No One's POV:

Setting down the two shades on the table, Ant glanced up at Ender who sat across. In front of her was a necklace with dog tags and a brown hat. She hummed before taking the items Ant brought, placing the rings in the center.

"Getting the other four might be difficult. Ty and Seto are protective of theirs while Kip and Mu are hard to convince," Ender spoke out loud, looking up at Ant. "You might need my help."

"I don't I can do this," Ant insisted, motioning to the items. "I got these."

"They're dead," Ender said, voice going cold. Ant shut his mouth before looking down, just faintly looking guilty. Ender sighed and picked the rings up, holding them out. "Hold these and imagine the eight."

"Why?"

"I'm testing a theory," Ender gave a slight smile before going serious, shaking the rings. Ant hesitated to pick the rings up, but once they were in his hands they felt heavy. He frowned slightly, closing his eyes to focus on what the eight look like. He knows the sorcerer, and the loud green one, but everyone else came out as their colors.

"This is hopeless En-," Ant opened his eyes, seeing dull grey clouds resting over a bloody field. His eyes widened, looking down and seeing no rings. He glanced around the landscape before him, seeing mist and blocking most of his view.

"What the fuck did you do Ender," Ant mumbled, beginning to walk but stopped when a loud thud shook the ground, followed by another. From the mist emerged a giant, standing near 20 feet above him. The things clothing was ragged but what stood out was the double gem necklace below a checkered handkerchief. Brown hair covered it's eyes, but what stood out the most to Ant was its jaw. Hanging snapped open showing rows of sharp teeth.

The thing knelt onto its knees, setting a weapon to the floor. A double sided diamond axe with a spear tip. It began to close its mouth, bones snapping as it closed. Ant back up a step, seeing it's hand move slowly to its hair.

Eight eyes stared down, all a different color. And with a sinking feeling Ant recognized each color. The gold and purple narrowed as the red and green widened.

"You... must... fight," it groaned, voices varying it pitches, the lowers rumbling the ground.

"Wh- I cant!" Ant shouted, seeing the thing frown. "I lost my powers."

"You're... fault," It's voice rose, the higher pitches breaking close by glass. It sneered, showing its sharp teeth. "Every... thing... hurts."

"I'm working- I'm trying," Ant felt his throat swell, tearing appearing in his eyes. Is this what fear is? Is this panic? Why is he crying? "I'm saving this damn world by myself."

"I'm here!" It shouted, all eight eyes narrowing rocks tumbled around them.

"You're not! You're a dream! Half of you are dead!" Ant shouted back, feeling a surge around him. Before the thing could speak it all blinked out. Ant was back next to Ender, rings rattling onto the table. She looked unfazed, seeming more perplexed.

"How, what?" Ant glanced around, still feeling tears down his face.

"You didn't lose anything. In fact I think you gained a power your father hid from you," Ender stood up, taking the rings. She reached over to touch his face but he batted her away, wiping away his own tears.

"Future vision. A way to see all paths laid out. Some won't be taken, it all depending on choices."

"But I saw-"

"An ending that is near impossible," Ender states, "I saw it too since I have more control over it. The auras seemed to have sparked it in you."

"So you're saying I'm not a mortal?"

Ender smiled. "Oh Ant. Once a God, always a God."
