"Oh... look (n/n)! It's going to rain! I think it's best if you hang the clothes inside..." Mizuta poked her head out of the window as you continued hanging the other clothes and you rolled your eyes, "It isn't going to rain, Marin-chan. It'll be fine."

Suddenly a heavy pour of cats and dogs from the sky. "Fuck." You sweared.

Your blank expression faded after being slapped back to the reality with a beige looked coat, it was Marin's. "Put it on, (n/n)! You'll get sick!" Mizuta said worriedly as she take the other clothes from the clothespins immediately in panic.

The heavy rain never stopped and it was getting both of you soaked. Mizuta's coat which she borrowed to you was soaked as well. Once both of you get all the hanged clothes, both of you rused back to your cottage.

You and Mizuta lived together. It was just a summer vacation in Mizuta's house since her mom and your mom were actually friends. Your mom completely entrusted you with Mizuta that time. And since it was a summer vacation, it's of course a summer. So you didn't expect a heavy rain pour as heavy as cats and dogs.

Both of you collapsed on the red-tinted sofa, breathing heavily and suddenly stared at each other for awhile, you suddenly stood up immediately, "I'll get some towels." You smiled, Mizuta nodded and continued catching her breath.

Once you came back, you took off Mizuta soaked coat and sighed, "Sorry for not listening to you." You look away and sat next to the light pink haired girl, she chuckled, "Aw~ (n/n)-chan, I was more worried about you! What if you got sick? Then your mom will fight me..." She joked.

You laughed and suddenly placed a towel on her head and started drying her hair, "Your hair is soaked. As in." You chuckled. Suddenly, you see a small red tint cross the pink haired face or maybe you were just seeing things.

You kept drying Mizuta's hair when suddenly she leaned in to kiss you. You froze but you kissed back and pulled off afterwards, holding your chapped lips, "Why did you do that?" You blinked, completely flustered but it was completely sweet, her lips tasted like strawberries after eating all the candies from the refrigerator.

Mizuta, who looked completely proud of herself for making such move, normally and happily answered you, "I want to thank (n/n) for doing the laundry and drying my hair! Isn't that bad?" She asked, tilting her head.

"Or do you want one more? Or anything more?" She blinked.

Blush spread your face as you just huff your cheeks, pulling her soaked coat and throwing it at her face, "As if." You stood up to walk away not before you were called by the pink haired weathergirl.

"(n/n)." Suddenly Mizuta called you and you spun around to throw her a look.

"Let's play in the rain sometime." She smiled.

You can't quite process what happened, but all you knew was that you kissed her in the forehead and smiled, giving her a response, "As long as we're together."
