I WAAAYYY prefer Starspeaker over this for many reasons.
Tsunami and Starflight have many conflicting personality traits; they both are leaders in completely different ways.
Tsunami is more of the do-first think-later type of leader, she's also very dominating and protective because she cares a lot about her friends. But Starflight also cares deeply about his friends, but he is the think-first do-later type of dragon.

They don't hate eachother, but they don't get along the best. Of course they still care about one another but...
You can see why this would be a major problem if they were a couple?

I wouldn't ship this, they are fine friends but this relationship would be toxic.
