Neil locked the door after entering the room and looked at his wife. They were married today and from now on will be called a couple, husband and wife.

"Listen..." He walked towards her

"You don't try to come near me, I will cut you!"

The girl removed her veil and threatened him holding a butter knife.

"Wth! Where the hell did you get that from?" He said annoyed "And do you think you can even harm me with that!" He rolled his eyes

"I can harm you with anything.. I should have killed you long back! Now I can kill you being your wife!" She spat

"Avni Mehta!" He gritted his teeth "Still the same... Immature notorious kid right!" He stated while she glared at him

"Even you are the same! Egoistic cheater! You haven't changed a bit!" She retorted while he glared at for sometime.

"You very well knew who cheated... " He scowled

"Ha.. It was good we broke up two years back but who knew I would be bound with YOU!" Avni stated annoyed

"I was not having any interest in making you my wife! I have had enough of you! Why the heck did you even agree for the marriage then!" He glared at her

"Why did you? Stop blaming me over everything you understand! Even I have had enough of you!" She snapped her finger in front of him.

"Iam blaming you?" He let out a chuckle "It's good we broke you... I cant deal with a immature girl like you!"

"Stop calling me that you cheater! I don't even want to look at your face.. I hate you so much!" She yelled

"As if Iam dying to look at your face! Hate you too!" He spat back

"We may be so called husband and wife in front of the world! In real.. You are no one for me and Iam no one for you!" She exclaimed

"You Mind your own business and I will mind my own business!" He added before entering the washroom after banging the door.

She cursed him loudly "May he die with rat poisoning!"

"I can hear it!" He yelled from inside

"Like I care mahn! I can curse you in front of your face!" She yelled back

He came out of the washroom after changing and looked at her in disbelief.

"Shut your mouth for sometime! Will you?" He told in a calm voice "People are sleeping outside! We both are not the only ones in this house!"

"My voice! I have the right to raise my voice! And I don't even want to live with you under the same roof! It's just that Iam married to you because of my parents!" She stated

"I can't even believe I dated you for 3 freaking years, avni!" He shook his head

"Exactly! You were just dating.. You never lov... "

She stopped in between and went inside the washroom ignoring him while he rolled his eyes before moving towards his bed.

After sometime she opened the washroom door and found him sleeping on the bed she kept her wedding outfit aside and made her way towards him angrily.

"You should go sleep on the floor!" She pulled the pillow while his head hit the bed.

"Wtf!" He glared at her "This is my room! My bed! I will sleep here! You don't order me!" He stated

"Now it belongs to me! Where else will I go sleep?" She questioned as he got up and sat on the bed as rubbing his forehead

"You are such a headache seriously!" He looked at her annoyed "Iam not going anywhere.... Iam sleeping on my bed.. You can do whatever you want!" He added

She jumped on the bed suddenly while he looked on shocked. She kept pillows in between making 2 compartments while he looked on confused.

"This side is mine!" She pointed towards her side "And this side is yours!" She added

"Whatever!" He muttered in a not so interested tone "Still the same Bunny pyjamas!" He added

"Don't care!" She layed on the bed and turned to the other side while her face flushed in embarrassment.

Next morning Neil got up first and was about to move but couldn't, he slowly opened his eyes and looked at Avni who was hugging him tightly and was sleeping peacefully. The so called boundary which she had built was already kicked down.

"What shall I do now..." He tried to get up but couldn't.

Avni mumbled in her sleep annoyed while he looked at her face as a smiled crept his face.

"Aviii!" Neil looked at her while she rested her head on his lap and he was sitting leaving on to the tree.

"Hmm.. " She hummed as she still had her eyes closed

"How much will you sleep Jaan ! Sleeping has become your habit isn't it!" He chuckled

"Sleep is good for health! But I will cuddle you and sleep when we get married!" She hugged him while he smiled "You will be my cuddlish bear!"

"Anything for you, love!" Both smiled at eachother

"What the heck!"

Neil's chain of thoughts broke as he found Avni looking at him with her eyes wide.

"Why the hell are you hugging me! Why did you destroy my pillow boundary!" She gritted her teeth while he looked at her in disbelief.

"Have a look by yourself!" He muttered

She looked at her hand which was hugging him and she pulled her away looking elsewhere.

"So what... You should have told me earlier! You should have pulled yourself away... But no! You were sitting here dreaming something!" She taunted while he scratched the back of his neck

"Iam not at all interested in this shit right now! Avni Mehta!" He stated while she glared at him.

"Not Mehta anymore!" She rolled her eyes

"Then what should I call you Avni neil khanna? You are not yet out of your Avni Mehta character!" He stated

"Oh please! Iam least interested in joining my name with yours! Avnu neil khanna! Neil? Kaisa naam hai?!" She taunted "Tum aasman mein Zameen! Dono kabhi Milthe hai Kya? That's the reason we were never together!" She said with irritation

"Yeah right..." He let out a sarcastic chuckle. "Even I came to know you are not fit for me!" He added while she looked at him for sometime.

"You were also never fit for me! Don't try to act great!" She said "Juhi was very fit for you Neil khanna!"

"Vidyuth was also fit for you! Dont even get Juhi in between Everything!" He glared at her

"Don't even say anything about vidyuth! Not a word!" Avni snapped

"Hurts!?" Neil chuckled dryly

"I know it hurts you when I tell something about juhi!" She stated

"Why would it even?" Neil questioned "Stop getting Juhi in between everything!"

"The same way stop getting vidyuth in between Everything! He is my good friend and I can't hear a word against him!" She crossed her arms glaring at him while he smiled looking at her

"Good friend!? Wow!" He clapped his hands

"Atleast I didn't cheat on you with someone else like you did! You cheated on me with Juhi!" She yelled while he rolled his eyes

"Stop this nonsense.. "

"Neil... Not again.. Iam done with this shit!" She said with a serious expression

"You know what? Happy realization! Even Iam done with it! Past... Leave it in the past.. I don't want to break my head over stupid things again..."

"Ofcourse it's stupid! Stupid! Stupid!" She laughed out "Past is past! But never forget the past!" She sang

"I would never, don't even worry!" He put on a tight smile.

"Neither would I!" She fake smiled. None looked at eachother for sometime before snapping their head and other directions.

He was about to enter the washroom while she pushed him aside and ran into the washroom while he cursed under his breath.

"Neil!!!" She called him the nth time while he was still looking at his phone not.

"Cheater!" She yelled and he rolled his eyes

"Stop calling me that!" He growled "And get out of there because even I have to use.. "

"I.. I forgot my dress ourside okay... I can't get out just like that!" She said while he rolled his eyes

"Girls!" He muttered "Iam not helping you... Forget about it!" he said

"Remember the amount of shirts I have gifted you! With my.. " she stopped in between again and cursed herself mentally. "Neil if you don't give me a dress.. Iam going to stay here! I will build a house in this washroom and I will never let you use it.. Then you will die because of not using it.. This is a bathroom lovers curse on you!"

He ignored her talks and signed before moving towards her bag, he pulled out a dress.

"This bathroom lovers curse will never go wrong! You will have constipation! You will... "

"Shut up!" He cut her in between closing his ears.

"You shut up!" She yelled back

He knocked on the door annoyed

"What?" She barked

"Dress!" He gritted his teeth while she hit her forehead slightly.

She opened the door slightly and pulled the dress from him before shutting it with a bang.

"You won't become small if you tell a thank you!" He rolled his eyes

"Don't tell small! You know that you used to call me shorty..." Avni stated while Neil chuckled.

" Well you haven't grown up yet! Mentally and physically!" He taunted while she huffed in anger

"I have grown... Neil.. Iam so mature that I can understand things more better now!"

She came out of the washroom while he looked on.

"Good for you!" He shrugged before entering the washroom.

Few months passed, avni and Neil decided to forget about the past and live in the present there was no point in talking about the past everyday when they had to live in under the same roof but both still hated each other and never left a chance to fight. Pulling eachothers legs had become a habit.

Neil was looking for a file in his room and Avni was sitting there with her phone playing a game.

He went through the cupboard and tried to remember where he had even kept the file.

"Don't go to my place.. I will kill you if you spoil my clothes!" Avni looked at him

"I have no interest in spoiling anything.. I just need my file!" He got a big box which made him frown "What's this now?"

"Not that! Neil!" She got up from her place to pull away the box from him while the box fell down and all the contents from it scattered on the floor.

Neil looked at everything and then at Avni who was standing there with a blank face. He kneeled down and his lips curved into a small smile as he looked at the photos they had clicked when both of them were together, the ring which he had gifted her which proposing her, the chocolate wrappers of all the chocolates he had gifted her. Before he could touch any avni took everything from there and put it inside the box closing it.

"Why?" He questioned and she tried to ignore him

"What why?" She questioned back as she kept the box inside "I don't want to keep all this.. I collected all this so that I can throw it away!"

"Oh..." It somewhere hurted him but he composed himself "Why don't you throw it then Avni?"

"Why don't you throw all this Neil?" She chuckled dryly as she pointed at the shirts she had gifted him which was in the cupboard.

"I would never throw it avi.."

She looked at him as she heard the word Avi from his mouth after 2 ling years. She bit her inner cheeks controlling herself.

"Same goes to me!" she mumbled before walking out of the room.

Few days later

"Tillu.. I came to know the you have a get together next week... All your college friends! I think you should take Avni with you.. You people never went out" Shweta looked at the both of them while they were having their dinner

"Only if she knew we both are from the same college!" Neil muttered while Avni chocked out her food.

"Did you say something?" Shweta questioned while Neil shook his head

"So.. How did you come to know about it?" Neil questioned

"Juhi's mother told me about it!" Shweta told while Avni smiled

"You are still in touch with Juhi?" Avni piped in

"She is talking about juhi's mother!" Neil muttered irritated

"Yeah.. Both are the same.. Juhi.. Juhi's mother... Only difference is she is her mother!" Avni continued to have her food while Neil gave her a unbelievable look.

"How do you know about Juhi?!" Shweta knit her brows

"She is a very good friend of Neil.. He told me about her!" Avni smiled widely while Neil rolled his eyes

"Hein? Is it? When did that happen.." Shweta looked at Neil "You always hated... "

"Mom... We will go to the get together.. Stop talking and Iam done with my dinner!"

Neil left from there leaving a confused shweta behind and Avni who was in deep thoughts.

"N..Neil hates Juhi?" Avni looked at shweta while shweta nodded her head

"He does, I don't know about now though!" Shweta giggled before leaving to the kitchen.

One week later

"Avni... How much time will you take?" Neil entered their signing and stopped in his tracks as he saw her.

He was lost in her beauty, she was draped in a blue Saree, his favorite colour. She looked at him and passed a smile while he had his mouth still open.

Her face flushed as she turned her gaze away from him followed by him.

"What the heck Neil! What are you doing!" He mumbled to himself

"We should leave!" Avni said in a go and ran out of the room followed by Neil.

The ride to the restaurant was silent. They kept stealing glances.

"Can I ask you something?" Avni looked at Neil while he nodded his head

"Why did mum tell you hate juhi?" She frowned looking at him

"Even you knew I hated... Avni.. Let's not start it again shall we?" He looked on irritated

"No.. There are possibilities that she could have cheated on you just like you did... That's the reason you hate her!" Avni laughed out while he glared at her

"Is it necessary to start it everywhere?" He stopped the car and glared at her

"I didn't do anything.. Iam just saying.. Take it as a joke if you want!" Avni shrugged

"Are you jealous?" Neil questioned out of nowhere and she looked at him for sometime before she spoke again.

"I.. Why will I.. I be jealous?" She shuttered looking elsewhere.

"I know very well about you! Just like that I didn't spend 3 years with you!" Neil said in a calm voice

"Then why did you even leave.. And why did you cheat?" She questioned drinking back her tears.

"You seriously think I did? You were the one who was ignoring me! You were the one who broke up with me! You were the one who moved on with vidyuth!" He stated

"Yes! Everything was because of me and you did nothing! Right! Let it be that way!" She yelled at him before getting out of the car making her way inside the restaurant.

He parked the car and followed her, they met many old friends who greeted them.

"OMG! Goals!" One of their classmate looked at both of them in awe. "You both dated eachother from college times and are married to each other also, isn't this the cutest thing ever!"

"Afterall soulmates always end up Together!" Another one piped in while Avni and Neil looked at eachother and put on a tight smile.

"Avni!!"

Neil got irked as he saw vidyuth who was smiling widely at Avni, both of them hugged eachother while Neil rolled his fist into a ball.

"How are you!?" Vidyuth questioned her while she giggled.

Neil left the place and took a seat in the restaurant where all others were sitting. Juhi made her way to him and he rolled his eyes.

"Married to Avni?" She questioned as she sat beside him and he moved a but away

"What's your problem now.. Just stop this nonsense and leave me alone!" He grit his teeth while she held his hand.

"But you love me Neil!" She said

"Bullshit! Juhi.. I was done with you long back! Stop spoiling my mood by starting it again!" Neil stated completely annoyed with her.

"You never believed me, I was the one who told you that Avni cheated on you... That time also you didn't believe.. But you saw it with your own eyes! How she was with vidyuth and left you!" Juhi said while he closed his eyes in anger.

"Just.. " He stopped as he looked at Avni and vidyuth who came there. Avni looked at both of them and then took a seat opposite to them with vidyuth.

"Hi Avni!" Juhi smiled at Avni while Avni was still looking at Neil.

"Hi..!" Avni rolled her eyes looking at Juhi.

Everyone decided to give their orders while Neil ordered Chinese for himself. Vidyuth questioned avni what she needed while she was least interested in food right now. She asked him to order anything and she would have.

Everyone started to have their food while remembering all the good times they had in the college while the neul and Avni were in their own world.

Suddenly avni started to feel nauseous while vidyuth frowned looking at her. She put the spoon aside and held her head which was spinning and everything was getting blurry.

"Avni...." Vidyuths voice hit Neil's ears and he looked at that direction.

"What happened?" He pushed Juhi aside and ran towards Avni who was coughing.

Neil looked at her hand and then looked at vidyuth.

"Does the food contain mushroom?" Neil questioned after seeing the rashes in her body while vidyuth nodded.

"Mahn! What the hell! didn't you know she has allergy with mushrooms!" Neil glared at vidyuth "Avni... Are you okay?"

He patted on her cheeks while tears rolled down his eyes, she looked at him for sometime before going unconscious.

He quickly carried her to hospital while vidyuth agreed to drive the car. Neil made Avni's head rest on his lap and he held her hand tightly.

In the hospital the doctor asked them to stay outside while they would give a antibiotic to Avni and she will get consciousness within a few minutes, she fainted due to lack of oxygen as she felt nauseous. Both vidyuth and Neil decided to wait outside.

"You dated her! You didn't know about her allergy? Like seriously!" Neil glared at vidyuth while vidyuth gave him a WTH look.

"Who dated whom? Are you mad?" Vidyuth rolled his eyes while Neil frowned

"What do you mean?" Neil questioned

"Avni was always my good friend, she was the one who helped me to get the love of my life and you think we both dated!" Vidyuth rolled his eyes

"That means you both never dated eachother?" Neil questioned again

"You should be knowing.. You were the one who cheated on her.. "

Before vidyuth can finish Neil left from there and entered Avni's room. He found her laying down on the bed thinking something.

"Are you okay now?" Neil questioned in a low voice and she looked at him, he took his seat beside the bed.

"You still remember?" She smiled sadly while he nodded his head

"Why wouldn't I! Why did you have that when you knew it had mushroom!" He questioned

"I wouldn't have had that in the first place if I knew it had mushroom and I didn't know vidyuth ordered mushrooms!" She rolled her eyes

"Careless like always! I won't be there everytim.." He stopped in the middle while Avni looked on

"Yeah.. You were not even there for 2 years!" She replied while he looked at her again.

"You never dated vidyuth.. I got to know... " He said

"Happy realization! Congrats!" She chuckled dryly

"Why did you break up with me then Avni? Did you not love me? Like I do?" He questioned

"Do or did?" She mumbled

"That wasn't the question!" He replied, annoyed

"What if I ask you... If you found your boyfriend..."

"What the hell!" Neil looked at her in disbelief.

"I mean.. Girlfriend! So yeah! If you found your girlfriend cheating on you with a guy.... You would keep quite?" She questioned

"I wouldn't break up with her, I would go find out what the truth is... Like when juhi told me vidyuth and you were dating, I never believed her but I saw vidyuth and you together and he told you I love you!" Neil said with a blank face

"Juhi did what?" Avni got up from the bed and looked at him in disbelief "Vidyuth telling me I love you.. I was helping him in getting his girl! Nothing else! How can you even think I would cheat on someone whom I love! Just because you thought I cheated on you.. You hooked up with Juhi!" She added

"I never hooked up with Juhi! What the heck! I was waiting for your explaination.. I never trusted juhi! You came to me and told you are breaking up... You thought I was a cheater!" tears pricked his eyes while she had her mouth open

"Juhi was the one who told me you proposed her, I saw you with her!" Avni mumbled

"And you just didn't trust me!" Neil said in a calm voice "Misunderstandings!" He added

"I could never move on....I always loved you... I don't know how we both fell in juhi's trap and here we are!" She giggled as tears rolled down her cheek.

"As if I could move on..."

"I came to know when I saw you preserving all the T-shirts I had gifted you!" She completed "I missed you Neilu!"

She hugged him while he hugged her back.

"I missed you too, avi!" He hugged her more tight while she giggled.

"Past.. Leave the past! We should learn from it.. I will never doubt on you from now on!" Neil wiped her tears while she smiled

"Neither will I!" She replied "I love you!"

"Love you too!" He giggled "Let's start from the scratch... New beginnings.. Without anyone in between!" He stated and she nodded smiling.

"Hi.. Iam neil khanna! Nice to meet you Avni Mehta!" He forwarded his hand for a handshake while she suppressed her smile remembering their first meet.

"It's Avni Neil khanna now neil!" She corrected.

"Oh yes!" He ruffled his hair with a sleeping smile while both burst into fits of laughter.
