I believe that all of us, the fangirls, need a sense of belonging. We can't always choose where we're from, but we can decide that it's not just where we are physical — it is also where our heart is. I welcome, with open arms, anyone to find that place of belonging in my story and my words.

I believe that when we talk about the world and our idols, we're talking about more than just buildings and pretty faces. We're talking about the real people in it, who have real stories, passions, and experiences. I've created this book to welcome the fangirls — to be an anchor of belonging for anyone who might feel displaced or distant from their abode.

I hope that my words can affect you no matter who you are, what you believe in, where you're from, or who you love. It's not always easy to be yourself and live proudly, but all of us should strive to do just that.

Originally written back in 2018 when I fell in love with someone who was so far that even if I wished to reach, I could not!

His world is so different from mine and we cannot co-exist in the same space.
