The old detective leaned forward, and squeezed the arm part of the couch tightly, then exclaimed, "I'm sick on your bloody games, Charlie! Just speak the hell out of it!"

Charlie's face had changed from being composed to being blank. There's an unexplained emotion on his face. Perhaps, it was a mixture of pain, hatred, distress, and agony.

The old detective uttered in a loud tone, "On all the people on the planet, why the hell you wanted to dragged down Gavino? Can you also explain, what you really did with the money you borrowed from him?"

Charlie looked directly on the old detective's eye, then uttered with a very serious tone, "If there's no rules, I would kill Gavino for free. Listen to me carefully detective..", Charlie leaned forward from his seat, there's an unexplained fury on his eyes, then he continued, "I know that in all those years that you had spent tracking down Gavino, I knew that you had already gathered some intel reports about the stinks and the evil deeds of that devil bastard."

The old detective uttered, "No.. not some.. I know it all! The drugs, the contrabands, the murders, and all the cold-blooded killings.. He was responsible for all of those! So don't you dare speak to me, as if you were the one who had wasted years, tracking the hell out of that devil!"

"So, if you say that you already knew it all, perhaps, you also knew, why your beautiful daughter, Georgina, left you and went to New York City..... WITHOUT BIDDING YOU A GOODBYE." Charlie spoke with so much FURY on his eyes.

The old detective was puzzled and his heartbeat pounded so hard in so much tension. So, he asked with so much curiousity, "Are trying to imply that...that.. that devil, Winston Gavino had something to do with my daughter's decision to leave our home and choose to move in New York?"

Charlie looked on the ground and stared at it blankly, "I hate to say this...", CHARLIE CLOSED HIS FISTS TIGHTLY then he uttered with so much hatred, "... that man raped your daughter. I am so sorry that I am the one who told you this.", Charlie still looking on the ground, but now with so much anger.

The old detective was shocked. The mixture of hatred and disbelief had surrounded his whole being. Tears almost flowed from a father's eye...
So with a broken and trembling voice, the old detective uttered softly, "Tell me everything.. Tell me everything you know about it!!"

"Georgina used to work in a French restaurant in Little Town, before she left home, right? She didn't even bid you a goodbye or didn't even talked to you when she left home and chose to go away. You just woke up one day and found a yellow sticky note on the fridge with words on it that she'll be leaving home to find a decent life in New York."

The old detective was shocked and puzzled. He had no idea how did Charlie knew all the things about his daughter and even their personal lives. He uttered no word and just waited Charlie to continue his parlance.

Charlie continued, "..but sadly, the truth behind the reason why your precious daughter left, was because of Winston Gavino. He took advantage of your daughter and sexually abused her. Winston did it out of personal vendetta for all the quote unquote troubles that you had done to his life and to his business. Gavino threatened Georgina that he would kill both of you if she stayed with you and if she uttered  even a single word on anyone in Little Town about what had that devil done to your daughter. Georgina chose to shut her mouth for the sake of your safety, SIR..."

The old detective cried, but with so much fury on his face. He closed his fist so tight and look on a different direction to hide his tears. He spoke with a craked voice, "How.. How.. How did... you know this all? Where is she? Where is my daughter?"

Charlie, looked at the old detective's eyes with so much sympathy, then uttered, "Sir, your daughter was the reason why I and Margaret moved to Little Town, less than a year ago. She's the reason why we wanted to bury Gavino and why we wanted you to be in here. Well, don't worry about her sir, right after this conversation and after I laid my proposition, I will let you meet her. The truth is, she's not in New York.. She's living, some place near here, just in the little corner of St. Louis County's Police Headquarters."
Charlie smiled at the old detective to give him some semblance of hope.

Margaret, walked towards the old detective and comforted him, "Sir, I assure you that she's on a safe place and she had been waiting for all of these things to happen."

The old detective looked towards Charlie and uttered with a cracked voice, "Charlie, please don't be offended with these words, but still, how can I trust someone I didn't know? If you could give me some assurance to trust you, then I would be happy to hear now your proposition, bury Gavino in hell, and lived happily with my daughter after."

Charlie just smiled at the old detective, then uttered, "I know that you'll ask for that, detective."

Charlie dialed someone on his phone and uttered, "RELEASE IT."

The old detective became more curious on who this Charlie Pistone could be.  So, he asked Charlie, "Who are you Charlie? Tell me.."

But before Charlie opened his mouth for an answer, his phone rang and he answered it, then he uttered only two words, "THANK YOU..", then Charlie cut the call.

Charlie Pistone, looked at the old detective and uttered, "Call Julius in your headquarters in Boston, and tell him to open the TV, turn it on Channel 8, and ask him what they're featuring."

The old detective immediately dialed Officer Julius phone number, and the officer immediately answered the call.
The old detective uttered, "Julius, open the TV on the headquarters lobby and turn it on Channel 8 and tell me what you see. This is urgent and vital, so do it immediately."

Julius uttered, "Sir, we are actually watching it right now, there's an angelic someone who didn't told his name, that donated $500,000 dollars to a charity that helps cancer patients in Boston and another $500,000 dollars for all indigent patients of Steve Jenkins Memorial Hospital. Are you also watching it sir?", Julius asked.

The old detective LOOKED DIRECTLY at CHARLIE, then Detective Alred, answered Julius with a huge smile on his face, "Actually Julius, I AM LOOKING AT IT... RIGHT NOW. Thank you Julius, I will call you later."

Then...

After the old detective, dropped the call, Charlie uttered, "That's your assurance, detective. I am not a thief and I am not doing this to Gavino for money. I am doing this for justice, fairness and equality. I wont force you to believe me. As I told you before you enter this house, you always have a choice. Its up to you now, sir.

The old detective smirked and uttered, "Let's bury the devil Gavino, back to the pits of hell where he belongs."
