Let's say that Snowfur didn't go hunting with Bluefur that day, or that she did not go onto the Thunderpath to chase off ShadowClan cats.

How would that effect Warriors?

1: For one, Whitestorm would have been raised by Snowfur rather than only Thistleclaw. I don't think that this would effect him greatly, however he might not have had as close a bond with Bluestar.

2: Thistleclaw's behavior may have changed. We saw him care deeply for Snowfur and their kit, and if she hadn't died, he might have grown into a gentler cat because of her and Whitekit's influence. This would mean that Thistleclaw wouldn't have been such a harsh mentor to Tigerpaw or offered a bad influence, meaning that Tigerclaw might not have turned into such a bad cat. A nicer Tigerclaw means that Redtail doesn't die, Ravenpaw stays in ThunderClan, Tigerclaw never attacks Tiny, therefore BloodClan isn't created, and many conflicts in the series don't happen. Thistleclaw might not have felt as ambitious to lead ThunderClan, therefote putting less pressure on Bluefur to give up her kits to become deputy.

3: Bluefur's situation would have changed greatly. Here are two scenarios:
As mentioned earlier, Thistleclaw's lack of ambition to become deputy would mean that Bluefur wouldn't feel the urgency to become deputy, meaning that she could have kept her kits.However, if Thistleclaw's personality hadn't changed, Bluestar might have been able to give her kits to Snowfur in a Leafpool-Squirrelflight sort of scenario. Stonefur, Mistyfoot, and Mosskit (Who wouldn't have died), definitely look like they coulf be Snowfut and Thistleclaw's kits. The Clan would believe it. Snowfur would probably hidden the truth from Thistleclaw. Bluestar would be able to become deputy while seeing her kits raised in ThunderClan. However, with Thistleclaw fathering them, they may have become very different characters. Snowfur would have provided Bluefur with the support that she needed through difficult times. However, in the case that Thistleclaw's behavior doesn't change, it's hard to say whether she would support him or Bluefur. Snowfur was reluctant to admit that there was anything wrong with Thistleclaw. She might have supported him in his desire to become deputy rather than Bluefur, which would still result in Bluefur giving her kits to Oakheart. If Snowfur had chosen to support Bluestar, Thistleclaw would likely have been angry with her, and their relationship may have ended. This is only in the case of Thistleclaw's behavior not changing though.
