~+Morning: Town: With Tom+~

Tom had been sent mid morning to a nearby town to pick up something from the post office for Tord. Sadly, he couldn't bring the two little monsters with him on the errand due to restraining issues.

Tord didn't want him getting any ideas of running away so he's holding the two kids at breakfast right now, just the knowledge of it makes him want to roll his eyes.

He was just about to walk pass the next alley when he heard something disturbing in his ears.

"Hey girly, I think you should start paying us after what your mother did."

"That bitch got what she rightfully deserved."

They were talking in Norwegian, but thanks to the small ear piece translator he got from Amy, the leading Red Scientist, he's able to understand them.

Tom looks into the alley way where he see two large muscular men cornering a young girl, probably only a year younger than Tomi. The fearful girl trembling and noticing how frail she looks. The poor girl looks like she hasn't eaten days, maybe weeks.

He decided to break up the two parties to protect the girl. "Hey you twats! Leave her alone!"

The two men look at him with gruntled expressions, obviously annoyed by his intervention.

"Oh an Englishman."

"A puny one at that!"

The brunet swore a vein popped when one of them mentioned how he was small. For a fact he isn't even that small just average!

He uses his quick reflexes to catch the first brawny man in a choke hold, using his free hand to press his gun at the man's temple.

"Leave the girl alone."

The two dunderheads seemed to get the gist of his English and made a haste to retreat. Tom kicks the one he's been holding to the ground, holding his gun out a little longer until the two are out of sight before storing it back on its holster.

"Morons for doing such a thing in broad daylight, to a young girl no less." He mumbles to himself before he turn to face the scared girl cornered up against the wall. Hands on her head cowering as she still tries to close up in protection.

"Hey," Tom said as he slowly and cautiously approaches her. He kneels down on one knee in front of her. "Can you understand English?

The girl carefully looks up to his face before avoiding his gaze. She nods her head once in confirmation.

"Will you follow me? I'm gonna treat you to breakfast." Tom says showing a friendly smile. He wasn't just gonna abandon this young girl out on dangerous grounds.

"I-I'm not hungry." She says timidly until a growl interrupts her after her claim. She blushes in embarrassment and covers her stomach.

Tom then noticed the bandages over her left eye. 'Poor girl, who knows how long she's been fending for herself.' He thought.

"Well you stomach says otherwise," He chuckles as stand on his feet again. Tom offers his hand to her, "Come on now, I say you'll love what food has to offer."

Hesitant, the girl, reaches out and places her hand on his. Tom smiles and pulls her up on her feet.

"Your name?"

"Tika."

~+Meanwhile: Red Army Base+~

Tomi stares long and hard at his breakfast. He didn't have the appetite to eat seeing as his mother figure wasn't present as all.

Torm tried to get him to eat, but the half demon had refused with narrowed eyes and an oh so cute pout that the devil had to hide his wobbly smile.

"Tomi, why aren't you eating your breakfast?" Tord asks after a full five minutes of sitting at that table with their food.

"Mom's not here, it's not good when he's not here." Tomi says quietly with his legs hugged to his chest.

Tord sighs while his fiancée tries to get Tomi to eat his breakfast. "Come on dear, today's breakfast is wonderful." She coos as she picks up Tomi's spoon and scooping up some of his cooked egg. "Say Ahh~"

The Demon child responds with hiding his face. "I lost my appetite."

Torm sets his fork and down and places a hand on Tomi's shoulder. "I think I'm done too."

Tomi looks over at Torm with a small smile before uncurling himself from his ball. This time he gets up from his seat and over to Torm.

"Let's go exploring again, please?"

"Sure."

Tomi smiles a bit more cheerful and holds onto the Devil's hand. He uses his powers to let them sink into the shadow of the table once Torm gets off his seat.

The leader sighs while Emilia gives a quite gasp of amazement since she's never seen Tomi use his power yet. "Interesting young boys aren't they?"

"Yes," Emilia says as she leans up against her fiancé's side. "If I recall you made them before I even joined the army."

"Indeed, but how did you know that?" Tord asks curious.

"I stumbled upon Torm when I was still new to the base and still finding my way around. The Little Devil experiment wasn't found of me at all and the scientists coming to do check up on him ushered me out after explaining briefly what he was." She fiddles with her blond locks, finger twirling around with a lock of her hair. "How did you even create them?"

"A mix of human DNA and some monster genetics I managed to get my hands on." Waving his hand like getting the items weren't that hard. He had gotten the monster dna by chance when he and his old friends went down to their trip in hell. The gift shop was rather full of random stuff, he bought a few to appease his curiosity.

"So what I'm getting is that the Little Devil has your dna with some monster dna just like the younger one."

Tord pecks a kiss on her cheek, "Correct, my love."

She blushes and the snuggle up against each other. "Then I guess the little devil himself is by blood your son." Emilia hums as she thinks while Tord doesn't really deny the conclusion. "And here I thought our first kid would be from me."

"Still will be from you my dear. While Torm is by blood related to me, he also has a small sample of a second party in his from someone else. It takes two to have a baby, you know."

Tord thinks back to the early process of making the Little Devil. He had been so quiet and small his arms when he first came out of the pod after months of hard work and over night observations all by himself.

He just felt so proud he made it through with successfully making a life with just science. But even more proud he had a little one to call his own until his army called for a secret weapon.

Months and months without his flatmates' knowledge he built the giant robot under the house while taking care of Torm. While Torm grew older and stayed at the secret base, he thought the young devil should have a little playmate, this resulting in Tomi.

However, the Little Demon has escaped its cage after a few months after gaining a conscious and the ability to walk. Tomi disappeared off the radar before Tord could attach a tracking device.

When that happened, the scientist suggested another idea for another creation that could provide battle support on the field. At the first look at Torm, he knew the scientist were interested in him and his show of the mixed dna that gave him devilish powers.

Torm sighs steadily as he pinches the bridge of his nose. His fiancée not taking a full focus on how covertly sad it sounded.

'It's the scientists fault,' Tord closes his eyes and shakes his head from side to side. 'No, it's my fault. I should have made him without those genetics in the first place. Then he wouldn't have to be labeled as a use to be a weapon.'

The Red Leader leans his head against Emilia's.

'You weren't suppose to be exposed to this...'

~+Town: Back With Tom and Tika+~

Tom sat across from Tika in their booth at a nearby diner eating their breakfast. The man in blue and black mostly eating his eggs and toast with a few strips of bacon on the side. As for the girl, she got scrambled eggs with waffles topped with sweet powdered sugar, tasty warm strawberries, and to top it all off, some yummy whip cream.

The brunet chuckles seeing the girl stare at her food with awe and amazement before digging in.

"How's the food?"

"It's yummy, sir!" She says happily after swallowing the bite of waffle in her mouth. "Thank you." She shyly says feeling shy again, eating her food a little more slowly this time.

"It's no problem dear." He says with a smile. He cut up his get breaking the bulb of yoke to come spilling onto the plate. Tom takes his toast and places the egg on top and folds it a bit to keep it from spilling more. "By the way, you can call me Tom. I don't mind." He says before taking a bite out of his toast and egg.

The girl nods her head as she keeps eating her food happily. Tom ate the rest of his egg and toast to be pushed down by drinking his coffee. Tika drank her orange juice and smile brightly at the sweet but mild sour taste to it.

When they were done and exiting the diner, Tika was a bit sad her time with the nice man was going to be over. Tom walks her out after paying for their breakfast at the cashier.

He leads her to the bench outside and gets her to sit down. "Hand."

Without question, Tika hold a hand out open for him. Tom pulls out something from his utility belt to place in her hand. It looks like a small communication device.

"I may have to leave now, but if you're ever in trouble or in need of help just press this button." He points to the blue button on the device. "I may not get there quickly by some interruption but I'll be on the way none the less."

The communication device was made specifically by his scientists by his request. It's a device that send him a direct alert on his main notification system and tracks the person's location without fail. Tom asked for these to be made in the first place because of Tomi anyways, but really helpful in aiding his soldiers as well.

"What about the red button?" She asks curious seeing the other button.

"That's only for notifying my group as a whole, but I want you to press the blue button because the alert already goes straight to me."

She nods in understanding and pockets the device in her zipper pocket of her thin jacket. Then Tika looks back at Tom a bit shy, "Can I at least stay with you until you go back home?"

"Sure," He says softly as he offers her his hand to hold. "Let's go, I've got a couple errands to run."

Tika grins and holds his hand.

She knows this man is just right in her book dispute only meeting him moments ago.

~+Red Army Base+~

Tomi looks around the room he found himself in without his devilish counterpart. While they were walking in the crowd of soldiers, they managed to get separated from each other. That's when he stumbled into this room looking for him.

He looks outside the door to find no one walking about the hallway. Tomi looks back into the room he's in with curiosity.

The room itself looks like it could fit a group of five adults. In the center of the room is two white colored couches across from each other with a low round table at the center under a black carpet. To the wall from where's standing is a large plasma tv with speakers on either side. Everything else in the room is cases full of books or tables and cabinets filled with papers and some topped with flower pots. Finally a large black desk with a swivel chair behind it. A computer monitor and stacks of papers piled off to the side opposite of the electronic.

Tomi went over to one of the tables and picked up a picture frame. "Mommy?" He says as his finger hovers over the person in the photo that smiling back at him.

He then picks up another picture frame where it's four people all squished into the photo. He could see his uncle Matt, uncle Edd, and his mom. Tomi set the other picture frame down so he could look at the current photo more stable.

The person in the red hoodie next to his mom is his original creator, the Red Leader. His mom always told him to stay out of sight from him when he found out about his little demon. Tom only wanted to protect him from what the man had in stored for him.

"How did you..."

Tomi turns around at the sound of the voice, holding the frame behind his back to look at the person who spoke.

His mom's enemy stood in the doorway looking at him. Why must he have the worst of luck today...

"Come here." Tord said pointing to the spot in front of him.

Rather than fight and risking getting punished, Tomi moves over to the man with cautious steps. He stands in front of the man waiting for anything.

"What do you have in your hands?"

Tomi grips the frame tightly for a second before letting it loose. He pulls the photo out from behind his back to give back to the leader. "I didn't mean to come in... I was just looking for Tormy since we got separated."

Tord merely hums and takes the framed photo back. He takes a look the photo Tomi picked up and narrow at the image of him and Tom together. A rare one of both of them smiling that Edd had taken the day they came back from their trip to hell.

"Don't touch my things," He said sternly as he sets the frame back down in its place. He turns back to Tomi with a scolding expression, "You shouldn't even be in this room in the first place."

Tomi looks down to the floor foddering with his fingers nervously. "I'm sorry... I was just looking for Tormy. We got separated."

The man sighs, "This is your first warning. Second warning gets you a little sort of punishment for not listening to me." He turns around to head to the door to get out. "Come with me, we'll find the little devil."

"Torm."

"Excuse me?" Tord says looking over his shoulder to Tomi who dared to look him in the eye when he pauses in his next step.

Tomi pouts with a puff of his cheeks before saying, "Torm, that's his name. Not Little Devil." He marches forward passed Tord to step outside the room. Once he does he looks back at Tord still mad at him. "I don't need your help! I can find Tormy on my own, Meanie!"

Tord watches the half demon march away although he did trail behind him to follow. Tomi knew his presence behind him and fumes. His creator not even listening to him that he didn't want his help.

He ran over to the nearest shadow and slip inside so easily. Tomi looks up above the shadow entrance to find his creator looking down at him as if he can still see him.

Tomi huffs and uses his powers to travel away from the shadow entrance with ease.

He can at least agree with his mom that Tord is an annoying person.

~+With Storm+~

Torm found himself in the garden once more hoping to find Tomi here. He just suddenly disappeared from his side. If anything he thinks Tomi was trying to play with him in a game of hide and seek.

"Tomi! Tomi, where are you?" He calls while looking around the garden.

A few moments searching he couldn't find Tomi and settles his hands on his hips. He wonders where his friend went off too.

"Tormy!"

Surprisingly, he got tackled into a hug from behind by none other than Tomi. The younger nuzzling his face into the middle of his back.

"Tomi there you are." Torm turns around and holds his friend's shoulders comfortingly. "Where have you been? I've been looking for you almost everywhere."

"Sorry... I got lost. Creator found me instead in a place I wasn't suppose to be in." Tomi didn't seem to happy saying their creator found him. "He left me off with a warning."

Torm cups his cheek and checks him over for any sign of injuries or poking about lightly. "Are you alright? He didn't hurt you did he?"

The younger experiment shakes his head. "He didn't hurt me anywhere. We just talked is all." Tomi looks up to meet his friend's gaze with question. "Is Mommy back yet?"

"Not yet, but I'm sure he'll be home soon."

"Home?" Tomi said confused to Torm. This wasn't their home, no, not at all. This was their holding cell for an undetermined time no matter how free they may room under their creator's watchful eye. "This is not our home."

"Where is can home be? This all I've known?" Torm questions looking around. This garden is his only haven of calm and safety. His old cell so barren and cold where he slept for most of his life.

Tomi holds his friends hands and smiles at him warmly. "Home is where we can be loved and treated with care. Mommy's my home and so is the rest of the Resistance." His smile widens so happily at another one. "Your home is there with us."

Warm, a feeling Torm associated with Thomas and Tomi. Thomas's hugs were very warm and smelled like safety. Tomi's presence next to him is similar to the blue wearing leader of the resistance.

"Home... a warm place," The half devil child mutters quietly to himself while Tomi hugs him again.

Once again inviting him into a warm place he once used to feel with the Red Leader.

~+Outside: Nearby Town+~

Tom executed his errands to pick up a package dropped off at the mail post office. A medium carried box sealed with tape and plastic straps for secured protection. Along with some other envelopes given to him from the post office lady directed for Tord under the name Theodore.

Tika help him carry the envelops since his arm was occupied carrying the box while he needed his other free hand for running some side errands for himself.

Tom then took Tika into a mall to buy clothes. These clothes would be for Tomi and mostly Torm since they needed new clothes to wear. Torm has been wearing old rags found laying about since he changed out of his medical gown he was used to wearing. Tomi couldn't wear the same clothes everyday that his uniform department made for him since they were ripped up from his full transformations from trying to save him.

He is definitely going to use his privilege outside at the moment to take advantage of getting his kids something nicer to wear. Since he doubts Tord's department would give them something more fitting to wear.

He glances to Tika walking by his side who is also wearing thin clothing. Not fitting or healthy for a young girl her age. Tom smiles to himself thinking, 'Not a problem at all. I can spare money for her as well.'

They enter one of the shops to find it fit for cozy wear. Tika follows his around the shop and awes at the clothing.

He picks a few out for Tomi, mostly sweaters. A long sleeve ice blue hoodie and no shoulder sweater in baby blue. Another one is a hoodie in light blue with purple designs, plush purple horns on the top of the hood and a tail at the bottom back of the sweater.

Pants were usually consistent with blue or a dark grey color. Lastly he bought two pairs of shoes, one in white for casual and formal, and the other being black combat boots for more physical movement which he knows Tomi will use often.

The blue resistance leader spots a lavender hoodie with white wings printed on the back of them. He picks it up and smiles at the appropriate size for Tika.

"Tika dear, can you come here for a moment."

Tika looks away from a couple at the counter wearing weird designs on their clothes to listen to Tom. She stand in front of him so he could hold it out to her.

"This one will be for you. What do you think?"

By the look in Tika's eyes she seemed to have fallen in love with the sweater. She didn't know what to say.

Tom chuckles, "Speechless and in awe, I guess you must love it so much."

She nods slowly with a growing smile on her face. The young girl follows Tom to the cashier and rings them up to pay for the three sweaters.

They soon head into another shop with more casual formal wear. If Torm was anything like Tord, he would prefer formal but also mix with casual clothes. Tom chose a few dress shirts in black, white, dark and light red colors too. Some vests with button and no buttons, black or red. No pink for the sake that he knew neither Tord or Torm would love the bright color.

Pants were easy as they were the usual black ones, he bought some faded style ones as well. Shoes for formal events and causal wear around the base.

"How about this one?" Tika suggests holding a bracelet she thought would look nice with the clothes Tom has been picking up.

The bracelet is all woven black leather. Tom could see some red woven in with string. It's appealing none the less.

"Do you want this?" Tom asks, not minding to buy it for her without a second thought.

She shakes her head and points to the pile of clothes in his arm. "It's for the person you're buying those clothes for."

Tom smiles at her thoughtfulness. "I'm sure he would love it. Thank you."

Tika giggles and continues following Tom around the store to pick out the rest of Torm's clothes.

The next store they bought more clothes specifically for Tomi. His clothes were more comfy casual than formal. He got a baby blue or white polo shirt with light blue designs. He also picked out an assortment of shorts at knee length or shorter to the upper thigh in tan, white, or black colors.

Tika picked out another bracelet for the person Tom is buying clothes for this time. The bracelet is white this time with a more soft feel to it like fabric on the inner part. Woven in is a light blue daisy patterns.

They added it to the pile and pays for it all together.

Finally, Tom went and bought Tika necessities to live off for a while until she called for him with the communication device he gave to her. He got her a purple colored backpack, filled with the extra money he had on him, fresh sets of clothes, hygiene products, and most importantly a coat is she ever got too cold.

They exited the mall together with satisfied expressions of everything they bought.

Tom kneeled down and set Tika up with her back pack. Then showed her communication device connected to his own. He quickly re-taught her what to press to call for him before patting her on the shoulders.

"Call for me anytime Tika, I'm only a button away."

Tika, with new confidence, nods her head with determined eyes. She'll miss him but she was sure to meet him again soon.

"Thank you again for saving me. I hope to see you again soon!"

"Of course, little lady."

Tom waves to her goodbye and leaves with his arms full of bags and the mail he had picked up for Tord.

He makes it back to where the limo driver is hidden and parked. Tom stuffed the packages inside with him in the back seat.

Letting out a heavy sigh, the old driver chuckles. "Have an eventful morning, Secretary?"

"Very," Tom answers as he leans back into his seat as the old driver starts the car to drive back to the base. "Met a lovely little lady who I saved from some thugs. Poor girl... lost her mother early and is now living on the streets."

"That's sad to hear sir."

"Wish I could have offered her more." Tom looks off the traveling scenery in his view of the window next to him. People bumbling about the town buying and talking.

Ignorance to the less fortunate who strive for survive from the place down low.

'I hope she will call for me soon.'

~+Red Army Base+~

Returning to the base had been relaxing so to say. The old driver was okay in Tom's book since he seemed to be a good person in general. They talked sometimes and other times Tom would enjoy the view as the old man drove.

They soon passed through the gates to the base where Tom once again found himself in his big prison cell.

He sighs as he gets out of the vehical with an assist from the driver.

"Thank you," He thanks the driver genuinely.

"Not a problem at all sir. Please enjoy the rest of your day." The old man gives Tom a curt bow of the head formally after helping him take out all the bags from town he accumulated.

Tom waves him goodbye as he leaves the large garage. He focuses in front of him holding the many bags and the box hanging off his arms and hands.

'Hopefully I got everything right for Torm and Tomi,' He thinks to himself as he rounds the corner.

As he does so he crashes into another person who had been wanting to take his path the way he came. Tom's bags scattered and both of them fall to the floor.

"Ow!" Tom hissed quietly before sitting up and rubbing his low back.

"I'm so sorry!"

Tom looks up from the fallen bags to the person sitting across from him. The soldier, a tall one reaching six feet equal to Tord, stood up and helped Tom back on his feet.

Tom patted himself down while the soldier picked up his bags for him. "It's alright, I guess."

The red soldier gave half of the bags back to Tom. The blue leader raises a brow in question when the soldier doesn't give him the rest of his bags.

The soldier smiles kindly at him, "As an apology, let me help you carry your bags."

"How kind of you," Tom says almost sarcastically if it was for the fact the soldier seemed honest. "Are you bring serious?"

"Isn't it obvious?" The soldier replies holding his other bags high.

"You do know I'm one of the leaders of the resistance, right?"

The chocolate brown eyes of the soldier look at him for a moment as of analyzing him. He shakes his head, "Of course I know. Just because you are leader of another team doesn't mean I shouldn't help you while you're here. Well as much as I'm allowed to under Red Leader's orders."

Tom looks at him interested by the way he doesn't seem to care about anything but helping him , "So what's your name?"

"Allan, a pleasure to make your acquaintance Blue Leader."
