You awoke with a start, chasing away the remnants of your dreams. You rubbed your eyes, and checked your phone. You opened social media to see a photo of Enid, sitting on her counter at Gars. You snickered, and put your phone down. Then it hit you. You have to get to work. You scrambled out of bed, brushed your hair, teeth, and put on your vest at the same time. You ran out of your door, and stopped to look for V. There he was, sitting on the couch. You felt your face turn pink, remembering last night.
"Uh.. I will see you later?" You called out to him. He looked up, and smiled suggestively.
"Mhm." He mumbled. You quickly walked outside.
"Phew." You hopped on your bike, and set off.
                       — At Gars —
Rad must have noticed how you distracted you were. The kiss last night left you as distant from others as the stars in the sky. All you wanted to do was think about it. You wondered if it was a dream, or if it was just your imagination.
"Hey Y/N..You Okay? You are looking a little off today." Rad asked.
"Yeah, I am fine, just a little frazzled." You said, trying to look happier.
"Really? Why?" He questioned. You sighed.
"You wouldn't believe me." You muttered. K.O jumped in, and shook your arms violently.
"Yes we would! Right Rad?!" He yelled.
"Uh.. Depends." Rad answered.
"Well, Okay. I think Professor Venomous kissed me.." You said, looking down in embarrassment.
They paused. Rad's mouth hung slightly open. K.O's look of shock morphed into a smile.
"Y/N THATS GREAT!" He shouted.
"Do you love him Y/N?!" K.O asked.
"Uh..." You turned red.
"I will take that as a yes." Rad said suggestively. Enid walked in.
"Hey guys. What's going on?" She asked warily.
"Y/N IS IN LOVE!" They both screamed in unison.
"N-No I'm not!!" You defended yourself, even though you know you were.
"What? Who is she in love with?" Enid asked, eyebrows raised.
"Professor Venomous kissed her!" K.O said, eyes sparkling. Enid slowly turned to look at you.
"He did What now?" She slowly responded.
"It might have been my imagination, but last night, as I was turning away from him to go to bed, someone kissed me." You stammered. Enid stared blankly at you.
"This sounds great and all, but just stay alert Y/N. You never know." She looked worried, but gave a reassuring smile.
— Few Hours Later —
The door chimed. A hooded figure stepped in. You watched closely from the back room. You saw Enid talk to the figure, and then she nodded.
"Y/N! Someone needs your help!" She yelled. You stumbled out, and greeted the customer.
"Hello, what can I help you with today?" You asked, smiling, traces of uncertainty pushed aside. The hooded figure pointed to the back corner of the store.
"Uh... Okay, I will follow you." You began to get suspicious. You walked to the back of the store. You turned to the figure. A single black gloved hand reached up to bring down the hood.
It was V. His slicked back hair slightly messy from wearing the hood.
"V! Your here again?" You smiled.
"Well, what else was I supposed to do?" He replied, a chuckle in his voice.
"I don't know, wait for me?" You laughed. There was a moment of silence. Then he leaned in. He was taller, so he bent his knees a little. His lips collided with yours. He stayed, his lips not moving. He pulled away, leaving you in shock.
"....V?" You stuttered. He straightened his hood.
"Yes?" He replied, as if nothing had happened. You hugged him, and felt his body tense up. He froze, then wrapped his arms around you. After a minute, he pulled away once more.
"I will be back to pick you up." He whispered, and left the store.
"Hey Y/N, what happened?" Enid asked, seeing you flustered, yet happy.
"I have no idea."
