I wasn't particularly happy about my group. Just thinking about it kind of made me a bit disappointed. We could be tagged so easily, and just like that, poof! We were stuck in jail, doing nothing but sitting the whole time. Our jail was the outside gym, while the other team's was the tennis courts, which just happened to be surrounded with this plastic stuff. It even looked like a prison. I personally wanted to patrol the borders, carefully making sure no one on the other team crossed. I guess that just wasn't my job though. Who was I to whine anyways? Misty looked fine, content really, so I tried imitating her reaction. It worked okay, I guess. Just then, the horn rang. Now or never, I thought before throwing myself into the chaos across the border.
Capture the Flag had been a lot of fun. White won, unfortunately, but we can't win everything. Misty and I both had a chance of carrying the flag across, but neither of us succeeded. When Mist ran across, she almost won for us. However, about 30 yards away from the line, a junior camper (probably seven) screamed that she had spotted her and before long, Misty was surrounded, no chance of escape whatsoever. At my turn to carry the flag across, I had just outrun like six campers, if not more, before the horn rang again meaning that one team had one. Considering I hadn't crossed the line yet, I knew the other team one. It was slightly depressing, but fun nonetheless.
