"Because of the sunlight?" asked Zoe. 

"Yes! I think so" said John. "I have read this in many books."

"Then we have approx 13 hours without any strange thing happening?" asked Ivy.

"Yes, I think so. Let's try to break open this door. It might work now" said Daksh.

"Yeah ok. On the count of three, push the door" said Leo.

"One, two, three" 

They all ran towards the door and pushed it hard but nothing happened. It didn't open. They tried it several times but no luck.

"Let's try screaming from the window. Someone will surely hear us and help" said Emily.

"Help us, please! Help us! We are stuck here with a ghost! Help us!" 

They all screamed for like 10 minutes but no one even looked up at them. They even tried the other windows of the house but still no help.

"Leave it. It's of no use. We can't do anything! They are unable to hear us. Our voices aren't reaching them" said James.

"All right," said Emily.

"I am very tired," said Zoe. "I haven't slept the whole night."

"Ya me too," said Leo.

"I'll go and lie down for a while on the sofa," said Zoe.

The others followed them. Slowly, they fell asleep.

When Ivy opened her eyes it was almost dusk. She was the first to get up. 

"Oh my god! We slept so much! Get up, everyone! We can't sleep any longer! Anything can happen now!" shouted Ivy.

"What the....." said James and he got up instantly.

They all were frightened.

"We wasted so much time!" said Noah. "It was a mistake to sleep. We could have been out of the house if we were awake."

"Indeed it was!" Said Zoe.

It was getting darker and darker outside and the fear was continuously increasing. As it got dark, the negative vibes came back again.

After some time, they heard a little girl sing 

"Twinkle Twinkle Little Star How I wonder what you are," she was sitting on a chair in the living room with a doll in her lap.

"Who's There?" asked John.

The girl turned around. She had big red eyes and a smirk on her face. Her whole face was covered in blood.

They all screamed and ran towards the drawing-room.

"Aaaagrhh" screamed Emily. Someone was pulling her hair so vigorously that she fell on the floor and was still being pulled in different directions. Others tried to catch her but they couldn’t do anything.

Leo immediately went and brought a pair of scissors and cut her hair. 

Emily stopped being pulled. She was breathing very fast. She had hit her head in the corner of the wall and was bleeding. 

Daksh immediately brought the first aid box which was kept on the side table near the couch for emergencies. He tied a bandage on her head. She was crying really hard. Hazel and Ivy went and hugged her. 

"Where's Zoe?" asked Leo.

In all the commotion, they were not able to pay attention to everything happening around them and Zoe has disappeared.

"Zoe! Zoe! Zoe!" They all cried but they were unable to find her anywhere. They all were really worried.

"Did something happen to her?" asked Hazel.

"No Hazel! Be positive!" said Ivy.

Eventually, they did find her in the storeroom but with her head inside the wall. She was dead.
