about who's kiss is the most lethal.

Sachi: And to be honest, the two are surprisingly equal on that level. I mean Rogue's kiss is potent enough to the point she could easily kill people with her kiss that she could kill Poison Ivy by draining away her life force

Toomi: But at the same time, Poison Ivy's kiss is potent enough to knock out the likes of Superman and Supergirl which means her kiss could potentially kill Rogue in the process as well.

Megumi: So with that being said, both their kisses are so dangerous to the point those two ended up killing each other. Looks like both Poison Ivy and Rogue made out in this fight

Sachi: This battle is a draw

Megumi: No Sachi, the winner is us.
