I've seen this name a lot. SkyWings named after birds of prey are really common in general, but compared to other names (Hawk or Eagle for example) this one is a little better, I guess. Still have seen it a lot.

Oh I like that, you don't see too many OCs that live in Possibility.

Appearance: Slender, average height. Bright red, with hints of orange and gold undertones. Weird, hazel-green eyes. Long, chestnut horns. A constantly mischievous expression.

Short, but descriptive. The orange and the gold go well with the brighter shade of red. Thanks for describing his height and weight! I like this, not the most original for a SkyWing, but it's not bad.

Personality: He is very outgoing and carefree, though mischievous. He has a great sense of humour, but he can be unintentionally hurtful. He rarely takes anything seriously.

Hmm, you could add some more to this. It's short. The only flaw here is that he can be hurtful, which isn't that bad of flaw considering it's unintentional. You also focus a lot on his sense of humor, but not other aspects of his personality. His interests, things he hates, things like that you should consider adding.

Family: A father named Hawk, a mother named Cumulus, a brother named Feather, and two sisters, named Dawn and Crimson.

I like these names! Cumulus is good, I haven't seen it before.

Backstory: Falcon was born and raised in Possibility. He never really left. He eventually got used to it, but he never lost his thirst for adventure. When he was three, he met Alligator and Lilac. The three became inseparable. A year later, they met Shadowstalker. During a camping trip to celebrate Lilac's sixth birthday, she and Alligator disappeared. He later freed them from their captors with the help of Justice, a traitor to the council which had captured them. Though Justice was quite kind, Falcon never really trusted him, seeing him as a threat to Shadowstalker.

This is alright, it's simple. I have some questions though— who exactly captured them? And why? And how did he free them? You probably know the answers to all of these (if you don't, you need to work on his backstory lots) but when you leave it out in your form, it gets confusing for me.

Other: He is a gifted athlete.

That's cool. You should elaborate on that in his personality. For example, is he competitive?

7/10, he's okay. The name is really common. His personality seems short, you could definitely add to it. Some things are left unanswered in the backstory. His appearance is good, the colors look nice but it's not the most original.
