Backstory Info
London once was a quillcat. She longed to be a fairy, finding life as a quillcat to be boring. She found a mage who would turn her human, but he told her there was a price. She would loose her being as a fairy animal, and he couldn't guarantee she would become a fairy. She agreed to the spell anyway, and was turned into a Neko. She was not a fairy, but was now a humanoid who could turn back and forth into a quill cat. The mage explained she could become a fairy now that she's human adjacent, if she wills her magic to become one. She begged to be told how to transform herself, but was told she will find out when she's ready. She was told that she could attend Alfea, where she could learn how to control her magic in her humanoid form, and maybe learn how to become a fairy. With this information, London went and attends Alfea.
