Marinette's POV

I woke up to Tikki kicking my arm with her little kwami legs. "You're going to be late if you don't hurry up." She said, its like I'm waking up the the same speech each day.

"OK I'll hurry." I told her while pulling on my jeans. After I was finished getting dressed, Tikki flew into my purse. I ran down stairs grabbed a croissant and said goodbye to my mom and dad before leaving.

As I walked up the stairs for the school, someone grabbed my arm spinning me around. Who I saw was a boy with blonde hair and green eyes.

"Hi I'm Adrien. I'm new here."

"Hi I'm Marinette, I will be your guide."

So we walked around the school. As I pointed to classes, Adrien just nodded and starred at me.

"What?" I said looking back at him.

"Nothing." He replied blushing.

The bell rang and I showed him where our first class was.

After our first class we didn't classes after that. So I gave him directions for all the classes before lunch. And we parted ways.

I put my books into my locker before lunch. I closed the door and he was standing there, leaning on the locker next to mine.

"Adrien! You scared me." I said laughing.

"Yea I can see that." He said laughing with me, "can I sit with you at lunch?"

"Um... Sure." I said back.

Alya, my best friend, sat patiently with Nino, our other friend, on the grass in front of the school.

"Who's this" Alya said suggestively.

"Alya, Nino this is Adrien."

"Hi-" they said in unison.

We sat and talked for the rest of lunch and from what I can tell, we were going to be good friends.
