Toomi: These two galactic conquers have traveled throughout space in search of ultimate power so they can use it in total domination over the universe.

Megumi: Even despite being defeated countless of times their determination and hunger for power keeps them going. She's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi.

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Toomi: The Omnitrix was created by the intelligent inventor Azmuth as a tool of peace to allow beings to experience different ways of life and function as a holder for the DNA of over a million different species throughout the universe.

Megumi: But obviously when you make a watch that can give you the form and powers of many unique aliens there are going to be some people who are going to be like "Wow look at this! I could have so much power maybe I should try to steal it and use it for my own personal things!"

Sachi: Which luckily, it didn't. It landed on Earth and falls into the hands of a ten year old boy name Ben Tennyson.

Toomi: Though you may think it might not be wise, it was a good thing Ben decided to use the Omnitrix for good and utilise his new found alien powers to save people, having occasionally fighting against robotic drones sent by Vilgax before their first meeting with each other which sparked a long lasting rivalry as Vilgax attempts to take the Omnitrix from Ben more often.

Sachi: Always being hungry for absolute power and conquest, Vilgax viewed the Omnitrix as the ultimate weapon that he could use to make an army capable of transforming into aliens under his command, then use that army to conquer the whole universe.

Megumi: And they don't call him "the most dangerous being in the universe" for nothing. He was already a deadly fighter alone but thanks to his cybernetic enhancements and steroid boosters which increase his physical capabilities/stats makes him a greater threat.

Toomi: He can easily leap over buildings, throw his opponents through rows of buildings, destroy a head of Rushmore with a slam, and he can easily overpower Humungousaur, known to be one of Ben's physically strongest aliens, which in their clash created a shockwave strong enough to shake nearby buildings.

Sachi: Vilgax has been fast enough to slice a barrage of missiles flying at him, kept up with Jetray in flight who flies at supersonic speeds, and intercepted and reacted to attacks by XLR8 who travels at 500 mph and is so fast that in his perspective time stops.

Megumi: He is a pretty tough cookie to crack as well. Barrage of punches from Heatblast don't even phase him, Diamondhead's "diamond" hands and projectiles shatter when slashing him, he's shrugged off explosions and lasers, survived getting chucked out of orbit and into space, magic projectiles from Ben's cousin Gwen is ineffective against him, and even before his enhancements he's survived getting launched into his giant spaceship that followed with the explosion of a nuke which followed with an even bigger explosion because of the ship!

Toomi: And as the series continued Vilgax got some new gadgets and absorbed the powers and abilities from the mightiest champions of the worlds he's conquered.

Sachi: He has a golden gauntlet that can electrocute his victims and grab intangible beings like ghosts, a raygun, and wields a cool sword that can fire energy beams, set itself on fire, and is able to easily slice through stone and an entire ship with one swing.

Toomi: Like Megumi said, Vilgax hasn't been known as the most dangerous being in the planet for nothing due to the fact that he has defeated powerful fighters from across the universe, defeating Ultimos, a Superman copycat who is the most powerful hero on the planet T.K.

Megumi: Vilgax has even beaten Tetramands who are a warrior race, often times going toe to toe with Four Arms and even beaten Tini of the Galactic Enforcers.

Sachi: Vilgax has successfully conquered ten worlds, defeated the Plumbers helpers singlehandedly, defeated Max, Gwen and Kevin and even liberated his world from Zs'Skayr when he transformed the entire Chimera Sui Generi homeworld Vilgaxia into a ghost planet.

Toomi: If Vilgax's armor falls off and he's in the ocean he can transform into his true form at will which basically looks like the Kraken or a giant octopus-like monster. This form is durable enough to help him survive the explosion of a fusion engine. Though, he was put in critical condition and would've died from his injuries without outside intervention.

Megumi: With all that being said, it's a wonder to how Vilgax has lost to Ben.

Toomi: It's actually have to do with Ben's own resourcefulness and his creative use of alien abilities that he can counter Vilgax's experience and power.

Sachi: And Ben has aliens like Alien X, Celestialsapiens that are far too powerful for Vilgax to beat and Ultimate Aliens are strong enough to match Vilgax due to them being evolved versions of Ben's aliens.

Megumi: And get this, for a powerful alien conqueror, Vilgax is actually terrified of Ma Vreedle, no really.

Weakness

Weaknesses exclusive to his species like an inability to revert to his usual form and his high durability can be overwhelmed with enough force.

Vulnerable to the common cold.

With the exception of his toadie Psyphon, Vilgax all an all drone army since almost no organic life form is willing to work for him save hired mercenaries he offered money to.

Toomi: Eons ago, the planet of Cybertron was mostly peaceful. There was a growing corruption in some areas, which Orion Pax was growing concerned about.

Megumi: Then, this guy called Megatron, who was a gladiator, decided that he wanted to rebel against Cybertron's leadership.

Sachi: Megatron would end up leaving the gladiatorial arena for the political senate, but Megatron wanted to named the next Prime, which can only happen if Megatron gets the Matrix of Leadership

Megumi: Which never happened as Orion's compassion touched the council that they appointed him the next Prime

Toomi: Upon hearing that, Megatron was infuriated. Though Orion did not intend to take the Matrix for himself, Megatron thought otherwise and decided to do such. Then he...waged war against literally any and every Cybertronian who wasn't a Decepticon which was how the Great War begun

Sachi: The war tore apart Cybertron, reducing it's Energon to the point some of the remaining Autobots lead by Optimus Prime left Cybertron, which prompted Megatron to follow suit.

Megumi: The two factions then crash landed on Earth in the prehistoric era, lay dormant under statis lock for years before waking up in the modern day Earth, at least in the early eighties at that time and continued their war on Earth

Toomi: Being a gladiator, Megatron is a very powerful combatant, capable of beating down and defeating Autobots and Decepticons alike with just pure strength alone.

Megumi: And like Optimus Prime from our previous battle, he can transform, cause he's a Transformer after all, transforming into a Walther P38, which allows his to deliver more focused energy blasts than he could in his robotic form

Sachi: Which is not practical as he requires another person to wield him but his most common mode is his tank mode which was first introduced in Generations 2 due to new legislations in America that outlawed manufacturing realistic looking toy guns so Hasbro gave Megatron a tank mode which became the standard alternate mode among most incarnations of Megatron

Toomi: He's most iconic weapon is his Fusion Cannon mounted on his arm. This destructive weapon fires bolts of energy strong enough to one shot most Autobots

Megumi: It helps that it's powered by a black hole. He also wields a badass energon mace and A LIGHTSABER!

Megumi: He's matched and even surpassed Optimus Prime in brute strength, who could tip over Seawise Giants, which weigh over seven hundred thousand tons

Sachi: And he even surpasses Optimus in sheer durability by surviving a blast that shot Cybertron out of earth's orbit. As previously discussed when talking about Optimus, the amount of force to push the planet out of earth's gravitational pull would require 4.48 Ninatons of TNT.

Toomi: In terms of speed, his robot mode can fly faster than Seekers like Starscream and Thundercracker, who easily travel at supersonic speeds.

Megumi: Megatron is one tough son of a bitch to kill too. On multiple occasions while being severely weakened and heavily damaged he was still able to defeat and stomp his opponents. He has survived being split or sliced in half, he's taken hits from the Combiner Devastator who is powerful enough to level skyscrapers, shrugged off blaster fire, survived falling from re-entry despite previously being injured from his fight against Optimus

Toomi: Megatron is almost unstoppable, though he does tend to be arrogant, overconfident, and has his fair share of losses.

Sachi: Not only that but he has to deal with his scheming traitorous liutenant Starscream who threw him out to die after sustaining injuries from his fight with Optimus which was where he was reformatted into Galvatron and forced into servitude for the monster planet Unicron.

Megumi: But on the bright side, he got his revenge on Starscream.

Sachi: And with the power of the Matrix, Optimus Prime and his successor Rodimus Prime has beaten him in every turn.

Megumi: But one thing both Autobots and Decepticons can agree, is that Megatron is one bot no one wants to mess with.

On the top of a moon, Megatron is seated on his throne, brooding when all of a sudden, Soundwave steps into the room, reporting to him.

Soundwave: Lord Megatron.

Megatron: What is it Soundwave?

Soundwave: We have an oncoming ship heading right towards us.

Megatron looks up and he questions further.

Megatron: Is it the Autobots?

Soundwave, however, shakes his head.

Soundwave: Negative, the intruders are of a different origin.

Megatron gets up and he orders Soundwave.

Megatron: Get everyone ready and stay low, I will meet our intruders myself.

Soundwave: As you wish Lord Megatron.

Outside

Megatron steps outside, watching as a muscular large but smaller than him creature with an octopus like head stood on the top of his ship, declaring out.

Vilgax: Hear me natives of this planet! I am Vilgax and I declare this planet under my rule!

As he spoke, thousands of drones began descending along the planet in a full scale invasion.

Megatron then growls at Vilgax

Megatron: You will pay for this treachery you scum!

Vilgax: You dare oppose me?! I will have all of you turn into scrap!

At that moment, various Decepticon warriors began emerging out, with Soundwave, Starscream and Shockwave standing in front, with Soundwave commanding out.

Soundwave: Decepticons attack!

KABOOM!!! BOOM!!!

Explosions booms across Cybertron as both drones and Decepticons began opening fire onto each other.

While their troops are locked in battle, Vilgax leaps off his ship, cupping his hands together as he falls forward, facing off Megatron.

Announcer: Fight!

Before Megatron could react, Vilgax slams into him, knocking the Decepticon leader back.

WHAM!!!

Megatron reels back, pointing his cannon as he opens fire onto Vilgax.

THOOM!!! THOOM!!! THOOM!!!

Vilgax rushes forward, dodging blast after blast before grabbing onto Megatron, only for the latter to deliver a hard kick.

WHAM!!!

As Vilgax is sent flying up into the air, Megatron jumps up and he throws a downward punch, sending Vilagx crashing through a building.

CRASH!!!

While Vilgax is down, Megatron began transforming, morphing his body into a tank.

TSCHe!!! TSCHE!!! TSCHE!!!

Now in his tank mode, Megatron drove forward, firing several blasts onto Vilgax's position.

THOOM!!! THOOM!!! THOOM!!!

Megatron: You call that an attack? This is bad comedy!

As the smoke clears, Vilgax fires a blast of laser from his eyes, causing the ground beneath Megatron to explode.

VREEEEE!!! KABOOM!!!

Megatron: ARGHHHHH!!! Curse you!

TSCH!!! TSCH!!! TSCH!!!

Megatron transforms back into his robot mode as Vilgax draws his sword, lunging towards him.

Megatron activates his vibro-blade and he parries the alien conquerer's strikes.

CLANG!!! CLANG!!! CLANG!!!

Megatron then morphs his blade into a clubbed sling before swinging it across, smacking it into Vilgax.

WHACK!!!

Vilgax reals back before grabbing onto a large drone, throwing it at Megatron.

THOOM!!! BOOM!!!

Megatron easily destroys the drone by firing his cannon before lunging forward, throwing a massive punch onto the ground.

THOOM!!!

The ground ruptures, causing Vilgax to fall back.

Vilgax shakes his head and he points his finger, ordering several drones to attack Megatron.

Megatron throws a punch, destroying one before activating his Energon blade, slicing another one before firing a blast from his Fusion Cannon, destroying the third one.

Another drone closes in only for Megatron to grab it by it's sides before ripping it apart, dropping it's remains onto the floor.

CLANK!!!

Megatron: Why throw your life away?

Megatron questions as he steps in, closing in onto Vilgax when suddenly, Vilgax rose up, screaming.

Vilgax: Underestimating me is a mistake!

VREEEEE!!!

Vilgax unleashes a powerful blast of his eye lasers right into Megatron, injuring the Decepticon leader.

Megatron: ARGHHHHHH!!!

As Megatron backs away, Vilgax equips his gauntlet, charging it up with electrical energy as he rush forward, throwing a punch right into Megatron.

WHAM!!!

Vilgax then throws another punch.

BAM!!!

Then he swings his knee up.

POW!!!

However, Megatron recovers from the attack, wiping the Energon bleeding from his lips as he smirks, watching as Vilgax pumps up his muscles, expanding it as he prepares to throw another punch except this time, Megatron caught his fist mid attack.

Grip!

Megatron: How so very weak...

Vilgax grunts as Megatron lifts him up, with the latter punching Megatron futilely as Megatron spoke.

Megatron: You are the same as everything I have touch, food for my hunger of power!

Megatron slams Vilgax hard into the ground, causing the ground to rumble.

CRASH!!!

BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!!

Megatron slams Vilgax into the ground, cackling as he points his fusion cannon, opening fire down onto him.

THOOM!!!

Vilgax: ARGHHHHHH!!!

KABOOM!!!

An explosion booms across the city as Vilgax was sent flying, crashing back first into a drone.

CRASH!!!

As Vilgax struggles to rise, Megatron transforms into his tank mode.

TSCHE!!! TSCHE!!! TSCHE!!!

Megatron then drove forward, firing several shots right at the Chimera Sui Genesis.

THOOM!!! THOOM!!! THOOM!!!

KABOOM!!!

As the smoke clears, Megatron notices water pouring from the sewage, prompting him to look.

At that moment, Vilgax in the form of a giant octopus leaps out of the water, wrapping his tentacles over Megatron.

Megatron: ARGHHHHHH!!!

Vilgax: I would enjoy squeezing the life out of you.

Megatron: Not if I have anything to do with it.

Megatron drops a small energon cube from his tank mode, turning his tank nozzle before firing a blast from his fusion cannon onto the cube, creating an explosion upon igniting it.

KABOOM!!!

Vilgax: ARGHHHHH!!!

Right as the explosion dies down, another explosion booms across the streets of Cybertron as Vilgax, now back in his humanoid form, tumbles back, severely injured from the attack.

TSCHE!!! TSCHE!!! TSCHE!!!

Transforming back into his robot mode, Megatron stood over Vilgax, slamming his foot down onto Vilgax's chest as he smirks, gloating over his injured opponent.

Megatron: Look at you, nothing more than dirt under my feet. Take a look around, watch how your forces fall under the iron grip of the Decepticon cause.

Vilgax looks, watching as hordes and hordes of his drones fall apart as the Decepticons rip apart the robot drones, dessimating the army.

Soundwave emits a loud sonic wave across the field, causing several drones to go off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

At the same time, his cassette bot Ravage pounces onto a drone, ripping it apart while Shockwave opens fire at another, causing it to go off in an explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Several Seekers lead by Starscream fires at any drones attempting to escaping before focusing all their firepower on Vilgax's ship, causing it to go off in an enormous explosion.

KABOOM!!!

With Vilgax's forces all but annihilated, Megatron cackles as he stomps his foot onto Vilgax repeatly before pointing his fusion cannon down onto the fallen conqueror, saying.

Megatron: I would have waited an eternity for this. It's over.

THOOM!!!

Megatron fires one final blast, incinerating Vilgax's head in an instant.

With his opponent dead, Megatron bursts out laughing, laughing maliciously as his Decepticon army began chanting out.

Megatron: BWAH HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!

Decepticons: All hail Lord Megatron! All hail Lord Megatron!

Megumi: Looks like this is one planet Vilgax won't be conquering.

Toomi: While Vilgax has an advantage in a wider and bigger arsenal it won't be enough to put the Decepticon leader down for good, who takes just about all the other categories.

Megumi: Megatron is millions of years old which makes him way, way, way more experienced and a better fighter than Vilgax who is in his 200s

Sachi: Megatron is also more stronger and durable, though for speed they both seem to be about equal being able to keep up with supersonic moving beings and flying from planet to planet in a short amount of time. Megatron is capable of defeating the skyscraper sized Combiners by himself and is easily superior to other Decepticons like Blast Off who towed a giant asteroid.

Megumi: He can fight evenly with Optimus Prime which is just an impressive feat on its own because the Autobot leader has done a lot of crazy shit like breaking Sixshot's armor with a punch, which is forged from collapsed stars also known as Supernovas.

Toomi: Megatron's superior durability and pain tolerance is another big advantage that allows him to outlast Vilgax's own, which while impressive too does have its limits.

Megumi: Surviving a fall from orbit right after a battle, shrugging off laser blasts and other attacks from other transformers, tanking skyscraper destroying attacks, surviving being heavily damaged and sometimes not even in one piece, a blast from the matrix, and a bunch of other crazy stuff. Megatron is hardcore.

Sachi: Lastly, Megatron has more destructive capabilities because his fusion cannon has the power to one shot most other Cybertronians and level a city block with one blast.

Megumi: And especially when Vilgax has lost battles against Ben's aliens who are either that level or much stronger, yeah, Vilgax is pretty much toast.

Toomi: Taking strength, experience, skills, durability and sheer destructive power by a landslide, we can conclude that while Vilgax's own arsenal and powers are deadly, Megatron's own set of powers claims this victory in the end.

Megumi: Looks like Vilgax got turned squishy by a Mega-Ton

Sachi: The winner is Megatron

Megatron: Such is the fate of all who oppose me!

* This is fifth time the characters break the 'No Outside Help' rule, with the first being Reimu Hakurei vs Godzilla, Android 21 vs Towa, Frieza vs Boros and Jiren vs Thanos

* The part where Soundwave, Starscream and Shockwave appeared to back up Megatron is a reference to the Cybertron scene in the movie Bumblebee where the same trio appeared and attempted to take down the remaining Autobots

* The part where Megatron calls Vilgax's attack "Bad Comedy" is a reference to the line in the Transformers the Movie where Galvatron interfered with Starscream's coronation by saying," This is bad comedy"

* Megatron was even foreshadowed in the previous battle, Android 17 and Android 18 vs X and Zero by Megumi as GI Joe was not only created by Hasbro, the same company that made Transformers, but the latter series has crossover to the Transformers series before with Megatron even having a toy that transforms into a tank from GI Joe

* The part where Vilgax tells Megatron that underestimating him is a mistake is based off his quote during his fight against Ultimate Kevin in the classic Ben 10 series

* The part where Megatron spoke before finishing off Vilgax was based off his line when he was about to kill Optimus Prime in Transformers the movie

* The fight surprisingly seems to share some similarities with Optimus Prime vs Eren Yeager

- Both fights features a Cybertronian fighting a villain with a monstrous transformation

- Both fights have one side sending their own minions fighting their opponent with Eren Yeager sending some of the past Titans to attack Optimus Prime while a Vilgax sent some of his drones to attack Megatron.

- Both fights ends with the one of the combatant finishing off their opponent by destroying their heads with Optimus Prime firing a blast from the Matrix of Leadership onto Eren Yeager's Founding Titan form while Megatron fires a blast down onto Vilgax's head.

* The fight also shares some similarities with Frieza vs Boros

- Both fights also features ruthless alien dictators that commands huge armies against each other

- Both fights starts off with one combatant's forces invading the other

- Both fights have the combatant's own henchmen fighting separately while the main combatants fight each other

- Both fights also have the winning combatant suffering no casualties on his side while he and his forces dessimates the opponent and his own minions though it was done in the reverse order with Frieza killing Boros before Zarbon and Dodoria kills Geryuganshoop and Melzagard while Starscream, Soundwave, Shockwave and the Decepticon army destroyed Vilgax's army before Megatron finishes off Vilgax
