Age 5
I was marched along by my parents.
"Keep walking, darling. We'll be in soon." Mother ordered. We were walking on the pathway to Malfoy Manor.
My always-changing hair had been French braided. I absolutely hated it, but I must obey mother's wishes.
We approached the gate, and a woman with thick crazy black hair and heavily lidded eyes stood waited.
"We've been waiting for you. What took you so long?" She asked.
"Bellatrix, why must you try and contradict me?" Father said, leering at her.
"Why'd you bring the girl?" Bellatrix said, jeering.
My hair changed from my usual black to fiery red in anger.
"Not one to be messed with, I see," The crazy woman laughed, "She can't see the meeting. Draco will be out in the garden." She opened the gate and led mother and father away.
I wish Dahlia and Linnea were here. I've never met the Malfoy boy and I'd rather do it with sisters.
I am five year old, but I feel like I'm mature enough to hear the meeting. I've seen Lord Voldemort before, he personally came to see me and my sisters. But now he's gone, and it doesn't even matter.
A small boy about my height who was clearly Draco stood looking extremely bored.
I walked over there with a straight face. Smiling is a weakness sometimes, no offense to Dahlia.
Seeing his hair as light blonde as possible, I changed mine to a light blonde, not quite like his.
"That's cool." He said, breaking the silence.
"I know." My voice is so high, but I'm still avoiding sounding enthusiastic.
"Can you do any color?" He started picking up excitement.
"Yeah! I can change my face too." Anything to pass the time.
"Can you turn into Bellatrix? She scares me." He asked.
I let out a small laugh.
"She is pretty scary." I said, then I proceeded to morph into her.
It could've been her.
Draco's eyes widened.
"Woah!"
"Yeah, it's fun." I admitted, turning my hair a final shade of platinum blonde like his.
And we talked until the meeting concluded, and then I left, gaining a new friend.
