The Hocus Pocus and Hell's Kitchen Jobs were no joke...He does remember workign at Akuzon Delivery Center from time to time. Then there's his modeling job at Majolish.

Maybe he should ask Simeon or Barbatos' for advice. Sure, he had done multiple jobs before but that was to pay off his debts.

Modeling was his main stable job, but he actually earns even more money gambling.

He earns so much in fact that he often gets kicked for "cheating."
His money making schemes are mostly just for fun and stem from a lack of control over his sin.

He typically loses more money than he earns, but when he gets lucky or puts a lot of effort into it he really makes it big.

The problem is he spends it even faster, on himself, on MC, paying back credit card debt (only because Lucifer threatens to destroy Goldie ofc), and paying back everyone he's stolen from...

But that was his old job...

One day he would have 50,000 in cash and the next he has 5 grimm, but he typically has enough because he can't focus on anything else if he doesn't at least have something.

No need to think about the past anymore. For now, it's time to focus on the future. Maybe this time, if he tries really hard. Not saying he never did tried hard. But if he focuses more his life along with Kanon's. Then surely Casino Dealer will get him somewhere.

With the help of Little D, he had send in his application online to the company website. All he had to do now is wait for them to get his application, call him, then schedule him for an interview.

Mammon just hopes that Lady Luck is one in his side like everytime he gets his hands on some grimm.

Kanon: Papa!

Mammon: Yeah, Little Treasure?

Kanon: Dinner's Ready! Little D helped me prepared it!

Mammon: Coming!

While he does miss the food on Devildom. He couldn't wait to try out human food again!

He's got time to spare...All he has to do now is wait at least a few hours to a day to get feedback at the Casino he applied for.

He'll worry about how to further his little girl's own education later...

Mammon's eyes lit up in excitement. It's been a few days since he applied for the job and they requested for him to come in for an interview.

After coming in, as he suspected, they asked him a couple of questions here and there.

Why did he choose this company?

What is the best way to decribe himself?

What is his education?

In a job, what interests you the most/least?

Where do you see yourself in five years?

Who was your best/worst boss?

Lol. That last question was easy. Lucifer, his own brother. But he lied and said his worst boss was the one at his old modeling job.

Stupid Bitch. Always trying to control him like the witches. Then again, he's sure that's pretty the life of a model. Selling your body for millions to see on a magazine.

Interviewer: Well Mr. Morningstar. You have passed the interview with flying colors. You meet the expectations we need from you. We hope to see you on your first day Friday Night.

Mammon: You got it! Thank ya so much! I'm sure you won't regret it!

Interviewer: I'm sure we won't! See you this weekend at six p.m.

Mammon came charging back home feeling happy go lucky!

He did it! He got the job!

Mammon: I'm home!

Kanon: Papa! How did the interview go?

Mammon: Let's celebrate with some hot spicy ramen! Also get soem ice cream later~!

This earned some cheers from both of his kids as they were all excited! Mammon knows the celebration will be cut short due to still wondering what he should do about the situation with Kanon's education. Maybe he'll ask Solomon to take care of that for him.

The dude's a sorcerer and seems to know a lot. This could be a huge help!

Back in the House of Lamentation...the remaining brothers were hiding in their rooms away from the bloody battle between father and son.

Satan: IF YOU HATE ME SO MUCH! THEN GO AHEAD AND KILL ME! UNLESS YOU'RE A FUCKING COWARD TO DO SO!!!

Usually, the brothers would resort to fighting each other especially if they can't stand one another. But this fight was more violent than their other fights. Especially if Lucifer and Satan are the source of those fights.

Usually, either Mammon or MC would be the ones to keep them calm. But since Mammon retreated to the human world and MC was send away to do multiple tasks thanks to Lucifer.

Satan believes that his hate towards Lucifer is valid because to him... Lucifer is the worst elder brother possible and he didn't do shit for his siblings unlike Mammon...

Agree To Disagree.

But...if we can understand Lucifer from his side...he is also a mythological character is a tortured soul, burdened by pride and guilt, shame and anger, wrath and sorrow.

He did led the angels in revolt, for worthy means, but he failed to win the battle, and Lucifer only holds himself accountable for that failure.

But we also can't justify his actions.

His actions had led him to the death of his sister. His brothers turning to hate him to also Mammon leaving all of them.

Satan could still never forgive him though. Mammon had left them to get away from all of them. To get away from Lucifer, whom broke his trust the most out of all of them.

Satan is suffering through his wrath, rage, and hatred for everything and everyone. Especially Lucifer.

The others brothers are suffering through guilt, loss, and shame.

Lucifer is suffering, far more than anyone else, and the love his brothers had for him is equally hard for him to bear. While carrying the burden the grief and guilt as well. Tearing him apart...slowly...eating him inside out.

Mammon is his along with everyone's emotional relief and since he's not around to fix things for them.

The House Of Lamentation will soon fall apart...

And who knows how long that will be until it happens...
