Kira nearly punched the daylights out of Hatori who made her choke on the Tongue depressor. The pair had gotten a call from Shigure on how there was a mishap at the house. Hatori believed it to be nothing serious and just left the phone on speaker as he continued on checking Kira.

"You see, the thing is, we have been hugged and well--you know the rest," Shigure said lightly through laughs and those words had what caused Hatori to react and forget that he had been checking on Kira.

Kira was left in a coughing fit as Hatori pat her back.

"Oh, ~ is something happening over there?" Shigure sang making Kira run over to the phone and pick it up so that it was now a private call.

"What happened? And who are we?" Kira said roughly as she rubbed her neck

Hatori sighed and pressed the button to return the phone to speaker," How many are there and where are you?"

Shigure laughed and the pair both wished they were where ever he was and give him a good whacking," I got a sudden chill down my spine"

"Don't let me let you sleep outside you stupid dog!" Kira said not caring if her volume was loud enough to even deafen Hatori or to attract attention from anyone that could be near.

"Kiraa~ You can't kick me out of our room, we just became roomies, " Shigure whined making Hatori furrow his brow at the words and he mouthed it making her wave it off and mouthing back she'd explain later.

"Was is Tohru?" Kira turned back to the topic in hand," And by we, did you mean you and Yuki?"

"Well...yes to the first question and kind of yes to the second question"

"Okay, enlighten me"

"It was only one other...and it was Kyo"

Kira placed her palm to her face and sighed," He had his beads, yes?"

"Is that a trick question?" Shigure said calmly

"Head over here now, meet us at the entrance," Kira directed and hung up not making him respond. She turned to Hatori and sighed," Can we raincheck on my check-up? It would seem we have more important matters in hand"

He nodded to her words, " It would seem and I would like some explanation if you think it's right"

Kira chuckled and nudged his arm," Who do you think I am? How can I even think about hiding something from you? Ayame is easy, but you? No way, I'd end up seeing you in my dreams just guilt-tripping me"

"That was definitely an insult," Hatori said and Kira just laughed walking ahead of him.

"Let me have it, I am going to be seeing my dear sister in just a bit,"

"Are you sure?"

She turned to him and wore a smile that he hated-the distant one that replicated the one Akito always wore," What makes you think you should ask that?"

Hatori fell silent at the hard shell that she quickly put on. Akito was bearable to be around when Kira was around, however, when Kira was around Akito-she was hardly someone recognizable.

She was distant and intimidating. Her eyes lacked the light and her heart was burdened.

This Kira was only born after Akito betrayed her and the twins only interacted a couple of times after their illicit affairs. However, it was unfortunate that Hatori had been there on all occasions, so he knew of this side other than Shigure who most likely knew more.

This time he could feel the heavy air and he wanted nothing more but to not witness whatever was going to take place.

It did not help that Shigure was going to be there as well.
