Hmm. It isn't the most original name, it's pretty common. I mean, it isn't bad, and it fits his Tribe. But I see this name a lot, so if you can, you might want to change it to something more original.

Appearance. Like all Stormwings, he has two forms, a stormy form(cloudy looking) and a dragon  form. In his storm form, he's basically a cloud, but you can't walk through him. H can camouflage in the sky to hide. In dragon form, he has long skinny legs, not stable for walking so he tends to fly. He has horns on his snout which is unusual for a stormwing, and his eyes are stormy teal.

This is really cool, actually. The ability to basically turn into a cloud is pretty original. I like it. But I want to know more about his dragon form.. like, what color is he? Gray, I'm assuming, but I'm still asking. Idk, you just didn't describe him much.

Personality. Rude, sleeps a lot. Loves dragonet, but doesn't let anyone except Tornado and Wind know. His personality always changes because he's a spy and he can't let anyone know who he is, or he could be recognized, but mostly, he always has the rude personality. He's serious, but loves making dragonet s laugh. He's a little slack when it comes to killing or attacking, so he just camouflages.

I actually really like this, too. I love the detail that he changes his personality so he won't get caught as a spy. That's not something that many people add to their OCs, but it really adds to his character imo. I like that he is good with dragonets. It kind of contradicts the 'rude, serious' part of his personality, but that isn't bad. It makes him more complex. This is good!

Backstory. (In childhood, he and other stormwings lived on an island)
Hurricane always had that serious personality, so he was misunderstood by the 'dragon who wanted to grow up too soon'. His parents loved him, but his peers, not some how because whenever they'd be playing, Hurricane would always let little dragons tag along with their games.
He was mistaken to be the dragon of the prophecy because it had the 'hurricane' part in it. Because of that, ppl hated him even more, and he was isolated from his friends social life.
There rly was NO prophecy, it was the Claws of Evil who made rumors of it so they could start a war among the Stormwings themselves because the Claws of evil didn't like Stormwings because they weren't normal bcuz of their forms.
There ended up being a actually hurricane storm, which walked the island away, so all the Stormwings had no home at the moment. Hurricane thought all of this was his fault at his age, so he volunteered on looking for a new place for them to live, but all Stormwings thought that would be impossible, but he actually came back with a place, a volcano. After this, he was accepted again into the Stormwings, like socially, and he decided he wanted to become a spy for Destined Wings(he's the founder) and he and others who join spy on the Claws of Evil, who are always looking for trouble.
On a spy mission, he met Wind, and they had Tornado, a cute silly dragon.

This is pretty good, but I'm a bit confused by some parts. What was the prophecy, exactly? Obviously it had something to do with a hurricane, but like.. Where did it come from?

And the prophecy being fake but coming true anyway.... where have I heard that before............ hmmmm

Mother: Blizzard(she was named that bcuz she was raised by the Talons of Peace, and bcuz of her look, which reminded them of an IceWing, they named her Blizzard bcuz then it would have some IceWing related in it, but it was also a storm, so it worked either way)

6/10. I like his personality lots, but his name isn't the best, and his appearance and backstory could use some work.
